I came to this Maccas just now at 4:15 and ordered Chocolate Frappe, guess what they gave me a Frappe with a bad milk in it. I don’t recommend this Maccas! Goodluck on my stomach for sipping a little of it.

Came to the store on the way to work this morning ordered a large big Mac meal and got the wrong order ( breakfast instead ) no big deal, every time I come to the store, there’s always something wrong with my order, and I’m usually fine with it and never complain but this time I’ve had enough, I called them to let them know, and the Manager on the phone said to me “sorry I can’t do anything about it if you can’t return the food” in what planet would I keep? Five hours old MacDonalds in my car to return it later , not to mention drive back after I’m already on my way to work, i’m so unsatisfied with this response , I’d rather starve then come to the store again. I even offered to show them a photo and also my bank statements since they never hand out receipts. But still not Good enough.

I used to order here quite often and noticed last week when I ordered a meal that the large shake wasn’t full, I had already drove away and didn’t have a chance to complain. I went again tonight and ordered another shake and once again it wasn’t full to the top and when I asked the girl to fill it to the top, she said that she cant fill it up anymore as it would spill all over the place????
They recently raised the price from $5 to over $6 now for a large shake and on top of that they arnt even filling them up.

Stopped by a few days ago for some dinner after a long drive home from Adelaide. 20 mins passes and the crowd of people who were waiting before we arrived had still not received their food, no communication from staff and customers getting angry. The staff were rudely shouting back at customers. I’ve never seen unprofessionalism like this before. I asked for a refund which I was honoured as I realised I would not be getting my food any time soon…others then doing the same. If you can’t handle the demand, it might be worth closing the store early or only offer drive through?

I went to order ice cream soft serve , but unfortunately I got something similar to ice cream. I tried to draw the attention of the employee who works there, but she ignored me and turned around and walked while I’m still talking and did not answer anything. There are mistakes every time I order food from this branch. This will be the last time for me. It’s a pity to see these constant mistakes getting from McDonald’s

Location could not be better. This is close to every attraction. Breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend it. The whole place is well-decorated and our bathroom was immense and even had a bath! The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. For the price we appreciated the place very well. =)

Pro: The best location for a hotel in town. Near attractions, shops and restaurants. Near public transport routes. Stylish. The communal areas were delightful and so was the dining room. And our rooms Huge bathroom. Good noise isolation (minus the elevator system that you could occasionally hear). Delicious and filling breakfast. Most comfortable bed we slept in since a long time. Perfectly cleaned. Affordable breakfast, that you include it with your bedroom reservation or not.

Cons: Bedroom space is smaller than at your average hotel. Not a lot of electric outlets in the bedroom due to the age of the hotel. Shower design led us to wet the floor both times we used it. You need to shell $3 to $10/day for parking due to the location. If you take the road parking, you will need to wake up early to start the parking meter (Sundays are free) Public transport in Ballarat is not that great or widespread. Due to their age, some furniture in your rooms may show signs of wear. Some rooms may show signs of old renovations, like holes in the wall skirting. Lift sometimes didn’t work when being called from the second floor.

Recently stayed here to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. What a lovely place. From the old lift, to the winding staircase, everything is beautifully preserved from a time long ago. Service and facilities are, however, bang up to date, and everything you would expect from a hotel in the heart of the city. Epic breakfast rounded of a very pleasant stay.

Cold shower and spar not operating. We had to ask to be served at dinner. Food was excellent. Breakfast was similar. The order was eventually taken then we waited for an hour for the food. The restaurant was very quiet, not more that 3 tables to wait on. Once again what came out from the kitchen was good.

      Enjoyed our stay.

Not keen on the frosted glass toilet door, I like my privacy!

Left an unopened six pack in the fridge. It went missing so either housekeeping don’t check the bar fridge, which is a worry for some poor patron down the track or they must have thought we wouldn’t come back for it.

Also the dining room was very cold.

Car park can be a little tricky especially as there is a sign saying reverse in only but when car park has only one space left this was impossible.

Despite the above I think it is a beautiful hotel.

We held a 21st Birthday dinner for my son here on a Friday night. We had a large group and due to the size we were put in the Bentley Room. And what a gorgeous room. We would love to say a huge thanks to the staff for incredible service and the food was so good. Could not have asked for a better experience. We will be returning and recommending Craig’s to everyone we know.

We loved this restaurant so much we visited 2 nights in a row. The first night we sat on the back patio while it rained lightly. The hot chocolate and the cool breeze went well together. The second night, we arrived at a moment where many people were paying for their bill, so we had to wait a bit for the cashier and host to be available to seat us. The bartenders, ever so proactive and aware, offered us drinks on the house for the inconvenience. I was delightfully surprised. The wonderful service followed by the delicious food was a memorable night for us in Launceston.

Levee was exceptional! Prime location. We sat outside and enjoyed the view. Friendly and attentive staff. We ordered the steak and salmon both were delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. Gelato to finish was a treat!

Great setting on the waterfront. Sat outside so I think as we were only one of two tables there, service was a little slow. Garlic pizza was great, vegetable curry and duck salad was tasty with a good latte to go. We will be back .

Casual dining by the water. Really nice oysters and fish! Staff was attentive and service was prompt. Forgive my awful photos ? we had the fish & chips and sticky tasmanian salmon. Both were excellent. Big servings too.

The staff were pretty kind and took us straight to our table. I ordered a steak which was pretty good and then got a delicious ice cream. This place was very kid friendly and I think you would enjoy it!
