      I recently dined here on the advice from a couple who were also here on holidays and I’m extremely grateful I took them up on that advice. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and shown to our seats. The restaurant is set out well with plenty of seating both inside and out in the alfresco area, reservations are made online through their website. Staff were prompt with service and very impressed by the way they went about their business however the star ⭐️ of the evening was the food absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. The butter chicken and the duck salad were both on par as being the best restaurant dishes I have ever had and not forgetting the salted caramel and sour cream slice for dessert it was exceptional also. A big thank you to the staff particularly the chefs who delivered a dining experience that won’t be forgotten. I highly recommend dining at Hanuman (Darwin) for a memorable evening. A+ ??

      Couldn’t be happier with this place. I came here on a business trip with my boss and he advised me to go Hanuman for dinner, I wasn’t too impressed as I am not a fan of Thai restaurants but I must admit I came out of there thanking him to take me there. The staff were extremely polite, the food was 10/10 (best pork belly I ever had), everything was perfect. Will definitely going back on my next business trip.

      I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Happy Frog Café in Coffs Harbour, NSW, and I’m keen to share my experience. The café, offers an extensive range of food, catering well to those who vegetarian options. However, it’s worth noting that the prices at The Happy Frog do lean towards the higher end. While this might be a consideration for some, it’s important to remember that specialty dietary options often come at a premium.

      Regarding their coffee, the serving size was generous, which is always appreciated. But, I found the coffee’s flavor to be a bit underwhelming. It didn’t quite hit the mark for me, which was a bit of a letdown considering the importance of a good brew in a café experience.

      The food, on the whole, was decent. While it didn’t particularly dazzle my taste buds, it was satisfactory and seemed to be prepared with care. There’s room for improvement, but it was a pleasant enough dining experience.

      Lastly, the ambiance of The Happy Frog deserves a special mention. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. The ambiance alone makes it worth a visit.

      Currently travelling, we always prefer to support local business. Went back to this wonderful store three times in one day!

      Enjoyed coffee, Strawberry Beauty Bar, Pistachio Bar, a chocolate brownie. And a fresh squeezed juice. Went back to purchase more raw food treats for friends.

      The fresh salad bar and pastries looked delicious. The staff were happily smiling, friendly and diverse.

      Nice place for healthy breakfast. Also nice coffee. Generous portion with fruit salad, the muesli is a bit too hard.

      I have also asked for a personalised smoothie with peanut butter amd cocoa, but I could not taste peanut at all

      Great Lebanese food. We had the mixed platter and everything was tasty and fresh. The meats were tender with heaps of flavour and dips were delicious. No alcohol is sold but it is BYO with a small corkage fee which is amazing as it means you don’t spend heaps on alcohol. Ambience of the restaurant and service was good.

      Samaras is always wonderful! The food is absolutely delicious without exception. They cater for vego and meat eaters and you will not leave hungry, it’s impossible. The service is friendly and timely without creating a sense of being pressured to finish quickly. The prices are more than reasonable. I genuinely love Samaras.

    Lismore is a city located in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia and the main population centre in the City of Lismore local government area, it is also a regional centre in the Northern Rivers region of the state. Lismore is 734 km (456 mi) north of Sydney and 200 km (120 mi) south of Brisbane. It is situated on a low floodplain on the banks of the Wilsons River near the latter's junction with Leycester Creek, both tributaries of the Richmond River which enters the Pacific Ocean at Ballina, 30 km (19 mi) to the east. The original settlement initially developed as a grazing property in the 1840s, then became a timber and agricultural town and inland port based around substantial river traffic, which prior to the development of the road and rail networks was the principal means of transportation in the region. Use of the river for transport declined and then ceased around the mid-twentieth century, however by that time Lismore (which was elevated to city status in 1946) had become well established as the largest urban centre in the region, providing its surrounding area with a range of services. The city is also located on the Bruxner Highway which crosses the Wilsons River at Lismore, and was formerly a stop on the Casino-Murwillumbah railway line. It is the home of one of the three campuses of Southern Cross University. With its low-lying position adjacent to the Wilsons River, which can rise rapidly following periods of high rainfall in its catchment, the centre of Lismore is susceptible to flooding, although it is partly protected by a system of levees and flood gates. Noteworthy recent floods occurred in 1974, 2017 in the aftermath of Cyclone Debbie and the worst ever in 2022. A budget was announced for additional flood mitigation works in November 2018.       Leo’s is warm and welcoming. Very down to earth and they made us feel welcome. I went here for the first time with my 7 year old son, my brother and my Dad. They didn’t just let us eat in they suggested we do so and catered to us perfectly. Plates for all, huge serve of chip and a delicious chicken, my suggestion is skip the chain stores and support a little establishment like Leo’s.

      Bought 2 packs of fish and chips. First impression went very bad as lady at counter wasn’t hygiene conscious at all.

      They moment opened the box, it was stinking very badly. I had to through the box in bin exactly in front of the shop.

    The New Guinea campaign of the Pacific War lasted from January 1942 until the end of the war in August 1945.       If you have time then I suggest coming out here (take the L3 and it must specify Kuendu Beach as the final destination). A bus returns every hour.

      You can also walk up the hill to the left of the beach and get a look at the mountains and water outside the beach.

      The nearby water park is shut and there are no nearby facilities or places with fresh water, so stock up before you go.

      Not sure how to get to the nearby Canons de Nouville without a car or taxi though. Too far to walk.

      Back in the day this beach may have been a really beautiful spot. Grassy area isn’t well maintained, and the beach looks lifeless and maybe it was hit hard by the cyclones? There’s a resort there which looks really rundown and maybe closed permanently. The drive there was nice but not really worth your time.

      Amazing beach ?️? ⛱️ only 10mins drive from Nouméa Town centre. You can also visit here by bus. No public toilet but plenty of trees for shade and protection from Sun ☀️ We saw a stray dog ? that we fed some biscuits. Water is warm around 22°Celsius. Kuendu Beach Resort is next to the beach where you can have amazing food and drinks at cheap price. I would like to see someone selling coconut water as there are plenty of coconut trees around.

      Took #3 bus to this beach which is the end of the line. Beach was lovely, if a little windy, but apart from the private resort, nothing here. Looked at the beach, took 3 pics and took the return bus back to Place de Moselle.

      This plays offers a playground for kids, lake to swim for all ages that is really nice to freshen up for the hot summer. Lots of parking available, huge piknik grounds and you’re allowed to set up gazebo’s and beach tents. BBQ grill is available and free. Toilets, baths, and changing rooms are available as well. The only down side is the parking lot is made of dirt which fogs up when agitated by passing cars coming in and out. But otherwise, that doesn’t spoil the fun this plays offer. So if your looking for a fresh water to swim, to cool off for the summer heat and for your kids to enjoy come to Roturua Blue lake!

      Beautiful place, with toilet, drink water and a lot of parking a lots. The walk it’s 2 hours on loop. You have to take the blue track to go around the blue lake, in some point you are gonna meet the common place with the green lake. The green lake is private so you can just see it form fare away. Then, you continue walking by but you have to go on the route because the track is flooded.

      Definitely a must for whanau day out. As you drive in, on the right there is plenty parking and leveled areas like an arena looking onto the lake. BBQ available in this area and toilet facilities.. Just pitch up your gazebo on whatever level u want. If you go past that right turn, head towards the boat ramp, on your left u come into the area thats lined with shaded trees and closest to the lake that’s where we were. Beautiful. Safest place I’ve been to for the toddlers 4yrs and down. Mi son in law had his boat and kayak so the older ones including adults were enjoying the lake on the bisket thingy and kayaking. There are toilet facilities n BBQ in this area too. There are designated areas for swimming, kayaking and of course boating. We travelled from Mt Maunganui to The Blue Lake didnt take us long to get there we left early and left late. Forgot, the lake is not sandy. So if your not use to walking on pebbles advise to get those beach scuff,boots like diving shoes. It didn’t deter some of mi mokopuna (grandchildren) tho.???❤

      Beautiful place with the awesome view to the lake, surrounded by woods. Ducks and goose are not afraid to eat from your hand, that was funny to observe and feed them with my son. There is place to park near the water, and the walking way around the lake in the woods, and children playground nearby.

      This is a nice open beach with plenty of access. There are a few benches but they are set pretty far back. Aside needing to bring your own chairs it’s a nice beach that’s also close to shops. (Pizza and KFC very close)

      Lovely beach that is close to town, as well as parks and out side tables for eating, and such a wonderful spot to take the dog for a walk. So many friendly dogs and dog owners!

      I love to park there and watch the beach when the weather is bad. You can stay in the car and see the sea/mountains and kite surfers while warm and dry in the car. There has been lots of erosion so there is now a safety fence at the edge which obscures the view a bit, but there is still a track to the beach where people can take their dogs for a walk. There is a toilet there too.
