Portions are very big. Chicken parma great value Lamb was not great, did not taste like real lamb but more processed. Bland salads. Large drinks Furniture all torn and need replacement

Food and drinks were phenomenal. The steak is amazing, although rarer than expected near the bone. The portion size is wayyy too large for us. I had to take half my risotto to go 🙁

This was my fish and chips There are 6 (looks like 7 but one broke in half) flathead fillets there along with salad,chips and tartare sauce . My mum had a parma Hawaiian you would have trouble jumping over and my nephew had pasta all were huge meals . And they offer cardboard containers for diners to use to take home a doggy bag ( to eat later at home ) .

All the staff from the wait crew to the kitchen crew know what they are doing and they do it exceptionally well . I even went over to where they pass the meals across from the kitchen to thank them personally for such a lovely meal .

It isnt my 1st time here its maybe my 5th or 6th and never ever have i had anything but great meals and service .

Hayley’s Service.was outstanding and what an asset to any boss. What a pleasure having a Bright,Cheerful, young lady look after our table.

Also was no problem for Hayley to keep the room at a comfortable temperature for us.

The food was ‘fresh’ and hot despite the long wait time. The staff were working hard on serving the huge amount of customers, but the place is so filthy and facility cleanliness has been sorely neglected. The very young staff took the time to quickly clear tables of rubbish (please be a decent human being and put your own rubbish in the trash, goodness.) however, no wiping down the tables and the floor was disgusting. The bathrooms were horrendous. The smell emanating from them all the way to the dining area. The playground was also so very filthy. I feel sorry that management expects the children that work hard in the kitchen, to also be janitorial stuff. I am certain with how many patrons they have, management could afford a designated cleaner to keep the area clean, but, at the state it is in with Covid and everything, I won’t be dining in with my family again.

I ordered a McChicken from this maccas. I rang them up to let them know and they were extremely disrespectful and rude. They refused to help or fix this issue.
The McChicken was not fresh at all, it seemed like it had been cooked in oil for way too long or left out for hours. Not to mention the fries were the same.

I’m extremely disappointed with the poor behaviour from the male manager and female worker. Not good enough. Worst maccas ever.

A very positive experience in this Maccas, one of the best customer service provided by all the staff.
I even saw a staff who was cleaning up asking a customer how their day is, which is normally quite rare in Maccas. Staff are all very accommodating and friendly. The place is also very neat and clean. My only feedback is the fries. We ordered 3 fries, separately, and they are all not cooked enough, quite pale looking, maybe another minute in the fryer might help.
But overall, well done to the management. Well done Brad who was in charge today, I think. For me, customer service is very important.

The most cleanest Maccas I’ve ever been. The tables and the environment wow. The bathrooms are also very clean. So impressed as most of others I have been are always uncleaned. You guys must be proud of yourselves. Keep up the good work. Thank you. Now we know where to go when we feel like maccas ?
