      They had what I needed, always a plus. And, Even though they were busy I didn’t have to wait very long in the check out line. One of the employees in lumber told me I would have to wait to get two sheets of drywall, which we were right there. But I’m capable of loading them myself. Just would’ve made my experience there a 5 Star experience.

      This location is neat and clean, and stocked well! They had adequate, and Friendly staff to assist the steady flow of customers. I went in for a few things, found them all relatively quickly and at very competitive prices!

      The experience tonight was awful. I was basically accused of being a thief I see 75% markdowns 90% markdowns all the time at Home Depot and the customer service people are usually very nice. This was not the case tonight the fact that the words last prevention was mentionedand what I thought would’ve been a 25 minute stop at Home Depot turned out to be an hour and 15 minutes . The manage says let’s go see where you got these fasteners from . I said so “you don’t believe me ?” His response was “ you could have taken the picture at another store “ ………… (the meta data on these pictures does not reflect a different location )

      I went to this Home Depot to purchase a power tool. The tool I needed wasn’t on display and nor were all of the tools in that and a few more sections. Just pictures. I found the one I needed and asked for help to get it because it was locked up. And that’s ok because I know the store is trying to keep theft down. The problem is, l asked twice and no one showed up! So now I’ll just go to another Home Depot or just order it from Amazon.

      One of my favorite stores, and they are very helpful ,brought a new refrigerator and washer and dryer, for a really good price, very satisfied, back in July got the special discounts, brought microwave countertop Monday 02-26-23 midsized for a really good price,the salesman/manager that’s been there for 4 months he was at the bartlett store, But he was really really helpful, love that energy hope he stays, everyone works at this store is always very kind and helpful ?

      I ended up having to go to this particular Home Depot because they were the only ones that had two of the very cheapest 20 inch lawn mowers available and all of Memphis and of course that they’re locked up constant theft issues I understand had to go to customer service because there was not one Home Depot associate in the whole area of that lawn and garden side and or the tools and so on and so forth finally after going to the customer service desk two times waiting in line to ask to send someone over there so that I could purchase one of the mowers total time 1 hour if I didn’t need a lawn mower that badly that day I wouldn’t even have bothered I certainly won’t be using that one it’s just a it’s a mess and nobody seems to have any concern whatsoever about the customers that’s just my personal experience but I saw other people were having issues as well so I won’t be going back to that one

      We ordered new appliances on 5-31-23. They promised to deliver them on 6-14-23, we still don’t have our new appliances cause they delivered them to the wrong address,,,,,,,twice. The young lady that helped us was very unattenentive and didn’t putt the right address in. She was on her phone while helping US UNACCEPTABLE I will never go Home Depot again for anything, screws,glue,nails,wood,paint, nothing

      As I much as I enjoyed my visit, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to get all items on my list. This is because the 1/2 gallon size of whole milk was all expired (Expiration date 09172023) and the 1 gallon size of whole milk expired within 7 days (09262023). I was able to get my remaining items bc the store was well stocked and clean.

      To me, Targets look like a fancy Walmart. Well, you won’t get everything on Target that is available in Walmart, but you got the point. Target looks a little fancy. However, for a typical grocery shopping I don’t visit target. I feel their grocery is very limited. These days I’m a fan of their clothings. The clothing section is hip, and size inclusive, and doesn’t burn your wallet. This location is just another big Target with everything neatly organized. I was looking for an cable and I found it quickly.

      I almost never leave negative reviews and all things about this location are wonderful, except online orders. ***Do not expect online orders to be accurate*** While picking up my order, another customer was returning an incorrect item in her online order. I later realized the notebook I ordered was wide-ruled, not college-ruled. This may be a corporate Target issue, but there is no attention to detail. Requiring a return for the wrong product completely negates any convenience of online orders.

      I went to this particular location on July 23 to look for baby items and other miscellaneous things. The baby section was horrible there wasn’t anything stock or in the right spot. I also bought some good and gather almonds to find out they expired 02/26/2021. I always thought Target was the better options but now its just like other store

      Pretty nice store. Easy to maneuver I also found it easy to locate someone to help me. The only issue I had was at checkout. The lines were getting long and other registers were being opened but this man was letting people that were just walking up going to the newly-opened registers and that ain’t okay when people have been in line 15 or 20 minutes. Tech the proper procedure!

      I had excellent service today using Target’s pickup service. I much prefer interacting with people than machines. Today the young lady delivering my order to my vehicle was very personable, polite and respectful. Get rid of your self checkout machines and keep the employees.

      Another Target in the Memphis metro area. The store is well stocked and organized, and pretty usual, just like any other Targets. Recently I have been a fan of their women clothing section. I love the inclusiveness and diversity they portray when it comes to women clothing. I bought myself quite a few stuff from their collection. Rest of the store was just fine. I picked some basic grocery and home stuff. The customer care ( for returning stuff) had not staff and so I had to wait at least 15 minutes ???. It was easy when she shows up. While checking out the payment window froze and I had to move to another one to finish that. It was time consuming and annoying, but I understand that it happens and nobody has a particular control over this electronics and softwares all the times.

      Love this location, employees are very friendly and helpful!! I’m thinking possibly they have a New Manager, because it was not the case a couple of years ago.       It’s small & it never has any shoes for men. But it’s also the only TJ maxx in the area. On occasion we have come and the dressing room are closed due to lack of staff. Mixed feelings about this location

      Selection is great, if their customer service was equally great I’d say this is a 5 star store. On our very first visit to this store I overheard a cashier being rude to another customer a couple registers down. Same thing every visit after, but tonight was it for me. Her tone, I had to grab things back from her as quick as I could or else she’d just let the items drop to the counter/floor (one item did end up dropped), and she talked so snarkily that you could hardly understand what she’s trying to say. She kept saying something something receipt, but we couldn’t understand her with her attitude. She then has the nerve to get loud with us “READ” and tapping the keypad screen. Ironically, she couldn’t even read her own screen to tell me the correct purchase amount. I will gladly shop at Ross or Marshall’s instead, their cashiers are always so friendly.

      I like the products offered and the prices are good (nor everything is 5 below, stuff in back is slightly higher) but I think my turn off for this store is that there isn’t an option to have a cashier. Everyone rings themselves up. And there’s one cashier overseeing. I feel, I’m a customer not an employee and I should have to ring myself up if I prefer not to.

      Worst experience at build a bear ever. The first time I went two years ago as soon as I walked in I got helped , spoken to as soon as I came in and they walked through the whole process . I came with my best friend and his son today . No one greeted us when we walked in to helped we walked around and figured everything on our on. The lady who stuffed the bear was very rude to my best friends son, she even put hands on him , he was very excited so he was trying to grab the bear as she was sewing it up and she basically pushed him , she didn’t have to do that . If you want A1 customer service and nice people don’t go to this build a bear .

      I like the products offered and the prices are good (nor everything is 5 below, stuff in back is slightly higher) but I think my turn off for this store is that there isn’t an option to have a cashier. Everyone rings themselves up. And there’s one cashier overseeing. I feel, I’m a customer not an employee and I should have to ring myself up if I prefer not to.

      Horrible shopping experience. Not sure if theft is an issue but closing every self checkout register and relying on one cashier to check people out is a horrible business practice. I wouldn’t recommend this location and advise others to go to the new one on Summer Ave.

      My kids loved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and they didn’t try to push us to buy extra stuff. My kids got backpacks for their bears instead of boxes. It makes them so much easier to carry and the backpacks are really cute. We’ll definitely go back.

      We’ve been twice now and the experience was wonderful both times. The employee who worked with our daughters to make their bears was sweet and very talented, she really seems to love her job. She gets the bears made quickly but without rushing my daughters. Perfect.

      Worst experience at build a bear ever. The first time I went two years ago as soon as I walked in I got helped , spoken to as soon as I came in and they walked through the whole process . I came with my best friend and his son today . No one greeted us when we walked in to helped we walked around and figured everything on our on. The lady who stuffed the bear was very rude to my best friends son, she even put hands on him , he was very excited so he was trying to grab the bear as she was sewing it up and she basically pushed him , she didn’t have to do that . If you want A1 customer service and nice people don’t go to this build a bear .

      Walked in and counted 14 people in self checkout lines. Backed all the way into soft goods. No one was working the register. I just turned around and walked back out. The last 3 visits have been same way (no one working). I’ll start doing my shopping somewhere else. It’s easy to understand how Amazon is hurting retail stores.

      I worked here at Target. Miss everyone I worked with. They are good people and takes care of their Guests that needs help that shops there. If they don’t have an item that the guest needs they refer them to another Target that has it. Everyone works hard to meet the guests needs.

      CHECK THE DATE ON YOUR FOOD BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING HERE!! My fiancé & I placed an order for pickup. After we got home with our order, I went to grab a bag of chips out of the $22 multipack we had purchased, and realized they were almost a month expired. We drove back up there on Sunday & returned the chips. After a long day of work we went to grab some macaroni from the $10 multipack & they expired in December of 2022. Now I will have to waste more gas to drive back up there for a second day in a row, just to get a gift card in return.. I will never place another pick up order from this location. DO BETTER.

      Today me and my friend were purchasing a mirror and it was a little heavy and didn’t fit in the cart well. The lady working the self checkout asked if we needed help getting it out to the car and we thought it would just be a bigger cart. After no one answered her on the radio she proceeded to ask the oldest lady standing at the service desk. There were plenty of younger people standing there that she could’ve asked but she asked the oldest one. If we knew that someone was just going to carry it we could’ve done it ourselves. I feel that if there are visibly younger and more able bodied people standing around, they should be asked to help first instead of the older one. Do better.       Complete joke. I order this online and it took over an hour for them to say “out of stock”. My wife goes to the shelf and finds a shelf full of the same item I ordered. Reps in the store were patronizing and completely unprofessional to my wife. I will be calling management to voice my displeasure and will be shopping at another target moving forward.
