      Visited here for general physician check up and Dr Ahmad was so professional and explained everything in so much details that I felt comfortable with him. Reception staff Ms Dilki was so humble and customer friendly, not like other reception staff in offices who even don’t get up from there seat to help other. She managed every customer well. Clinic cleanliness was superb as well that janitorial staff deserves an appraise as well. Now waiting for my tests approval from insurance company let hope they can get it or not*

      I had a wonderful experience with my physiotherapist Mrs Anju, my condition was very bad , knee was swollen , fluid around , pain, could not even walk a step. She cured me fully in 6 to 8 sittings . She is very good, soft spoken, knowledgeable & friendly. Now I can walk properly, no pain or nothing. God bless her & Clinicare.

      The clinic care services is very slow and poor and the receptionist ashkar is very rude we are standing in front of him and he was chit chatting with other staff in his native language. While asking him politely if he can assist us with the sick leave certificate as i was not feeling well he replied everyone is not feeling well what i can do you need to sit 25-30 minutes Mr. Ashkar has a very bad attitude towards the customers Clinic care al sammary

      Dr Elsa and her team are outstanding! We are sad that our obstetrics journey is coming to an end!       Everything about Dr Elsa and her clinic shows perfection . She has the most calming vibe and managed some of the complications I had during my pregnancy in such a calm and efficient manner.       I met Dr Elsa around 3 years ago when I was looking for a gynecologist that I could trust to guide my future high risk pregnancy. Someone that I do not know recommended her and I thank God till today that was the case. From the first moment of the visit she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She listened carefully to my gynecologist history and told me what would be the plan for a future pregnancy.. The time past and last November we found out we were expecting and Dr’s Elsa care has been outstanding throughout my high risk pregnancy with many different complications along the way. I can not imagine this journey without her support and care. She has been for me like that angel sent to overlooked for us and make sure all was going to go well. Her reassurance every visit was crucial during my pregnancy and the way she took care of me and our little one was simply outstanding. We had an amazing journey with Dr Elsa. My delivery was so smooth and emotional. She was the most caring person during that process and made it for me and my husband the most unique and unforgettable experience. Dr Elsa brought our son safely into this world and we have no words to express our gratitude for all her care and guidance during the past months. Her team at the clinic Joy,Karla and Lorie are amazing as well, they are always available and ready to help. If you want to feel treated like a human and not like a number she is your Dr to go.       My visit with Dr.Elsa was very different than the rest of these reviews. It should be noted that I was not seeing Dr. Elsa for pregnancy and birth and many of these other reviews, so I cannot speak on those topics, to which I’m sure she is a fabulous Dr. As the reviews have mentioned. I was seeing Dr. Elsa with some concerns due to my IUD and for a pap smear. Dr. Elsa’s team was wonderful and her nurse was amazing. However, once I got into the room my experience was much she said we do the pap smear different. I had explained my symptoms to Dr. Elsa and she was very quick to make an incorrect decision. I told her about my concerns and she quickly jumped to the conclusion that my IUD was expired (when I was confident and spoke up that it was not). She then very confidently told me that because my IUD was a 3 year IUD (which is wasn’t ) I needed to get it removed. I listened her to her as she is the doctor trusting she knew what was best. She said we would do the pap smear, but then mentioned nothing else about IUD removal since I was unsure. This was my first time having a pap smear in a while which she was aware of. She told me she was doing the pap smear but then all of a sudden it got super painful and she pulled out my IUD without confirming with me prior.She showed me the IUD and I was shocked. She also lacked to mention what to expect before hand and did not ask adequate questions prior to the removal (last date of intercourse) which left me in a compromised state for an unplanned pregnancy. She also did not tell me much about what to expect after the removal. I had to keep asking questions and found myself with so many more once I got home. After getting home, I double checked the length of time with my specific IUD with my doctor in the States and it was in fact 5 years and not 3 years as Dr Elsa has so assuredly told me. This kind of mistake as a well reviewed doctor is highly concerning to me. Not to mention, when I checked out, the office mentioned that my insurance may not cover the removal. This was AFTER the IUD was removed without first consulting with me as is common practice with other medical care in Dubai.

      Dr Saranya is amazing. After consulting with her and her recommended medicines are amazing. She’s available on phone and very helpful. M very thankful to Allah that I have found her and her shop. They have pure honey. They have variety of products which is chemical free. But yes u can’t expect fever medicine and sever flu medicine to work on patient immediately. For stomach related infection, diarrhea, yes they do have very good medicine.       If you give a positive review then you will be rewarded with 1 Abhayangam(massage). You can see this marketing message at the Dr Sathya clinic. I consulted Dr Sathya for my knee, neck and back pain. Dr has prrescribed 14 days treatment. I attended all these 14 sessions however it didn’t make any change even after 3 months. Looks like he couldn’t diagnose it well or may be treatment was not right.. I am not sure what went wrong. Other doctors and staffs are OK but however overall treatment didn’t work well for me even after attending painful massage sessions?… So I can’t recommend based on my experience..

      They pick phone calls only 30% of the time and they seem under staffed as well. Just because you have an appointment doesn’t guarantee that you will see the doctor at your appointed time either.       I went to see doctor Muneer(dermatologist) for my child’s eczima. My daughter is suffering due to this since 5 years and i consulted many doctors but no improvements.but finally when i consult doctor muneer, within a day she is getting much better. I can see the changes in her skin condition. Lots of thanks to doctor muneer . I strongly recommended this doctor for any one suffering with skin deceases.

      Dr Humra Ahmad – my tooth god mother! During my exploratory tour of the UK for a month (due to the gluttony), my filling broke and this was a pretty deep in the molar ?. I waited for about 15 days to only let Dr Humra Ahmad to fix it (until then I just flossed ?)

      Context – I have been going to Dr Humra for years now, started off at Easy Dental near Dubai mall and then I travel from Marina all way to to Deira Easy Dental for her expertise! She is very gentle with her approach and very consultative. She even gives advise for maintenance of the procedures, I have done several procedures in the span of over 5+ years. I would highly recommend her – I feel super safe in her hands. Go to her once and you shall know the difference? Dr Humra Ahmad- way to go!

      I met Dr Elsa around 3 years ago when I was looking for a gynecologist that I could trust to guide my future high risk pregnancy. Someone that I do not know recommended her and I thank God till today that was the case. From the first moment of the visit she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She listened carefully to my gynecologist history and told me what would be the plan for a future pregnancy.. The time past and last November we found out we were expecting and Dr’s Elsa care has been outstanding throughout my high risk pregnancy with many different complications along the way. I can not imagine this journey without her support and care. She has been for me like that angel sent to overlooked for us and make sure all was going to go well. Her reassurance every visit was crucial during my pregnancy and the way she took care of me and our little one was simply outstanding. We had an amazing journey with Dr Elsa. My delivery was so smooth and emotional. She was the most caring person during that process and made it for me and my husband the most unique and unforgettable experience. Dr Elsa brought our son safely into this world and we have no words to express our gratitude for all her care and guidance during the past months.       My visit with Dr.Elsa was very different than the rest of these reviews. It should be noted that I was not seeing Dr. Elsa for pregnancy and birth and many of these other reviews, so I cannot speak on those topics, to which I’m sure she is a fabulous Dr. As the reviews have mentioned. I was seeing Dr. Elsa with some concerns due to my IUD and for a pap smear. Dr. Elsa’s team was wonderful and her nurse was amazing. However, once I got into the room my experience was much she said we do the pap smear different. I had explained my symptoms to Dr. Elsa and she was very quick to make an incorrect decision. I told her about my concerns and she quickly jumped to the conclusion that my IUD was expired (when I was confident and spoke up that it was not). She then very confidently told me that because my IUD was a 3 year IUD (which is wasn’t ) I needed to get it removed. I listened her to her as she is the doctor trusting she knew what was best. She said we would do the pap smear, but then mentioned nothing else about IUD removal since I was unsure. This was my first time having a pap smear in a while which she was aware of. She told me she was doing the pap smear but then all of a sudden it got super painful and she pulled out my IUD without confirming with me prior.She showed me the IUD and I was shocked. She also lacked to mention what to expect before hand and did not ask adequate questions prior to the removal (last date of intercourse) which left me in a compromised state for an unplanned pregnancy. She also did not tell me much about what to expect after the removal. I had to keep asking questions and found myself with so many more once I got home. After getting home, I double checked the length of time with my specific IUD with my doctor in the States and it was in fact 5 years and not 3 years as Dr Elsa has so assuredly told me. This kind of mistake as a well reviewed doctor is highly concerning to me. Not to mention, when I checked out, the office mentioned that my insurance may not cover the removal. This was AFTER the IUD was removed without first consulting with me as is common practice with other medical care in Dubai.

      They pick phone calls only 30% of the time and they seem under staffed as well. Just because you have an appointment doesn’t guarantee that you will see the doctor at your appointed time either. This place is just a money factory lacking a personalized touch of any kind which is disappointing since I’ve been here twice and the second time was somehow worse than the first which is saying something

      I went to see doctor Muneer(dermatologist) for my child’s eczima. My daughter is suffering due to this since 5 years and i consulted many doctors but no improvements.but finally when i consult doctor muneer, within a day she is getting much better. I can see the changes in her skin condition. Lots of thanks to doctor muneer . I strongly recommended this doctor for any one suffering with skin deceases.

      Dr Saranya is amazing. After consulting with her and her recommended medicines are amazing. She’s available on phone and very helpful. M very thankful to Allah that I have found her and her shop. They have pure honey. They have variety of products which is chemical free. But yes u can’t expect fever medicine and sever flu medicine to work on patient immediately. For stomach related infection, diarrhea, yes they do have very good medicine.       Dr.Jasna is the best doctor in the country for people who avoid taking tons of medicines in the pharmacies (which generally bring side effects). She treated me for 2 months while previous several doctors from usual clinics/hospitals after so many consultations, ultrasounds and analysis for several years could not do anything with my condition. I am grateful to find such a perfect doctor. Treating the root causes, not just giving “panadol and go home”. The doctor is attentive, positive and extremely helpful! Changing not only the body but the mind!

      I did bought the face cream, face wash, soap, laundry power, body lotions. All the products are very worth to use and take the time to receive the benefit. After using the face cream, I never get any problems on face and always looks good. I think they have special formula to do that which other companies face cream couldn’t do. Suggest you to try all different products and select the best for yourself. Enjoy shopping and mantaince your body as much as you can.

      I have visited Ayur Sathya Ayurveda Pharmacy a couple of times. They have a wide range of authentic ayurvedic medicines in store. Also there are very well experienced Doctors. Doctor Sathya and Doctor Arsha. They listen to all our health issues and help us by giving their valuable suggestions. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who seeks ayurvedic treatment. It is located in Karama Ansar Gallery Buidling. Easily accessible as well.

      This is an Ayurvedic Pharmacy. This entity belongs to the Dr Sathya Ayurvedic clinic. There is an in-house doctor available for all your needs. They have all Indian Aurvedic medicines OTC meds and cosmetics brands like Khadi Vaadi Medimix Dhatri Trisa etc They also have an assortment of real Indian spices oils and treatment medicines. Overall a beautiful store located at the main road on Ansar gallery. Do pay a visit if you have a fetish for organic medicinal items. Good store
