      ten out of ten,, i saw kasey to get my hair done, one of the kindest, sweetest most genuine and gentle person i have ever met. she’s a creative mastermind and i have never been so happy with my hair in my life! the whole salon environment was so warm and welcoming, all the stylists were so lovely and willing to help out. i couldn’t see myself going to a different salon again.

      A big thumbs up to Bernadette who fixed my hair up after I had a bad experience in Brisbane, before coming to Hobart to spend a few days with family. I was in damage control and needed to get it fixed asap. I was booked in the same day I arrived and I rate my experience a 10 out of 10. looking and feeling 100% better when I walked out. Lily looked after my hair; she gave it back moisture and cut and styled my hair exactly how I like it, and no other place has managed to do exactly that! I will definitely be a regular onwards!

      If I could give a higher rating I would! Honestly from the start I felt so welcomed and looked after. They explained everything very thoroughly before even starting my hair. I had lovely conversations throughout the time I spent there and lots of laughs. I didn’t feel like a hassle to them. I 100% recommend for anyone who wants to learn about there own hair, what to do, what not to and what products you could use etc as well as get an amazing colour and cut. They are fantastic at their job and I will be recommending and returning. Thank you again ?

      I’ve been coming here for years now and I can’t recommend C&K strongly enough. I had a pretty bad experience with my previous hairdresser and the next day I was in literal tears with clumps of hair in my hands. I walked into C&K and was immediately comforted by Mel and her dad. And it was was not only professional, but personal too. I’ll never forget that day. Fast forward 5 years and my hair is not only flawless and healthy but it’s grown back longer and I feel like I have my identity back. From the bottom of my heart, I’m so greatful for the day I walked in there, because they changed my life. And the tailored care they give me for my journey, is like no other. They don’t give you a “one size fits all” approach. They consider everything and how your hair changes over time and apply it to you personally.

      I have just had my second hair cut at Charli & Kate in Wollongong with Jamie. It is the best haircut I think I’ve ever had! I love making a change to my style and it’s hard to find a hairdresser with the same enthusiasm for making big changes. Jamie has made both of my experiences such positive ones and I love that she had no fear in taking on the challenge of my copious amounts of hair. I also loved that she called on a team mate to look over the cut to get advice and input. They both showed a passion for cutting that I’ve struggled to find in years.       Abbie is my go to person when I get my hair cut. She is professional and takes pride in her art/work. Abbie created a wonderful transformation of my hair to a stylish look. The whole team at Sharp N Stylish Hair Spa was amazing. They communicated well between team members and worked out an efficient system. The service was impeccable. If you’re after some pampering, hair wash and a head massage before a stylish hair cut, then this is the place to go. And the drink of your choice from their menu is a nice addition to the whole experience.

      After reading all the awesome reviews, I decided to give it a go because I can’t get a spot for my usual hairdresser in other salon. After the hair cut, I literally want to cry! I’ve been comunicating through out the whole process but the hairdresser doesn’t seem to listen but insists that he is right, what I request is wrong. I just wish my hair could grow faster and go back to my usual hairdresser to fix up. I hate give bad reviews, but I want to let other people know my feeling.

      Jina and Joy are absolutely amazing and very talented! I have got my hair done by Jina over the years and I was never disappointed.

      Jina is absolutely fantastic with a straightening perm, various hair treatments, colouring, including tricky ones like Balayage or Ombre, and amazing hair cut!

      As I started to have so much gray hair, Jina dyed my hair in a way which not only covers the gray hair, but also to blend in the newly growing gray hair! (See photo with a short hair.)

      She will also tell you honestly and directly if your hair is too damaged for perm or colour so that you won’t waste your money. The staff is well trained, professional and super nice too.

      The best Canberra hair salon by far and I highly recommend it!

      I visited the Cranbourne store on Sunday and I was so impressed with Filiz and Chloe. They both went above and beyond as customer service employees.       I came into the store to pick up a click and collect and asked if there was any chance there was availability to have my highlights re-toned. The girls managed to fit me in immediately and from the get go were the friendliest, most welcoming group of hairdressers I’ve ever encountered. I picked out a colour and after consultation with Filiz I ended up changing the colour I chose and I’m so glad I did because her suggestion was perfect. Both Charlie and Filiz toned my hair, and just watching how they interacted with each other and with me made me feel like they were a close knit, positive team. This created such a great vibe within the salon and it actually just felt really nice to be there. I was offered a beverage twice, the second time I accepted as Filiz convinced me she made a great coffee (she did!). Charlie then meticulously washed my hair, both girls blow waved it together, which saved so much time as I have a lot of thick hair, and Charlie gave me a much needed trim. I could not be happier with the service and the results of my visit today. I can honestly say that I couldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done now, the girls at Cranbourne Park have won me over for life. They were kind, compassionate and their customer service could not be matched. I walked into that salon a tired, worn out, faded haired mum and walked out a new woman. I felt a million times better, not just because my hair looked great, but because the energy and atmosphere in the salon was so positive and uplifting. That’s something that I believe can’t be taught and is purely a direct result of the genuinely wonderful personalities of the staff at the salon.

      I can’t express how happy I am with my hair and this Salon. Originally researching google reviews for salons that were good with blondes, I stumbled across Neons reviews. Very nervously I booked a appointment, asking for a senior stylist. After getting my hair done at various salons on the coast for 15+ years, and never completely satisfied, I was thinking it might be time for me to cut off my long thick locks. I was happy with my first initial appointment leaving with a fresh colour and being able to run my fingers through my hair. I think the second or third appointment I met the salon Manager Nicole. I asked if we could have a honest chat about my hair. She was open and friendly. I told her while I was happy, I still felt like I wanted more from my hair. When you have really long thick hair that takes some 5 hours you really want it just so. I began to list all the problems I’ve had at other salons, even ones I was loyal to for many many years. Things like the Colour never being quite what I wanted, to ashy or just bland, and always leaving with a dry and damaged mattered mess. The fact that I’d never left previous salons being able to run my fingers through my hair, always feeling like I needed to go straight home and wash it. I expressed that I was already a million times happier with her salon, but still wanted more from the Colour. I showed Nicole a picture of the blonde I was trying to achieve. And she explained to me how we were going to achieve that and what time frame without damaging my hair. She assured me we would get there and I didn’t need to cut off my long locks. Well yesterday I had my hair done again by Nicole and is such a gorgeous bright blonde. Another client walked in for her appointment and couldn’t stop staring and complementing me on it. She was totally mesmerized! So much so I heard her asking Nicole about my hair as I was leaving. I’m so thrilled to be the new ‘bench mark’ that people are trying to achieve with their blonde!       After a long awaited haircut appointment, I finally booked a few weeks before hand to make sure I’d get my desired day and time that suited me best.

      I have been to this salon before and have recommended it to family and friends. The service I received today was unlike no other, there was a warm welcome from Hung who cut and styled my hair.

      He took a lot of care in ensuring my layers were “perfect” and left no strand untouched. Although it took an army to blow dry my thick hair, they made it work so smoothly. My curls lasted me all night which I was pretty impressed with — given with my thick hair, curls don’t usually last me very long.

      I can confidently say this hairdresser won’t make you cry when you go home after your appointment (we’ve all been there, done that). The pictures of my hair speaks for itself 🙂

      Called the store yesterday to see if they would take me as a walk-in as I had a work function later that night and had no plans for my hair. They were more than happy to book me straight away. Annabelle was my hairstylist and she washed, dried and styled my hair. Could not have turned out any better and my hair stayed beautiful all night! Was also a really great price for all of those services. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the city.

      Could not be happier with my experience here. Phoned around 11am after having decided that I needed a hair change, and needed it now! Carlos, one of the owners, promptly took matters into his hands to make sure I was taken care of and immediately scheduled me in just an hour later. Carla was my hair dresser and she was absolutely lovely. She made sure to clarify my hair goals to achieve exactly what I was looking for. The salon itself was gorgeous, and the service and kindness by everyone is absolutely unmatched!! They offer you drinks and snacks and make sure you are well looked after the whole time. My experience was so pleasant, the results were beautiful, and I can’t explain how much I appreciate them fitting both me and my friend in so last minute. It’s a shame I don’t live in Brissy because this salon would definitely be my go to. Thanks so much all of you!! Hopefully I will have a chance to come back soon. Beautiful salon, beautiful staff!

      Thank you Lucie! Love my curly hair cut & the full experience/service was wonderful. Not one staff gawked at how big or frizzy my hair was & Lucie knew exactly how to handle it. It’s always daunting walking into a new salon as a curly hair gal, not knowing how people will react to my hair. But they didn’t hesitate with any part of the service. I walked in with a lot of frizz & walked out half the volume but super defined curls. My curls are very prone to frizz so Lucie didn’t use a hand held hair dryer. This has kept my frizz minimal. She also fixed my colour, which I didn’t book for but she threw into the service anyway. The 3hr appointment in total cost around $350 & you certainly get your money’s worth. They even offer light refreshments throughout the service. Top tier for sure! Thanks Lucie ?

      Love this salon! The whole salon experience has been carefully thought out and you’ll enjoy it from the moment you walk in.

      Experts in the curly cut (attn: CGM gals), colour & styling.

      Outside of the hair, its the little things like; 15min consult included at the start of every appt and an itemised quote with pricing provided, massage chairs at the basin, device chargers, free wifi, complimentary drinks & snacks that span well outside your old school English breakfast tea & bickies (think T2 peach tea & hot flavoured popcorn), what more could you want?

      The whole experience at Elysium is fantastic. I have curly/frizzy hair and I showed up in a pretty dire state. Michelle is so amazing. She gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had in my entire life. I love it so much. She made something that had become unmanageable for me into something I love. If you are looking for a curly cut, know you are in good hands.
