2 weeks agoNot a nice experience at this office works …I was greeted by Kyla who seemed not to happy to exchange a gaming monitor that was purchased for my son and was not working properly after 1 week. It was almost like it was inconvenience to them to give us a working one in replacement? Then along came Robert who’s attitude was appalling no customer service at all. And to make it worse I think he was management. You guys really need to do better! I won’t be backa month agoWould just like to leave a raving review for Daniel who works in the Printing area. We came in with a bit of a curly printing job. He was so accommodating and helpful. He was informative and gave us options on what was obtainable or unrealistic. His knowledge and service was A1We walked away very happy

a month agoCraig assisted with an issue yesterday where we were not home to get the delivery. He was absolutely wonderful updating us and picking up our items this evening. Many thanks Craig.3 months agoNo toilet is available for elderly shoppers who have problems with ergency. Surely this should be customer service or has that gone forever. So I had to go out the front and relieve myself against the wall. Not good advertising for a national brand. Please think of your customers.4 years agoI would like to thank Ty in the printing department at Officeworks Tuggerah for his assistance in helping me get photos done for my son’s Memorial Service. Ty went above and beyond what would be expected, he made a sad time brighter for me, a grieving mother, by ensuring the products provided were perfect. Ty, thank you, you are a wonderful man and a great employee! The service from other staff members was also great.
