  I’ve started taking my bub here this year and it’s the best decision I’ve made.
  The centre is amazing and very well set out especially for the little ones.
  I love how the owners have even put play pens in to keep your little ones occupied while you get changed and also while waiting for their turn to get into the pool.
  The viewing area is spacious and has plenty of seating.
  The staff are amazing and all super friendly, I don’t have a single bad thing to say. They explain what your child is about to do and why and spend time with each and every child. They also understand with the little ones that every day is different and they are not forced to do anything they’re not comfortable with.
  Apologies for the long review but this is the best place around to take your baby to learn to swim!

  Our children have been learning to swim there for about 2 years now. All the teachers are fantastic. Michelle and Brian are also great. Our children have advanced so much since swimming there and they look forward to it every week. A special thank you to their teachers Duffy and Catlin who are caring and full of encouragement.

  Horrible, the instructor mocked me for being slow (I pulled a muscle) and gripped me so hard it hurt. Didn’t do this to anyone else, I had no hatred or bad history of the guy and he hated my guts.
  Also, something about ‘only paying customers can use the change rooms’? We paid! I figure they’re just to lazy to clean it. My whole class was somewhat miserable after the trip and was not worth the $60 fee.
  They make fake promises to get kids’ hopes up; my friend overheard her instructor talking REALLY loud (so she could her them) about some bs like ‘we’ll move her up a group’. They moved her DOWN a group.
  If -20 stars were an option i’d have clicked it. Please, for the love of all things good DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN THERE. Not your students, not your children, not anyone.

  With 24 hr access its a convenient venue to suit anybody. Diverse selection of Weight and exercise machines or traditional bench press equipment. As well as floor space to do personal or group exercise routines. It is a comfortable fitness space with helful staff and users creating a great environment.

  The staff support is absolutely shocking. I went to the gym couple times to try to cancel my gym membership during the week. The worker always not there, and I’m still not be able to cancel the gym membership. Even when I call the phone number, there are nobody picking up the call.

  Great gym with friendly helpful staff. All the equipment I need and more. Also other users are friendly and easy to work in with. Parking is pretty good, usually right at the front door or just down a bit.

  Beware hidden lock in fees. Poor and frustrating communication with management. Gym itself is average.

  I came to Mt Gambier for a couple of short term contract jobs (couple of weeks each) and was recommended to sign up for full gym membership and to freeze membership in between. Management did not explain I would be locked into a contract and then charged me an additional month after I left. I would have never signed up if I had known. Communication with their team online was patronising and futile.
