      Went into Mitre10 to help a friend buy a bladeless fan. Fan was a great price but the service was even better. Last one on the shelf, they opened the slightly damaged box to check it was in perfect condition. The temperature was in the mid 30’s and we were all sweltering, and the guy in charge gave us all an icy cold Maximus sports drink. Was exactly what we all needed.

      I’ve renovated my house using this store to buy nearly all my hardware supplies. All the products are great quality, and I’ve never had to return a product for subpar quality. Their plants don’t die when you get them home, and their knowledge is genuine and correct! There is always a staff member around to ask for help!

      Very poor customer service. Asked three girls, one of whom was on her phone, where something was and was told it was in the trade centre, with no offer to show me where. Went to the trade centre where two staff guys were having a chat and asked for the product only to be told it was down the front near where the girls were. Again, no offer to show me where it was. I walked out. I’ll buy it elsewhere. You only get one chance to make a good first impression.

      Been shopping here for awhile now. Most times it’s pretty good but their plumbing gear, pvc fittings etc, isn’t the best where it’s either out of stock or on order. Guess you gotta take it with a grain of salt when you do ask the staff if they have something & they ask you if you’ve tried Bunnings. So it’s off to Bunnings for me from now on saving a bit of time, even though I hate the place or I’ll just order online I guess.

      I went in to purchase some heavy garden supplies, which I knew I would struggle with. Turned out it was no problem at all – a lovely member of staff loaded it all on a trolley for me and even took it out and put it in my car. Whenever I’ve visited it’s been the same – wonderful customer service delivered with a smile and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. Thanks again, Mitre 10!

      Had the pleasure to stroll around these beautiful garden and nursery. Spent at least 40mins there and of course couldn’t resist purchasing three little pots ranging from $4.00 to $10.00. A huge range of prices and variety of interesting plants. Lots of ideas on how to present plants in your garden and potted arrangements suitable for gifts too!

      Today I went out to the nursery with my wife to select some new tropical plants for our new pool area. A guy called Alex greater us with a smile and provided us with so much knowledge. He was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He really knew his stuff and gave us the confidence in selecting the right plants. I can not speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service we received. Not to mention the amazing range to select from and the very reasonable charge for delivering the plants to the other side of the city. I couldn’t be more impressed.       Always impressed by this centre! The Educators know all our names, and our child trusts every one of them. The range of activities during the week is amazing, with excursions and specialist visits, music and exercise. I’m always happy to see the same Educators in the centre on drop off, and know that our child is getting the best care and education.

      What a disappointment. Il start by saying that I used to absolutely love this nursery. The amazing range of plants, the friendly staff and how they would always offer help and advice and knowledge but I definitely can’t say that anymore. Today was the second time iv been out to this nursery and been completely ignored. Once – yeak ok everyone has there bad days, but twice – nope sorry, not good enough. I came out once again wanting to purchase $2500 dollars worth of plants for our new garden and not a single person offered help or asked if I needed anything. After walking around a good 40mins and not seeing any staff I thought I’d just go to the counter and ask the girl while I paid and also purchased fertiliser. No “hello”, no “how are you”, no “do you need anything else”, no smile, all she said was $49.95. So while i purchased the fertiliser from the rude girl I didn’t bother with the plants, il spend my money else where because I definitely won’t be coming back a third time. I will however say that the wonderful lady in the gift area is so friendly and helpful and is the only reason I have given two stars (although if I were only rating her it would be five stars). Wrapped my fragile items i purchased well and poped them in a carry bag and also pointed out a few little items that complimented what i had brought so i brought them also. Also took the time to explain some new stock ranges that they will be stocking soon aswell which i really appreciated.

      What a great nursery. We absolutely love coming here time after time. One thing that never changes is the wonderful and friendly service we receive. Whether we are just looking for ideas or purchasing seedlings and plants it’s always the same. The staff are all happy to help out. All the plants are neatly arranged throughout their premises and everything is easily accessed. It’s a real credit to the owners that the nursery always looks impeccable and we love our time here. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a nursery who has a large variety of plants and accessories and most importantly provides excellent customer service. Keep up the good work guys. Look forward to seeing you all on our next visit.

      Would rate lower, if I could. Service is NON-EXISTENT. Trying to pay for a single item, and there was no one at the check out. Waited, waited, and waited some more. Still no one. Went looking in garden area couldn’t find anyone. Went looking in Cafe area couldn’t find anyone. Back to check out, looked for a bell to ring, couldn’t find one. Waited, waited, and waited some more. Still no one. Finally found someone in the Cafe and asked if they worked here. Told the poor person my story. Was pretty upset by then. No apology. Pathetic. Will avoid trading here, at all costs.

      A sensational garden centre with a huge range of well tended plants at great prices, from small pot plants to mature trees and plenty in between. I’ve never seen such a large range of pittosporums. I also particularly liked the cloud-pruned camellias. The staff are super helpful and they are easy to find. There is an impressive range of native plants too. A great nursery. (And I didn’t even go into the large gift shop.)

      This was highly recommended by a local landscaping business for any plant and gardening supplies. It is fantastic. What l like most is the careful selection of plant species , which are all in healthy condition and ideal for the Ballarat region weather conditions. Prices are equal or lower than can be found at the Big Green Shed. Staff were very informative and helpful in what you would expect from a well run nursery. Well done to all involved.

      This is the most beautiful cafe + nursery. If you want a relaxing time here with your friends or family this is the place to be!!! ? Amazing ambience and zen vibes among the plants and trees it feels like you’re in the middle of a mini rainforest! ??

      Coffee was impressive and amazing (excuse the spill) and their mocha cake was not too sweet!
