      Waste of time and money!! After waiting 1.5hours for the car to be ready for pick up, I had to spend 15 minutes pointing out all the spots they missed, which actually were quite obvious. There were so many that I couldn’t be bothered anymore and left. I’ll never take my car there again, not worth the money. I’d give a rating of ZERO if I could, this place is not even worth the 1 star. Do your car a favour, don’t go there!!

      If there was less I would have gave them!!! doing the car cleaning the leather was absolutely useless paid 45 dollars and told them it’s not clean ,they said the best we can do . Me ,with one of the dish scrub and just a little bit of dish soap all the black and yellow Spots disappeared …. It was really a ripoff !!

      Worst customer service ever. Went there for wash and inside cleaning 40 minutes before closing and the Young boy working there ask me to go to some other car wash as he needs to finish exactly at 5pm.

      Money Chewing machine for nothing! Absolutely ridiculous and the ignorance on messenger is the same! I don’t know who’s behind the social media but that’s not a good customer service experience either! My experience is money went into the machine, so the washer didn’t wash my car, tried to call the business and it goes straight to voice mail. Soon this business will go down the drain.       I had a horrible experience with Hoppies Southport. I brought my new car in to get a full detail service, seats steam cleaned and the lot. All seats were left with water stains as shown in the photo attached and a large chip was made on my console. I returned to make this issues obvious, where they then told me that ‘the guy who did my wash was not working today, it was his day off, so they can’t do anything’ they then agreed to re steam clean my two front seats. To my disgust, once dried, there was a huge new black stain on the passengers seat. I was really looking forward to getting my car cleaned properly but this was a terrible effort and extremely disappointing. Do not recommend coming here ever or wasting any of your money.

      Finally had the time & was excited to get my car washed today. I was left extremely disappointed after a $115 wash & steam clean with the extras. It felt like no effort or care had been taken whatsoever, I needed to go over the entire inside myself as it was covered in cleaning spray that hadn’t been wiped, there was dust still on all surfaces. Windows were only half cleaned, making it worse than before and no evidence that a steamer was used. I was asked to unclip my baby seat which I did and put along the back seats so it could be easily moved as we had to leave the car there for over an hour, however, it was not which meant the entire back seat was completely left untouched. A really poor effort considering the money spent. Attempted to phone & contact however no response.

      Slow, expensive, and poorly done.

      Paid extra to have the interior detailed and windows wahsed in and out only to find massive streaks and some powder residue/dust all over the car.

      Worse yet, I tried to call and see if it could be redone only to find the phone number is a recording directing you to email them. A simple fix just made harder.

      I had a terrible experience at Hoppys Southport. The supervisor was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not only was my car still dirty after the wash, but none of the staff offered any assistance. To make matters worse, they were all very rude to me.

      I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The staff clearly do not care about customer service or doing a good job. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

      As a regular regular of Hoppy’s Car Wash in Brisbane, I decided to try their Southport location today and was met with an extremely disappointing experience.

      The customer service was far below expectations, with the staff member coming across as outright rude.

      They tried to charge me $115 for what I regular get in brisbane for $75.

      To add to the frustration, there was an attempt to impose an additional $15 surge charge under the pretext of my car being ‘dirty’ – a fee that seemed unreasonable and unjustified.

      I drove off and won’t ever be back again.

      Bought my 2 fur kids here for a bath. The facilities were fantastic and clean. And easily accessible away from the car wash bays. BUT be mindful it is a $10 Charge with no change… I put in $5 note then used my card to do the remaining $5 and was charged the full $10. So in short I was charged $15 to wash 2 small dogs at end of the wash had used $3 of the $15.. May need to look for a better value for money senario

      Great place to wash big dogs, two bay dedicated dog wash on side of car wash. $10 will get you constant warm water, shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick rinse and blow dry.

      Heading home to Sydney, decided to give the car a wash after being on some dirt roads. Very impressed with this place. The wash bays were spotless, the coin machines all look new & heaps of wash options. Products were quick to dispense & worked well. This place runs rings around any similar car wash anywhere in Sydney. Great work guys. I’ll definitely be back when passing through Bathurst.

      Paid for the ultimate wash at the drive through bay and after completion of wash I noticed Road grime still all over the car.Contacted the business and have not received any reply.Have photos to back up my complaint.Disappointed would be an understatement, my advice is AVOID THIS CAR WASH ,GO ELSEWHERE.

      This is a well run car wash with competitive pricing. There is an automatic bay and three manual ones, and a dog wash. There are also vacuuming facilities on hand if needed.

      I’m happy to report that these guys have a great care and attention to detail!!

      I got my car hand washed, vacuumed, dusted and windows inside and out for $70. The guys did a great job (even though it was a Sunday)!

      I’m a fussy customer and there is nothing worse than 2 pay money to get your car cleaned and they miss bits but these guys were wonderful!

      I could tell that that the owner treats the team well because I thought the guy I spoke with about my car was the owner but he wasn’t, he just treats business like his own and that’s what you want for a consistent job!

      I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys ?

      Took my Mitsubishi triton to these guys, never ever had a problem with the car, always serviced and maintained. Drove it into the premises to collect my car not even turning on. I had to get my car towed to my mechanic. They washed the engine with the car running with a pressure washer and have filled the engine and the air filter with water!!! Upon further inspection by my mechanic, they have caused sever water damage to the inside wiring connections. The manager argued with me saying it was not his fault. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

      Paid $150 for a detail and to get the dog hair out of the car. Loads of dog hair left in car. They didn’t vac the boot, the cup holders were not cleaned. They didn’t wipe over any of the dash. I would not use them again. Their loss, I get my car detailed every 2 months.

      I wanted to like this car wash as it is quick and my dad loves it. I have used it a few times now each time getting the $24 protect wash, but the last two times I have been I figured I would check to see how good it is, and unfortunately, it didn’t get the spider droppings on my door panels and get rid of all the bird droppings on my front and rear windows. I love my car and am always looking to find a car wash that is as good as my by-hand wash. Still it came out looking better than it went in. Sooo, need a quick clean and I mean quick (think 3 mins) this is a good stop-off. Edited, turns out the stuff this car wash didn’t get off was also hard to get off by hand. Changed to 5 stars. Great place for a quick awesome wash.

      Loved my first wash and experience so the second time round, I had to join the membership ?
