No offence to maccas and all but they are so slack with delivery now days, if they mess up your order it’s the delivery places fault like come on man, how do you mess up this badly, didn’t even over a big mac, not a single this ordered was in the order, and the order bag had the right order on it. How do you mess up that bad??

The lady orange-brownish hair slicked back and the clear glasses was yelling at her staff for food orders to be cooked but did not once send in or offer her own help to the staff, it created a stressful environment and you could feel it from the dining room. Retraining definitely required!

Ordered a meal with a medium iced chocolate at 11:30pm today. Asked the rude manager if my drink was actually an iced coffee as it looked different. Got home and realised he gave me a coffee even after i asked him. Have called twice with no answer. Added Bacon to my burger which wasn’t on it either. NEVER going here again, waste of money.

We came here for lunch and the place was neat, clean & tidy. The kids play area was clean and kids had a great time. The staff prepared our food fast and gave great service. We ordered a variety of items from the menu and all were hot and freshly prepared. A great experience.

Went there at 7pm 07/01/24 . Custom trip for 2 crème brûlée frappes. Told they don’t have them here by window 1 . Asked for 2 chocolate sundae with hot sauce and a flake in both … asked twice and also for manager . Got to window 2 and received both ice cream but no flake , I told the girl I asked for them but she told me that they are not on the order so I won’t be getting them , I told her I asked for them and she replied that she won’t be putting them in and I need to drive thru AGAIN and pay for them . I then asked her if she thinks that’s fair ?. She replied AGAIN that I need to drive thru again and pay for them , I asked for the manager, I told the manager by issue and she replied that I should not talk to her staff that way …. Absolutely I was very stern and upset BUT I didn’t swear or call her names or belittle her but asked in a very stern manner “ do you think it’s fair that I have to do that when it’s not my fault “ . The manger was polite and professional and poor young girl was in tears and very upset . I’m sorry but if she cannot handle customers who are upset she should not be on the front line and maccas once again you have totally screwed it all up , Motto of this “ make sure you have stock before advertising something and train your staff to get the manager to fix things . Do I feel bad for upsetting her … yes and very much BUT MacDonald’s if you want to hire young people you need to train them and accept that you have KIDS serving people and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE STOCK then you bag on all day on tv about a product….. to the girl who probably has to go home after this , I’m so sorry little one BUT your not in school anymore and if you make mistakes with people’s orders or screw up with not keep customers happy then this is what happens in the big world , your not in school where they are not allowed to talk harsh to you or pacify you even when your wrong . The manager was professional and calm BUT she could see what was happening and she sat there and done little …. I won’t be back as I have had enough of issues and problems with this outlet .

Best thali I have had in Sydney so far. The portions were perfect and food was definitely bang for the buck. Service staff is very friendly and helpful.

We ordered the dahi Puri which was really good, vada pav which was served with the dry red chilli, garlic chutney plus the sweet chutney and ofcourse the fried green chilli which made it perfect.

The weekend special thali which was delicious, the paneer gravy was really really good, great portion size over all and some good and tasty Rasmalai.

The Rajasthani thali was the star of the show for me, they served it with dal Bati and churma. The food flavour was so close to home that it felt like a warm hug.

So glad to have found this place. We left the restaurant full and happy. Will definitely recommend and visit here again.

We had the pleasure of ordering Daal, Baati and Choorma from Savariya on a friend’s recommendation and we absolutely loved it. All our friends enjoyed every bit of it and we can’t thank Mamta jee enough for her hospitality and exceptional customer service. The best daal baati in Sydney. Keep up the good work guys..

Cannot fault. Huge selection of premium and local beers on tap. Staff were friendly and efficient. Service was outstanding. We both had a steak, eye and t-bone cooked to perfection, with generous sides. Venue was clean and the location is superb. Breakfast is also worth a look, great value and huge servings. Highly recommended!

Went to go for tea and was spoken to like absolute trash by a blonde haired lady with glasses at the bar, she was very aggressive and disrespectful, showing clear signs of annoyance by our presence and was even seen walking off shaking her head by us not knowing what we wanted to order when we had only just walked in and opened the menu! We just walked straight back out and will not be back or recommend this place again until staff manners are looked at and addressed appropriately! We felt so unwanted and uncomfortable, it was the worst experience we have ever had at this restaurant! We appreciate the lovely young man who rushed to help us and tried clearing a table for us, thank you for being so kind and comforting even though we didn’t end up staying! Absolutely devastated by this whole experience and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Despite the disgusting behaviour by said staff member, the food is usually really good and the people are usually quite welcoming and comforting, sucks that 1 person is letting Beach Hotels reputation down :((

Went for tea with family. My mums scallops were many and nice. Son in law had stake which he said was very nice, my fish and chips was oily and I mean oily. The other meals were nice. Biggest downer was it was cold when we got there and colder by the time we left. It was like they were trying to get rid of the people in the bar by turning the air con to snow.

Was excited to see that there was some cape grim rib eye steak on the menu. Decided to splurge on a $70 aged rib eye steak, cooked medium rare, as recommended on the menu. Sadly, the $70 aged steak was served well done, not just the charcoal on the outside, but tough all the way through. And not even one staff member bothered to ask how my $70 meal was faring. Hard to come back after this.

Sadly, the $70 aged steak was served well done, not just the charcoal on the outside, but tough all
      the way through.
And not even one staff member bothered to ask how my $70 meal was faring.
Hard to come back after this.

Overall a great experience for young family. Being able to eat INSIDE the playground area is epic. Food was great.
Only drawback was the toilets. Substandard for multiple reasons. No toilet paper, male urinal didn’t flush, no paper towel to dry hands. Just an unpleasant dirty experience.

If you want the worst experience in Albany, be sure to visit! When you order a Double Big Mac, you’ll get a regular Big Mac. It takes two remakes to finally get the Double Big Mac. I’m glad the chef could finally make the Double Big Mac. Long waiting time, Unapologetic staff, Dirty tables and bathrooms—everything is perfectly the worst!

I’m absolutely astonished, I came through drive thru. I think her name is Carly she gave me the hugest attitude, used extreme profanity in front of me and my child.
Wouldn’t even pay attention to us while on her phone still being at the window while the rest of the crew seemed to be working very hard.
      Please get better staff members.
