      Excellent service the team is just the right amount of friendly and efficient. Great smiles and got right to it. At other hairdressers I’ve been left waiting while the hairdresser does too many things not so here the team was awesome. An absolute pleasure. This is now my regular hairdresser. My haircut is exactly what i wanted Lauren listened and made it perfect. Such delightful service to receive a menu as you are seated and get a massage chair and lovely head massage while washing my hair.

      First time at Plum. I am an older professional woman who was exhausted after a long working day and also recently arrived in Port. Chloe did a great short fresh cut and was very personable and perceptive. Lovely clean bright premises and refreshments showed an understanding that haircut time is more than about haircuts for most women. Very happy.

      This salon is amazing! Always leave loving how my hair is. They are honest when asking questions or suggesting colours so that you are never surprised or disappointed. Being a regular I have noticed how my hair has improved since going here rather than the home job. I highly recommend this place to everybody! Even my fiancé would rather get his hair cut here to a barber!

      Mutilated my daughters first haircut. So extremely disappointed the whole experience and ultimately the shocking end result. Hair dresser needed to learn about consent. If a person says stop, you back away and ask may I continue not just keep cutting. The manager was kind and attempted to rectify.

      Have been going to headlines for over 15 years and will continue to support such an amazing local family business. I have had many different styles and colours over the years, and have LOVED every single one. From pre teen craziness of ruby red hair to now prepping for blonde wedding hair glamour – headlines has always provided realistic advice and a wonderful service. You truly feel like a part of a close family when you go to headlines. The Salon is always incredibly clean and always so stylish. Worth every single cent.

      This is the worst place to ever get your hair done. if you want them to ignore your requests and so what they want go there. they have thinned my hair and dyed it brown when i came in to get it lightened. absolutely the most horrible hairdresser i have ever been to. and i was charged $400 for it and was never given a refund. the staff were rude and made it out like it was my fault that they stuffed up. absolutely disgusting place.

      ????Love love love Kevin Murphy’s products for my hair. It’s always hard to find a business that is within 300km of where I live, so I have had to constantly buy online or when in major cities. Well, I was so excited to find this hairdressing salon who stocks every one of their products. The lady was amazing & was very knowledgeable with the products & knew straight away which ones I use by touching my hair. I will definitely be back to stock up, so I am never without. Do yourself a favour if ever in Wagga, book in & get your hair done here. Being more of a boutique salon … means you get the best service & haircut or colour, etc. as they listen to what you want, not cut it their way.       Had my hair done here today for the 1st time. What an amazing team. If you havent been here then you’re missing out on a high quality service. My hair colour was perfect, the professionalism was second to none an the salon has such a wonderful, accommodating vibe.       I saw that the review was good and went there, and still was not satisfied with my hair a bit disappointed the result was far from the picture that I showed them. I change my hair colour myself the next day . For the service it was the best , good people very friendly. They charge everything that they do to your hair . For a trim cost $95, and my hair on bleach and dye and styled $400+

      I loved my appointment with Sharna and the lovely team today! The salon was very clean and welcoming, and I was offered a beverage and temple massage.

      Sharna did an excellent job at bringing my hair back to life; offering her advice and recommendations in a way that wasn’t pushy. She sent me home with some great tips to keep my hair looking great until my next visit!

      I loved the little bag given to me as I left, you can tell this salon cares about their customers and values their experience! 10/10

      The best experience in a salon I have ever had! From the moment I arrived I received a hand massage. My hairdresser Kate applied my foils just as I wanted, paying great attention to the outcome I wanted. She never left my side, from treatment to blow dry and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Amazingly delicious tea and cakes. All staff were just so lovely and helpful. I felt so spoilt by the end of it, like I had just left a day spa. Management must be great, everyone is so happy to be there. Can’t wait for my next visit, with the lovely Kate of course.

      I dropped into the salon to talk about issues I was having with my hair. I then took the next step and made an appointment. Well all i can say is although I paid a little more i found that all the girls were professional, great presentation and courteous.

      Kate you listened and put in 100% effort into making sure I was happy with the final result. So all I can say is sometimes you have to spend a little more so you can walk out the door feeling fantastic !! ✨️

      Well this was my first experience visiting this place , and trust me , its totally worth it , specially Mr. Prakash does some amazing stuff . I mean this guy knows what he is doing. Very professional, friendly and helping staff. And the thing which I liked about that Mr. Prakash asks about your preferences first and then adds his expertise into it , the end result is Magic literally. Will definitely visit again.

      I had a style and cut with Jax, she was so bubbly and sorted my hair out with such confidence! I really enjoyed my impromptu stop and was very happy with my style. Definitely recommend Jax, thank you!!

      Tuesday 28th November I had the worst haircut ever! Totally missed the photo I showed for example of what I wanted. So short no way to hide the fact she cut the crown to about 3cm, a couple cms shorter than the rest! Way too short to fix. Wish I had got her name, the only thing she got right “you dont have African hair like the photo”.

      The manager of this salon got back to me in a timely manner, her professional manner and understanding of the situation serves to make me more confident in returning in the future. I have friends who have used bigger more expensive brands and left deflated, hair cuts are a bit of a lucky dip. For the quality of management I have changed my rating to four stars I was heard, I recieved recompense and I am confident the stylist will take more care in tbe future.

      I have curly hair and you can get away with anything. But this hair cut was so bad and uneven that it sticks out like a sore thumb. A trim is basic and there is no reason why one side should be longer than the other. Very disappointed $39 wasted.

      Thank goodness I gave the salon another chance because Lauren and Layla are amazing! Gave me my dream hairstyle. Listened to everything I said, and kept checking in with me. I am so happy this time around. I wouldn’t recommend Jo as a stylist, she tried to talk me out of both the color and cut that I asked for at my previous appointment. And I walked away very disappointed. I insisted that I wanted it lighter and shorter and she insisted I keep it darker and longer.

      I have tried sooo many hair salons and stylists over many years and cannot speak more highly of hype all around experience…however when it comes to cut,styling and especially expertise in colour whether it be highlights, whatever, Claudia is my girl! Will never allow anyone other tha Claudia to cut or colour my hair. Absolutely perfect job every single time. Also you cannot argue that for whatever you have done with your hair the prices are decisively the best in Bendigo and surrounding areas. Really amazingly low cost for such expertise and quality. All staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating, but for me it’s Claudia every time. Awsome hair salon! 5star rating and I’m extremely fussy about my hair.

Very disappointed as I didn’t ask for a difficult cut, basically a skin fade and tidy up and thinned out on top. The lady did a poor job and I won’t be going back.. First and last time at that place. I would give zero star if there was an option for it $39 for 13 minutes hair cut she was in a such rush to do to the job within 13 min. Result – the worse haircut I have ever had. Even right and left sides are not the same level let alone cut style. Now I need to fix it with other barber
