Harvest lakes medical is my regular medical centre and have found the service and standards usually very good.in the last weekDr. Idris is the best. He’s been my doctor for many years now and comes highly recommended. He is a great listener, very attentive and get what’s needed covered in a highly professional way. I go see my chiropractor Dr Aaron and he is friendly, professional and attentive. Kelly at reception is absolutely lovely, helpful and always has a smile on her face.4 months agoMe and my family have been going to Harvest Lake Medical Centre for over 4 years. Dr Ahmad is such a great doctor. He is good listener. He listen the patients issue with patience, very friendly with kids, make them feel comfortable, diagnoses the issue and explain to patient. How can i forget the reception staff member, all the staff member are always happy and treat all patrons with their great customer service skills.they even advise the patients that you are on which number with doctor which give the patient a idea that how long is wait. In summary, I would say the best medical centre i have ever been too.2 months agoFrom the moment you arrive and are greeted by your name, to the doctor’s and nurses, you are not just a number. I, personally, have a number of doctors I see in this practice. They all have access to my records, test results etc and treat me accordingly. This practice works together for the best outcome for the patient. They also have a wealth of specialists visiting as well so it is very convenient to see everyone in the one place. I travel 30 minutes to get to this practice.

2 weeks agoSeriously scary midday phone wait times. Sometimes there’s no way to avoid calling. It’s ok in the mornings. There are some great doctors like Dr Siti and it’s wonderful that it’s still possible to see a doctor these days.in the last weekDr S. Dissanayake is ultimately the best GP I have ever had she’s thorough & cares about her patients! she is amazing with my children & Staff are super nice helpful & always efficientin the last weekI give this practice 1 star because. I cannot give them a 0 I was told by the girl to come down and they would fit me in. After giving them my information on paperwork Medicare number phone numbers etc I was then told by the young receptionist. without absolutely no eye contact as if she was just talking to a computer screen, as I was sitting in the waiting room I found this to be quite rude I was then told after waiting there for approximately 20 minutes filling out paperwork that the doctor doesn’t take on new patients why wasn’t this told to me in the beginning? I would steer clear of this place at all cost as it is a colossal waste of time and extremely disrespectful. & it really could do with a good dose of air freshener.??3 months agoI appreciated the urgency to squeeze in a new client where my regular surgery wouldn’t, because I hadn’t been there for 14 months! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was uplifting to see everyone had smiling faces ?????3 months agoMet by a cheerful front desk staff member who was patient & helpful to me.The nurse who treated me was your typical “Aussie” mum type who made the whole COVID booster process simple and relaxed.
