5 months agoIf you’re in the area, don’t miss the opportunity to grab a bite at this place. Everything we ate was so fresh and tasted fantastic. The service deserves a standing ovation. The girl at the counter was an absolute delight to chat with. She helped us by suggesting what we should try and went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences. I had the platter for 4 to make sure that i have enough variety in the food choices too. Must try caramari which has fresh natural flavour.2 weeks agoBought marinated seafood from the display cabinet that was off, returned it and requested a refund of the $10.17 that I paid. I know when food is on the turn, especially seafood. The manager, Anna refunded $6.40 and said she would only refund the amount that I returned. Obnoxious Co worker, who proclaimed to be a chef, who originally served me said there was nothing wrong with it. I beg to differ.
Customer service sense should prevail and a full refund should have been given. It was the point, not the $$ side of it.
I told them if I get food poisoning, they’ll be certainly hearing from me.
They certainly don’t look after the locals who are their bread and butter, and I certainly won’t go back, and know many locals who feel the same.
There are plenty of other options for fresh seafood in Coffs.
