3 months agoFriendly & knowledgeable staffs. Bought a saddle & some other items when I went back home to Adelaide. Can’t wait to head there again, browse & ask some questions again. Good local bicycle shops are hard to come by where I’m living now.5 months agoGreat bunch of knowledgeable and friendly staff. They stock the best of the best and stand behind their products. Easily answered any questions and gave experience based advice to someone such as myself who was getting their first ever drop bar bike. Will be my go to shop for all things “bike” from here on out.5 months agoSuper friendly and helpful staff. The mechanics are knowledgeable and have been happy to service my bikes that aren’t “Giant” branded. Happy I found this shop.9 months agoGreat service and a wide range of bikes to choose from.Ben is very genuine and helpful during the bike sales/ buying process,
All the staff are always very friendly and helpful whenever I’ve been in there and have also observed the same when they are serving other customers.
Michael in service is also super helpful as is the service team when I needed to have an in warranty issue looked at.
Highly recommend them.
7 months agoNon existent customer service or maybe staff are just selective. I made a mistake to cycle 30km to this store solely to purchase a helmet. Unfortunately no greeting and zero help even with no other customers in store, “the workers” for lack of a better word, were having a good social meeting together behind the counter and failed to acknowledge or assist me in anyway. After looking at all the helmets for some time, another customer arrived who was immediately attended to and helped. After a little while I gave up and left. I ended up going to 99bikes who had a much better selection and the customer service was excellent. I’m in the market for a new gravel bike and touring equipment, I definitely won’t be purchasing any of these at Giant Adelaide.
