      I ordered large-sized Thai tea with regular ice and extra sugar. But there was no buttons for extra, so I asked staff to make it. I said twice to each staff but my drink wasn’t sweet enough. Also the taste wasn’t like Thai tea? My drink was bitter and the flavor of Thai tea was extremely weak. I wanna ask them to make new one, but I didn’t have enough time to ask. I really like Chatime but it was disappointing to me??

      customer service standard was not good at all. the service was was so slow. it took us 5 mins to realise that the order has to be placed on the computer. after placing the order the staff say they would accept only card. for cash i have to order again at the counter. staff were very low on productivity. drink was good though. total time taken to get a drink from placing the order to getting the bubble tea -55mins.

      Terrible experience ordering from this Chatime. We ordered 3 drinks of the limited edition special. We had to wait 10 minutes before we got our drinks. There were basically no other customers waiting. Best of all they messed up the ALL 3 drinks by not including the MAIN INGREDIENT which makes it the special edition the heart jelly! Very disappointed overall. Would not recommend ordering from this Chatime.

      The opening time here is wrong. I went there at 8:30am and the staff said they were not open until 9am. Okay so I waited.

      At 9am, I wanted to order their premium bubble tea but the staff said it wasn’t available until 10:45am because they were still cooking the bubbles. However, nowhere on the menu indicated the available time of the bubbles.

      I just wanted to have a cup of bubble tea before I went back home by flight, where I can hardly find bubble tea.

      They have a new menu. Caught me off guard and some other customers too! They didn’t get the paper ones printed yet or have anything on the counter to view closer. I like that you can change your sugar and ice servings. Friendly enough service. Balls are small and squishy.

      I’ve been here 3 times now and can’t stand to go back.

      Do you like waiting 15 mins for your drink? While standing in a loud crowded walkway? Even though your drink was ready 5 mins ago but you didn’t know bc 1) the app doesn’t tell you when it’s ready 2) the employees whisper the name which you very obviously cannot hear over the noise or with 12 people in front of you. I hate going here and won’t return. Not worth it. They also forgot my popping balls last time

      I wanted to give Chatime a try again after not being satisfied before with their drinks but this is the last time. I ordered a roasted milk tea with half sugar and less ice with pearls and cream cheese mousse. The staff member serving me was very nice and I love their ambience in their store but oh my god this drink was horrible. All I could taste was water and ice and a bit of sugar, I don’t understand. The pearls were nice but the mousse was awful like it didn’t taste like anything and it was just not nice at all.

      Tasted like water and no sugar added the last 2 times I went there. I thought the first time was a mistake. Went back and ordered a few days later and told the staff “Please add sugar, last time I couldn’t taste any flavor”. Unfortunately it was made exactly the same, tasted like water. When I called Chatime and told staff they didn’t add sugar again, they confirmed they did add sugar and if I want more sugar then I should ask for “Extra-Sugar”… Apparently Chatime tasting like water is the new norm. Staff are friendly and place looks ok but the unsatisfying taste has made me feel disappointed and not wanting to come back. My last order was 5 days ago so for me to still feel this way after this long and leave a review hopefully says something.

      Decent place. Service is a hit and miss. 1/2 sugar sometimes tastes like full sugar. Some girls are friendly and some aren’t. They’re open till late though so that is a plus. They seem to be enforcing QR codes strictly which is good to see, but they themselves don’t wear masks properly many times.

      Generally come here at least 4 times a week and always order the same drink which is strawberry milktea. However, it has been 3 times that I met the same guy who made horrible taste. This guy obviously don’t know how to make strawberry milktea. I have never had the problem with the other staff in the store. 3 stars for the other staff members. Ps: Can’t believe that is strawberry milktea. This actually looks like Chinese crab meat soup.

      Love the tea but average customer service. Ordered one drink, accidentally missed my order as it was busy. Ended waiting 25 minutes for a simple drink and then asked if I could add a topper as it had been so long and they said it was against policy. Understandable but frustrating still.

      I met a kind young worker – he introduced himself as “James”. He has a great smile! My wife made me order (hehe) and I really struggled [I’m 50 btw] but he (James) guided me step by step.       I love Chatime, but the one in Westford Plaza is horribly understaffed today. The lunch rush came around and this poor boy was serving about 30 drinks by himself. For this reason the service was horrendous.

      Went back recently and used the automated system. And ended up with a drink with soy milk unintentionally. I only realised it when I got home. The touch screen doesn’t seen intuitive. It should be exactly the same way as when the person ask for your order. I don’t need pictures. Just flavour, size, sugar, ice, extras and done.

      Nice tea, quick service, still getting used o the self service screen but it’s easy enough to use after the first time.

      Consistently positive experiences at Warehouse Newmarket, and it’s largely due to the exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist exhibited by the entire staff.

      Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to help me find what I need, even when it’s a bit of a desperate search. It’s not a one-off occurrence; it seems to be a shared commitment among all the team members. Their helpful attitude makes my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

      However, it’s disheartening to witness the challenges they face. The store seems to attract individuals engaging in theft, and I’ve observed occasional confrontations between these individuals and the staff. Despite these difficult situations, the staff handles them with remarkable professionalism and poise.

      It’s unfortunate that the friendly atmosphere sometimes gets overshadowed by disruptive incidents. The fact that the staff remains courteous and calm even in the face of challenges is a testament to their dedication to customer service.

      I genuinely hope that Warehouse Newmarket can address the security issues to create a safer and more pleasant shopping environment for both customers and staff. Kudos to the team for their unwavering commitment to providing excellent service despite the difficulties they encounter.

      Didn’t even bother going in, because the car park is paid parking and I refuse to give Wilson Parking a cent unless it’s unavoidable. Will go to another branch closer to home that has free customer parking. For anyone who receives an exorbitant parking fine from these rip-off artists, search up the Moneyhub article on getting out of unfair parking fine. These fines are often unsupported by law and you may be able to avoid having to pay.

      the Warehouse in general has gone downhill the past couple of years. Newmarket store is clean and tidy. Staff helpful enough. Disappointed in quality and selection of some products. Electrical section (extension leads and timers etc) they used to have a good selection. Now have very sparse and limited range.

      Absolutely Zero customer service. Being a migrant myself, I feel ashamed of this Indian male staff at the counter. No greetings what so ever and attitude was why don’t you self checkout. I was intending to pay in cash and there were no cash self checkouts so had to stand in the queue for this guy to serve. We learn a thing or two about customer service. Very reluctant didn’t even greet or pay attention or didn’t offer to give receipt, I had to ask for it. Warehouse group should train their staff properly.

      Located in Queens street. The store is spread across two levels. Good collection of clothing items with discount. Helpful and friendly staff.

      Went to the store to purchase a soundbar today & asked the guy behind the counter if not suitable can I return he replied no I asked why he said it wouldn’t be coming back in the same condition as I had opened it. Big W you might want to give your staff some training in consumer law. Poor service.

      Bought a really fancy and chick dress last month and good thind it’s on sale. Really like this place and just to walk around. Such a wonderful place and has many stuffs to do.

      This review is really for Big W in general as I have encountered this issue at multiple stores now; the issue being with their stock take system. The website will say a product is in stock, I go to the store and it’s not there. In fact, on one occasion the in-store system said the product was in stock but the staff were unable to find it claiming it must have been stolen ?. Big W, sort yourself out.
