      Today I rang to have some flowers delivered. It’s always hard to know how the flowers would turn out without seeing them. I ordered natives and extra flowers with colours in a Vase. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and provided me with caring service. I got a call from the person who received the flowers and she loved the arrangement. At that moment I got a photo of what was sent by the florist. They were beautiful. I have no hesitation in referring this florist to others. Great service and flower arrangements. Thank you Ana P.

The outdoor spaces are beautiful and the children get plenty of time to play and explore.       We recently moved into the area so had to find a new childcare for our almost 18 month old daughter. Of course we were anxious about the transition for our daughter at first but the educators in the hibiscus room and all the staff have been so amazing. Our daughter has settled in so well and is absolutely thriving after only a few weeks. I have been recommending the centre to all my new mum friends!!

      Our son has recently started in the Acacia Room (young toddlers) and we have liked how welcoming and thoughtful all the staff have been. All the photo updates we see show him having so much fun with bubbles, painting, the sandpit, and enjoying himself. The centre has some lovely outdoor spaces with a focus on nature, which we really appreciate.

      My daughter has been going to First Early Learning Frankston South for almost one year and has moved up to a new room in that time. As a parent, you worry about who is looking after your child and if they are getting the best care. I have found the educators in each room to be fantastic. They really care about my daughters needs and tailor her experiences on what she enjoys doing. I see the love they have for her and the love my daughter has for the educators and other children.

      Dropped in this Sunday morning to pick up some gravel. Fast and efficient pick up. As soon as I arrived, Glenn asked what I was looking for and let me know what was in stock. Straight away he went and got the material, loaded the ute while I was paying for it, and off we went. Great experience. Thanks to Robyn at the front desk too!

      Over-promised and under-delivered … Nice people, but very poor communication and customer service, terrible follow through and an obviously inefficient system of managing orders- ours came weeks late, and with 1/3 of what was ordered without being informed. An overall disappointing experience- I switched to a local provider, ‘Pigots Midwestern Sand and Soil’ and they have been wonderful so far- I would highly recommend them over AGL.

      Ordered some plants and soil on line 2 week ago. $497.00 worth. The Blayney depot is just 10 minutes from me! When I rang them for eta they said everything will come from Sydney which is 4 hrs away. Rang Sydney they said its 3 weeks to get my stuff. They will send it to Orange and then to me. Rang Orange depot and asked to cancel the order I will just go to Bunnings! Christine at the Orange depot promised to refund my $497,00 a week ago!! Rang her 3 times she still has not done it! So no I DONT RECOMMEND THEM IT WILL BE A HASSLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY PRETTY QUICK AND DONT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK!!!

      Called in while travelling through Dubbo to replace an unusual sized bolt. The staff were super helpful. While they didn’t stock the correct bolt, the staff member took the time to give me directions to a speciality shop in town to help me source what I needed. You don’t get that service at my usual big green shed.

      Wanted to purchase 18 chairs for Christmas and after waiting to be served because is seemed like they were avoiding me in a store that didn’t look too busy one lady finally made eye contact. She checked the stock of the chairs and said she had 22 on stock but possibly had more because more may have come and online it said I could get 18. Great! I’ll take them! No we don’t have stock. No apology, no help to see if they could get them in nothing.. too bad attitude. 45 minutes I wasted at this store.. never again. I bought 24 in the end at Bunnings.

      What a splendid surprise this was. While visiting the area I drove past the turn-off seeing the sign, a number of times. On my last day as I was leaving King Creek, the sign beckoned yet again, and I decided to take the detour and visit. Well this is definitely abundance in all the best ways. Little did I know that it had a lakeside cafe that is just delightful with stunning views. Lovely cake and coffee and I was very happy with the GF baked cheesecake. The nursery/plant area is massive and I imagine you could spend hours looking and buying. Highly recommend this detour.

      Ordered Lawn Mix to get delivered. Arrived when they said it would which and driver was extremely nice fella. That’s all the positives I can say though sadly. When “moderate to low organic matter” was read i didn’t think to expect lots of small stones, glass and what appears to be broken brick and tile. Product obviously not screened well. Couldn’t tell it was in there until I’d apply to lawn and watered it in. Now left to pick debris out of lawn and half the product I order will be finding somewhere else to go. Apologies for the negative comments be I am very disappointed and won’t go there again.

      Was very disappointed. Bought 1m of garden soil. Didn’t not notice until we put it down. Had glass and debris in it. Was like concrete after it rained. Water just sitting on top not soaking through . Unfortunately for us , first and last time will be using them

      Perfect. Service at the counter and at delivery was absolutely impeccable, friendly and more than happy to help. Delivery or soil and mulch was on time and dumped exactly where I wanted, and the quality of the 3 way mix was fantastic. Highly impressed and will order again.
