      Booked an appointment, got made to paid a deposit to secure appointment time (6 year old ear piercing) THEY called on the day of appointment and cancelled to tell me the only thing they can do is rebook for another 4 days time. The appointment time was at 4.30 pm and not one person in the hole salon could pierce a very excited 6 year old. Needless to say I rang around town and got in to another hair dresser that was $15 cheaper and the staff was not rude unlike the young lady at jlees salon (I think her name was Emily)

      I went in yesterday and got an eyebrow bar i payed 15 dollars wasn’t bad at all she said the balls were 5 each , anyway I went back in their today cos my partner lost one I asked to get 2 balls for the bar she charged me 8 each when the lady yesterday said they were 5 each. the lady that served me today was so rude to me and spoke down to me.!! any ways I will never ever go back there at all I was discussing with this lady’s service. I do not recommend them at all !!

      Absolutely wasn’t what I expected ? from the outside the place looks like an office. It was really hard to find with the tiny sign in the door hidden in the corner of the building amongst several other buildings. When I went inside I was surprised how clean and chic it is. The beauty therapist was very nice and professional. The staff are friendly. I’d definitely go back for more services. Good prices in the services too

      Couldn’t be happier with the service I received at the Traralgon store.. I got a second piercing in my nose last week, and unintentionally pulled it out while drying my face 2 days later.. I returned today to have it re-pierced.. the lady who did the piercing is an absolute gem, with a personality worth bottling.. I couldn’t recommend her more highly if I tried.. thank you for an amazing experince. I’ll be back in a few weeks to get the other side done!!

      Got my Helix swapped here, they were nice and allowed me to choose my jewellery. The staff were extremely nice and made me feel safe while prepping up, they were very sanitary and got it over with really fast without any pain and also gave me clear instructions on how to care for it to allow it to heal once again.

      Fiona and her gorgeous team were amazing I had the absolute best experience of my life… I have wanted to get my nose pierced for years always been scared… She made me more than comfortable walked me through the process and honestly she was so gentile and kind of didn’t even hurt… She talked for a long time about cleaning and after care and was the most beautiful soul thank you so much for the best experience Fiona you are a sparkle in the rough my darling please go and get your hair and peircing done here she is just divine … Place is clean it’s friendly it’s bright it’s awesome ?

      As much as Teresa is a great hairdresser unfortunately the business has changed due to financial struggles. I attempted to go in and pay a deposit as they require this now unfortunately working 12 hour days with little break and exhaustion left me unable to get to the shop. Gone are the days you’re made to feel important paying for a service. Communication was poor and tried to rectify and was told “I wasted their time” I have little time during the day to make calls for personal and I explained that. It went on deaf ears. I was told I now need to pay extra deposit as I cancelled an appointment which I was told an appointment wasn’t made. I’m left confused and now need to find a new hairdresser. Upset and disappointed as I tried to pay in person and my circumstances left me unable which I explained. I have shown up for each appointment made previously and would have shown up tomorrow on one of my days off if I had an appointment booked. Communication failed Kombi cutters this time. I hope you treat others better and listen to resolve in the future.

      Just turned up without an appointment and they where the most friendly polite people and fitted me in straight away.. I did not get his name but the person who cut my had the most delicate sensitive touch also he was so friendly and gave a very good haircut. I was impressed and I am a bloke.

      Worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Went in for a skin fade and had to go back after getting home and being advised by my partner it looked like a “bowl cut”. Went back to them and had it somewhat improved but overall it’s made me miserable. The young barber is very nice and the service is very friendly but he’s also used thinning scissors and made my longer hair on top super uneven. Now if I try and tie it up I have these scraggly half length hairs. Considering shaving my head it’s made me so upset. Never again.
