      I had an absolute fear of the dentist prior to seeing Dr Yota. Oran was able to put my mind at ease, kindly and professionally talking me through the whole process, removing all my prior concerns (and a sneaky wisdom tooth). The Netflix on a projector throughout the appointment was an added bonus and the PERFECT distraction for a very nervous patient.

      This is a highly recommended place to go to take care of your teeth. The team was very professional, examining and providing treatments by priority. I liked how they put my favourite music on to make me feel relaxed. Dr Oran the dentist, the therapist and the receptionist were very gently and kind to me. They explained well what was happening and what to do about them. Thank you Wellness Dental!!

      Highly recommend Wellness Dental. Dr Yota was able to fit me in at short notice and the care I received was exceptional. All the staff were super friendly and professional (and the projector playing movies on the roof was great for my nerves!) I’ll definitely be making this my regular dental practice!

      The perfect mix of professional and friendly. I have never had a good experience at the dentist, I mean even a good experience is still ‘the dentist’ but this was great. I felt calm and like Oran and his team genuinely wanted to help me and wanted me to feel comfortable. Would super recommend. Will be going there from now on!

      Someone who isn’t a fan of the dentist, I immediately felt calm and at ease here. Dr Priya is fantastic and very knowledgeable as are the rest of the staff who are very friendly. A plan has been set up to fix a few issues and was done so without issue. If you hate going to the dentist, I can guarantee this one will change your mind. Very affordable costs too!

      As someone who has always had a fear of going to the dentist (which had resulted in bad teeth) and usually has a panic/anxiety attack in the chair, I cannot recommend advanced dental care and Dr Priya enough. Not only was I able to get an urgent appointment after being in pain for days but from the minute I walked in the door the whole team were so welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Priya was absolutely phenomenal with her “bedside” manner and professionalism and made me feel so calm from the second I sat in the chair. I won’t be going anywhere else!!!! I’ll also add that the room/chair itself just had massive welcome vibes with the pictures/drawing on the walls and TV on the roof to keep people like me distracted and calm.

      From the moment you walk in the door, the smiling welcoming faces put you at ease. The initial paperwork easy to complete. You are then ready to meet your dentist. Dr Sandy is lovely!! So gentle, professional and knowledgeable. He informs you every step of the way, he listens to you and is guided by you. His assistant Kailea is awesome, great to see a happy co worker and someone who knows what they are doing, no feeling as though you are drowning! These two are a dynamic duo, so in sync with each other, they are very much a cohesive team. This really was a positive experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back!!

      I think everyone knows that nervous uneasy feeling sitting in the dentist’s waiting room. It’s not your favourite appointment of the day. I’m delighted to write this review for Stacey, Chelsea and whole team at Caloundra 1300Smiles. All of my nerves were settled quickly. A very warm greeting by Stacey (who has a wonderfully wicked sense of humour) and Chelsea who was just brilliant in support. The process was quick, not uncomfortable and expertly done with care. I’d encourage anyone to give these guys a go. Anyway, thanks again, I cannot rate you guys any higher. Google won’t let me give 6 out of 5 stars. Thank you for giving me my smile back ?

      I recently visited Dr Sandy at 1300SMILES Caloundra. I really want to recommend his services as I felt super looked after. He addressed all my concerns and questions in a very patient and informative manner. My appointment did not feel rushed and his gentle and knowledgeable approach made me feel very comfortable. Paperwork and payment were super transparent, easy and straightforward and all the other staff were very professional, kind and helpful as well. This has been by far my most enjoyable dentist experience I’ve had and I will definitely be returning to dr sandy for all my future dental needs.

      I always have a great experience here. Stacey in reception is always warm and welcoming, the dental assistants are always friendly and Dr Marcello has great judgment. I thought I knew what I wanted but so glad I trusted Dr Marcello because I don’t think I would be as happy as I am with my teeth if he’d done what I thought I wanted. He has a great cosmetic eye in addition to the knowledge and practical expertise you’d expect from your dentist.

      The kids love this dentist. They are so kid friendly: for example, they have videos on the ceiling, the dentist by kids saw let my son hold his (very big) teddy bear while having a treatment. She asked the kids a lot of times how they were feeling and talked in a kind and compassionate way to them. One of the staff even gave the kids a little toy when we were leaving. The rooms are beautiful and light and there’s a nice waiting area with a “fake” fire and a very decent toilet. There seems to be sufficient parking as well.

      The best dental practice I have been to and they are amazing with me and all of my children. They recently saw one of my children for an emergency consult after an injury involving his teeth and instead of turning us away like another practice did, they told us to come in. It was the end of the day and he wasn’t a current patient but they still made time to see us. Words cannot express how thankful and grateful I was. All staff I have encountered are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough.

      My 7 year old is extremely fearful of dentists due to a horrible experience with one at another practice. We could not be more happy with Totally Smiles! Dr Holly is just lovely and so very patient, both my kids were completely at ease with her, as well as the 2 dental nurses that were in with her. All the staff are super friendly and patient also. Super affordable as well, when so many dental practices seem to be charging crazy amounts of money, Totally Smiles seems to care more about families being able to afford dental care.

      After having such a fear of the dentist I went and saw Dr John and his assistant Maddy today. Wow what an experience he was so gentle , reassuring and really considered my fears and concerns before we went ahead with my tooth extraction. Which really was minor dental surgery having to cut my tooth into 3 pieces which he discussed with me. I didn’t feel a thing which was amazing. Thank you Dr John and Maddy for making this a great dental experience which now means I can go back without any fears what so ever. You are a legend Thank you again

      Dr John and the wonderful staff were absolutely amazing! It has been 20 years I am ashamed to say since I seen a dentist.

      As soon as I entered the super clean amazing almost showroom like dentist facility I immediately felt at ease with the friendly staff and professionalism.

      I am nervous and apprehensive on what was going to happen etc.

      Dr John and the nurses were extremely forthcoming, gentle, friendly and there precision and expertise was amazing to watch.

      I never thought I would actually ever enjoy a dentist visit. Dr John was honest, direct in a fantastic way, his experience and expertise put me at complete ease and I knew I was dealing with a complete expert, expert team and company.

      I am truly amazed, impressed beyond measure and extremely thankful for making what I thought would be a painful, embarrassing experience an absolute pleasant eye opening engaging experience.

      I have alot of work to be done and I am 100% confident in the staff and Gentle Dental Care Hervey Bay as a whole to take care of me. Well done and great job guys!!!

      I am not one that enjoys a dentist chair. But Josh and the Gentle Dental Team have been very understanding and have worked with me to get my smile back to where I would like it to be. Gentle Dental is currently taking care of my whole family including my husband and daughter who are undergoing braces, my eldest daughter who has been referred on to a dental paediatrician for her needs and Olivia from Gentle Dental has even visited my son at Kindy to show 4 year olds how to brush their teeth and get them excited about using floss, their tooth brushes etc. I can not fault the team who make you feel very comfortable from the 1st time you step into the office.       I’m a real scaredy-cat when it comes to a dentist however they are very professional, pain free and very through with a fully costed plan on what you need to get your perfect teeth. I was also impressed with the technology to track progress with scans, photos and able to build crowns immediately, My teeth were a mess and now I’m very happy to smile.

      Rude dentist laughed at me when I suggested that I may have a failed root canal. He asked me “what makes you think that” to which I explained to him that I had been unwell since having a root canal done back in 2018, and that my health has slowly been deteriorating since. He then had a look at my tooth, said that I couldn’t notice anything. I said that I’d still like to get it removed because I have been very unwell since, and it is one of the possible reasons for it that I needed to tick off. He continued suggesting that he wouldn’t get it removed, and that it is very unlikely that it is my tooth that is causing my illness. I then happened to mention that I had done a bit of reaserch on root canal illness, and that I had watched the doco called “Root Cause”. He then laughed at me, said “now I see the problem” and stated that it is very rare to have a problem with a root canal. Almost a year later, I’ve had that tooth finally removed after speaking to many people that had suffered from the same issue, and guess what…… I had it removed nearly 2 months ago, and already feel substantially better. Root canal illness is a real thing. So is any illness that may come from a DEAD tooth/bit of bone left in the body. So ……if you have had any dental work that could have possibly left a DEAD, LEAKING bit of bone in your mouth, and you have felt unwell after (doesn’t have to be immediately) then I suggest getting it removed whether a dentist laughes at you or not.

      Wow. I’ve been to Dentists in the Metro area for many years and my last dentist was pretty good. However my experience at iSmile Dental Clinic was fantastic. I would say my Dentist went above & beyond. Dr Sanabary was patient with me and explained all the problems I have with my teeth due to long term use of steroids. He took state of the art XRays which I’ve never had before. I can’t say enough about how good a Dental Clinic ISmile is ?

      Absolute savages when cleaning teeth. Mouthful of blood & leave with dirty teeth. Mistake after mistake at this clinic. 3 chances too many. Terrible customer service too.

      I cannot speak highly enough for Dr Mysore and the staff at Burnett Dental/1300 Smiles. I have never felt at ease going to the dentist until my first visit here. Having multiple issues, I felt taken care of and no judgement. Can’t recommend them enough, so much so that I will be going for regular visits from now on.

      We saw Penny while there with our 7 year old and she was amazing! So patient and kind that it really helped a stressful situation. Penny explained everything that was happening and what the noises meant during my son’s procedure. We are so happy to have found Penny as our dentist and thankful for all the very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!!!

      Generally have been happy with the practice, but extremely disappointed at Dr. Charlie’s refusal to prescribe antibiotics before a dental procedure following heart surgery last year, despite my GP and Cardiologist recommending this prior to any dental work. Will not be returning to the practice as a patient.

      Fast, efficient, friendly and stress free! I hated the dentist as a kid and when I was old enough to make my own decisions, I didn’t go for 8 years, as I was so traumatised. I happily go every 6 months now. Dr Rob is absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend him highly enough! Thanks to the whole Burnett Dental Team!
