The item i had purchased literally 2 minutes before i returned to your store was dirty and used!!!
Store credit is not an outcome i’m happy to accept in this instance as i don’t feel comfortable returning to your store.

Keep it up Amcal Palmerston.2 months agoPoor & unethical service by female pharmacist, after contact with the owner I am disappointed by their failure to advise what action would be taken to address the issues that were raised or professional oversight and education… This pharmacist already had restrictions in place from AHPRA the registration board. You wait two years to dredge this up again. You are responsible for employing someone who was breaching ethical standards as per AHPRA… You responded thoughtfully at the time and then lied to me or perhaps failed to remember to act as you told me you would. Whatever I had moved on until you respond with meaningless words two years after the event. I won’t be using your stores again I won’t risk that type of verbal abuse from one of your staff again.2 years agoTerrific staff and always wanting to help if you need with a smile.
