      Every other service station, cafe, restuarant and business in Braddon are able to keep their store front clean and respectable except for 7-Eleven Braddon. There is constantly deplorable amounts of used coffee cups, food packaging, drink bottles, decomposing food and cigarette butts littered around the centre. It is disgraceful and when compared to the cleanliness of McDonald’s across the road, it demonstrates how little management care.

      I went to 7/11 Braddon to get 4 dozens original doughnut. I normally had to collect the doughnuts myself, but this time, a gentleman works in that store, his name is Ahmed, did it for me collecting from 8-10 different boxes to make my 4 dozens originals. A very gentle, polite and helpful person, very rare to find in Canberra stores. So happy with his service.

      When in for coffee and donuts, but I experienced the worst customer service in my life. I have read all the reviews for this 7-11, and I found that I am not the only one who was treated by this rude lady behind the counter . The owner of this business always replied to the review and said that he will do something for the bad service, but after 7 years, nothing has changed. Will not recommend the store to anyone .

      PS. The pricing in the store is not clear, the rude lady try to ripped me off.

      To support Punlork Sary- I was in the situation, and I was not happy with the customer service of this petrol station at all. We have 7eleven delivery truck driver as witness in the situation. I will not refuel my car over there even though it is 5 mins from my home or cheapest fuel.

      OMG, the coffee here is boss level amazing—like, if this coffee were in a video game, it would be the final boss you can’t defeat because it’s just too darn good.

      And for only $1.50!!?? That’s like finding a hidden treasure chest filled with gold, but instead of gold, it’s liquid happiness. Every other café should be quaking in their boots—and I mean full-on, espresso-machine-shaking, latte-art-ruining trembles. If coffee were a talent show, this place just dropped the mic and walked off stage.

      So if you’re in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by. Your taste buds will thank you, and your wallet won’t file for financial distress. Level up your life with a cup from here—Game Over for the competition!”

      Unfortunately I can not do zero stars otherwise I would. I definitely do not recommend filling your car up here the workers demonstrate complete discrimination towards customers. My friend and I arrived at the petrol station to fill up and as she has just got a new car we made the mistake of parking the wrong way to fill up so we simply were trying to turn around when two men working at the store spoke over the loud speaker in a loud disrespectful tone saying that we must pay before filling up. We are not idiots and we’re completely offended by this. A man parked next to us was able to fill up before paying as per usual so we know what these men were trying to do. After paying $50 they cut our petrol short only letting us fill to $49. Yes it is only $1 but after the way they spoke to us it was not acceptable and needs to be dealt with now!!!

      I only came here late at night (1030pm) because I stupidly caved into a craving for junk food aka a packet of chips. I know food is exie everywhere but $13 for a pack of corn chips and and Ego ice cream? Hf. I was gonna get some pre-cooked hot food but once I saw the potato cakes -thin, very dry, and very hard looking)- I decided this place is not rotating stock to my understanding. Service-wise, it peeves me that when a service worker has their back to me (waiting at the counter) but another worker (cook) can see me but they don’t tell the service worker I’m there, its just ignorant.

      Wow service level has changed was in at 6:50 on 20/04/23 had to wait 7 mins no service or acknowledgement. Staff member just kept wrapping sandwiches back turned. Such a pity… used to have a great app that no longer appears to work and great staff who would make you feel welcomed and not like your interrupting their important sandwiches.

      I went there today and had a very bad experience as the Asian Lady at the coffee counter behaved very rudely and had aggressive nature. I will not go there again as that lady seriously hurt my sentiments. Please fire that lady, as it will beneficial for your business.

      It is conveniently located at the start of Hay Steet Mall. Like other 7-Eleven stores, it has self-serve $1 coffee, of reasonably good quality, and self-serve Slurpee.

      The store seems busier than other shops in the area. Many of the customers are people wanting a grab-a-bite of snacks, sandwuch, Danish pastry, drinks, etc.

      Always out of the croissants, it’s as tho they never look at what is running low and only make them when a customer asks if there are any available, I love a croissant for a light snack but they seem to always have an empty tray when I’m there. Please keep track of your stock, it’s right there in front of you.

      Great location, but what makes this store great is Maninder. Excellent customer care skills and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much for her. Knowledgeable and with Impeccable manners. Great sales person and the perfect Front of House person. In my experience with other stores, no staff member cares that much. Keep it up and I cannot thank them enough.

      Not a paid advert. But almost EVERY time 7-11 turns out to have the best price even before locked “locked in”. I use Fair Fuel app to check price trends, and then lock in the 7-11 and then fill up on the week-end. Only once had the price been even. Plan ahead. The staff are also pleasant, the coffee not bad at all. And I am fussy about my ☕️. The regular night shift chap at Bris East always cheerful! How does he do it?

      bad service, the guy who served me named Mr Parka or something, i came around 17:43, his face looked tired and didn’t say a word. If you are hiring employees with such tired faces, your store will never be better, other employees often smile when I come here the previous times.

      Adi is the best! He went out of his way to support our little state school by sponsoring our Rainbow Run… the kids were so excited to receive their 7 eleven slurpee and donut prizes! It’s lovely to see local businesses active in the community and even better to see how lovely the staff are to our children. Thank you for your support – you guys are above and beyond! ?

      The team at this 7-eleven are great. Whether it’s first thing in the morning, late at night, whether they are 100 customers or just you – they take the time to say a proper g’day and make you feel welcome. Which is a weird thing to say about a servo – but there you go. Management and the staff should both be proud of how well they run the business.

      This place has an unclean, dank smell, the coffee tastes bad like dirty water. When I went there, they locked the doors to keep a ‘known thief’ from coming in, who was pressing his face up on the window and looked like he was on drugs, they told me they would unlock the doors for me to get out but the thief would probably try and get in???? That’s exactly what happened, as soon as I opened the door to get out this junkie man pushes his way inside.

      Small 7-Eleven and definitely not a petrol station. Located right on the corner it’s easy to miss and only had one coffee machine so you may have to wait a bit to get one as it was busy when I went at 9am.

      Been coming here for a few weeks now as this is now my regular 7-eleven. I have met an older gentleman who seems to be the fulltime worker at this location and he has always given me lovely customer service with a smile. I appreciate the attempt at an upsell and I’m sure one day I’ll crack and buy a 2$ chocolate bar. This bloke is always in a cheerful mood and makes my slurpee trips all the more worth it.

      The staff member was rude, wasn’t helpful, didn’t listen to requests and lied outrightly about the freshness of a food item. Attempted to get a refund on a crispy cream donut after taking one bite and realising that it was very stale, was refused due to the bite having been taken out of it.

      No sense of customer service And the guy was furious at me as I did something wrong I just asked for the price of milk as there was not price tag in the fridge. I think he was the manager/owner he acted like he owned the hurlston park area. I never saw this kind of service anywhere. He was really rude to me. I think he has no idea what is he doing there? I think he should learn how to talk and how the customers should be treated. I don’t know how he got the job in the first place with all this behaviour.

      Usually there’s a guy there who tries to upsell chocolates about to go off, he’s persistent but just annoying. Today a guy just scanned a chocolate bar without asking, didn’t apologise or acknowledge me when I asked him to take it off the total. Pretty scummy way to make a few extra $$, usually come here just cos it’s convenient but it’s turned me off

      Worst Experience EVER! I went in for a full face wax 2 days before going on holiday overseas. A young female i hadn’t had before was on by herself (i had previously been here 2 or 3 times) Usually the other ladies would wax everywhere except on the sides of my eyes, they would thread that area. This particular female waxed everywhere. I am no expert in these things and didn’t know any better but it hurt more than previous times and I walked out with a sore face, the girl said it’s okay the pain will go away soon. I was left with pain and redness that day and a huge abrasion when i woke the next morning – right before I was going overseas may i remind you. I went back the next day to show them the result of a full face wax from the previous day, one of the usual ladies was on (she is one of the owners) she was apologetic and said her staff member had waxed my face incorrectly by not holding my skin when pulling off the wax strips. I requested a refund to which she said she couldn’t do and offered me an instore voucher – i refused the voucher because I will never go back there as a customer ever again.

      I ended up being overseas on holiday embarrassed of my face, a good friend of mine even thought I had been in a fight.

      About 3 days later I was left with pigmentation and subsequently scarring.

      DO NOT GO HERE!

      If you like your skin the way it is, i implore you to go somewhere else!!

      Worst service ever. I needed my eyebrows done asap and checked out all the local stores but they were all busy except this store. I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed as threading hurts me more. She applies wax to one side and then she was on her phone speaking well not speaking but yelling in another language. Now the wax has cooled too much and is harder to rip off. Applies more wax and then spends 10 minutes yelling on her phone again. Finally comes back to remove wax and tells me my lips are very hairy like man. So I say OK wax and once again the wax hardens cos she is on her phone again. Now she starts threading and I see she has gotten the wax inside my nose too…. NEVER EVER AGAIN…she also tries to sell me wrinkle cream being I’m over 60 I do have wrinkles.. it seems to be normal for this store to treat customers this way. It should never take 45 minutes for a eyebrows and lip wax and I know now why it was empty and no doubt going out business soon which is sad for the owners

      Awesome experience! The lash tech was so knowledgeable and knows what’s the best way to get our lashes looking really good and suits our eye shape. Me and my friend went the first time to have our eye lash extensions and eyebrow henna. Threading zone definitely exceeded expectations ?

      I had the most painful lash lift and tint. She rubbed my eyeball with a dry cotton pad. My lashes look awful!! She was rough and didnt care when my eyes were burning, I told her about 3 times and she didnt take the stuff off so I did. Expensive too!
