This is my first stop when I need something for the shop in an emergency.4 months agoMy husband and I came to buy lawn equipment, BBQ etc tried to get help, and one employee ignored my request kept walking. We walked to find someone else saw him again he saw us went down different isle. Another employee asked three other people if they wanted help when they said no walked right by us never asking. we tried to get attention but to busy texting on her phone. Needless to say, our money will be spent elsewhere.4 months agoAce IS the place with the helpful hardware folks! Dan, Terry, and (I hope I remembered this right) Jacob were seriously so friendly and went above and beyond to help this girl find washer and dryer connections on a budget lol. The place kept ac cranking cool. Clean too. Safe area. No pan handlers2 months agoThis Ace Hardware is amazing. Not because it has anything unique, as products go, it’s a standard hardware store.However, the employees are spectacular. I have been to this Ace twenty times, and every time the staff are friendly, the actually know where products are, can offer suggestions and are helpful. It was so novel it too a little getting used to. This is what customer service should look like.

3 months agoWent in for an ac capacitor. Guy who I asked if he could helped called their “ac” guy and was very knowledgeable. Trip took all of 2 minutes, answered all my questions. I have since installed the capacitor and ac is back working. Very knowledgeable staff, beats all the big box stores for sure. I’ll be back moving forward!in the last week‘When disaster struck, and my laptop got drenched.I thought all hope was lost. But MacroGeeks proved me wrong!
