This place is pretty much a high priced junk store. It has been about a 50/50 gamble on merchandise purchased, especially electronics. This is why the return policy is so strict. So many people returning broken or defective stuff. Make sure to check things carefully before buying.

Ive always had great customer service experiences at this Lowe’s. Last year i had issues with the third party installers and the lady at the customer service desk helped me reschedule a service call. She made me feel confident that my problem would be taken care of (and it was!). At my most recent visit every associate I interacted with was gracious and kind and welcoming. I remember the names of two people – Beverly and Clay. Beverly gave me good information about some plants I was thinking about purchasing and also offered to help find a specific item from another department in the store. Clay was at the self check outs and was very friendly and helpful :). Having a good team makes all the difference in a shopping experience and I appreciate the people you have at this store.

What happened to Bashford Manor Lowe’s? What a dump. Carts & trash all over the parking lot while employees are inside “stocking” or “price checking” in slow motion while staring at their phones. Guys in the back riding around on a forklift for fun & barely miss hitting two customers. Area was not taped off. This place is a zoo. Corporate needs to fly in and do a pop inspection on this location before someone gets killed by a nitwit on a forklift. This location has been going steadily downhill since spring. Dixie Hwy & Southern In locations are markedly better. AVOID.

The manager at the Lowe’s off Bashford Manor was rude from the time I walked into the door until the time I left! I asked her as soon as I walked into the store if I could have my clients pay over the phone for a few electrical items I needed to finish a job that was due for inspection the next day. This was at 9:15pm. She said yes just bring it to the customer service desk. At 930pm I arrived at the service desk and was told by this same manager that I was to late. They stopped checking people out at 9:00pm! I was shocked. Nobody in the store was helpful in my opinion. They all had bad attitudes especially the manger! I kinda don’t blame the rest of the employees for having to work under that hateful manager. All in all horrible trip to Lowe’s! I won’t be returning!

Terrible customer service. They cancelled my online order. After talking to store associates who seemed disinterested in helping, they put me on hold for 15 min before I hung up. All I was trying to do was to see if the item that they had 5 in stock of online was actually in stock. They couldn’t even tell me. I get better service at McDonald’s. As an RE investor, property manager, etc I have given this place many opportunities, and I keep thinking this time it will be different. Please recruit from your NE Louisville location, where the employees at least seen to care a little bit.

Kids workshop every month look online before going. Very busy . If you are willing to hear all the banging. Sitting not stable. Sit on a wooden board paint bucket under it. They provide what you will be making and tools and paint. You can always pick up the project they are offering to take home to do with your child.

Went to Home Depot to exchange a rachet without a problem. Ask a few associates if they still cut glass and stated they didn’t know. One associate who seem the only person who knew anything said they did not. This at same time other associates told a lady they couldn’t cut a key since it wasn’t there department. I will not come back to this place since I have to past two Lowe’s a one Merards. Lowe’s still cuts glass.

My experience today was similar to my past experiences, dealing with customer associates that neither feel like getting out of their chair or sharing the knowledge that they’ve picked up over 30 something years working at a Home Depot. You would think it would be a simple question as to what materials I would need to install the pocket door, but it wasn’t that simple today it was more or less back-and-forth about whether I’ve installed one before more likely disassociate was trying to expose my lack of knowledge versus just trying to point me in the right direction or again getting out of the chair and walking around with me for a little bit after all that’s what they get paid for. But I could’ve sworn that the customer service associate asked me 15 times whether I’ve installed a pocket door before or not. Regardless, if I have or not, you either have the knowledge to point me in the direction of the materials I need or you don’t in this case he had the knowledge, but didn’t really want to give it up or it was like he didn’t have time mind you he was sitting in the chair, talking to another associate about other associates typical employee gossip session. Rather than check him or correct his attitude I had to just keep pulling it out of him.

This is a huge flea market located in the Shively area. Lots of booths inside and outside both. A large variety of items for you to look over and see if you want anything. They have a concession stand and restrooms for you to use. A great place to go to find some bargains and enjoy yourself. They keep it pretty clean.

I love this place but I especially love Slipp On Fashions in building 3, booth 9. Gorgeous, high-quality pieces that are very reasonably priced. She has everything and the vibe in the store is lovely! There are several metaphysical pieces that I appreciate. Chakra bracelets, stones for protection and prosperity among other things. Incense for clearing your space of toxins and welcoming divine protection. She also has an in-house tarot reader that’s pretty fantastic, if I do say so myself. Love love love that shop!
Great vendors overall. I love Ms Mary’s shop in building 2, as well. She has the best unique gifts.
This place is very fun. They should advertise more. I forgot they existed until recently. Glad to be back!

I truly enjoy walking through Peddler’s Mall on Shelbyville Road in Middletown, KY. Seeing items from years ago reminds me of various years and stages of my life and the experience evokes some sweet and cherished memories. I have passed by Peddlers Mall for many years never thinking about going in for fear inside would be junk; but on my first visit this summer I discovered the treasures inside are far from being classified as junk. It is now one of my favorite places to shop. I have purchased items not only for myself but for family and friends. Inside the mall you’ll discover how various sellers have their items arranged in sections, referred to as booths, with prices marked on the items. Most booths do not have the sellers present, as has been my experience. You take your items and either put them in a car or take them to the front where friendly staff will check you out. If you’ve never been inside you might owe it to yourself to go once but make sure you walk around inside the entire facility. I bet you there is one seller’s booth inside that has just what you’re looking for …and maybe just what you didn’t know you were looking for! Have fun!

This store is MASSIVE! It doesn’t look like it is big from the outside, but this place is like the TARDIS. It just keeps going, full of fun, interesting, vintage, antique, and different things. It has toys, furniture, etc…it is stock full of treasures. It will take days to look through everything. It even had some fun vintage age candies. My favorite treasure there was a 1950s toddler push car that was in excellent shape.

Every P’s Mall is different and that’s what makes them great. This location is very “adult” meaning very little for kids here. It’s great for vintage clothing and home furnishings. Unfortunately, I hunt for vintage toys and oddities which this store is very light on.

This place is huge! I don’t recall seeing one empty booth either. Not much there as far as electronics and I didn’t see a booth that had many new tools, but antiques and home furnishings and supplies, vintage clothing, too much to list this is one of the best Peddlers Malls I have been to.

Today I had a bad experience when I entered the store. one of the workers went towards me telling me that I had to leave my bag in the box where you pay without giving me a reason to do so, I look around and all the people who were buying brought their bags this caught my attention because I didn’t I was not complying with the regulations of the store, I really felt very uncomfortable when listening to the tone of voice with which the older man spoke to me, I felt discriminated against for being Latino, I think they should be more careful with the treatment of the population. to treat everyone equally.

While I was shopping my blood sugar dropped I’m a diabetic right there in the candy aisle in the manager and just about everybody in the store man look out for me toug it was great you just one woman was holding my head I thought she was an angel she was beautiful. If I’m going ever get married I want her to be just like her. So everyone in that store was good. It’s rare to find people like that nowadays and to be so kind. . So this is a shout out to the manager thank you very much for managing the situation and taking care of me. So thank you to the store manager and thank to the type 1 diabetic who helped me and gave me my glucose. And thank you to the beautiful lady who held my head hope to see her again. She left before I could thank her. Thank you to everyone.

Use to like this place, now it just gross me out. and on top of that when you go to 98% of the booths there are no prices on the items, I been there today, its been 3 years since I been and…? I will not be going back. White Elegant and Peddlers Mall and some GoodWill’s I’ll come back…

I truly enjoy walking through Peddler’s Mall on Shelbyville Road in Middletown, KY. Seeing items from years ago reminds me of various years and stages of my life and the experience evokes some sweet and cherished memories. I have passed by Peddlers Mall for many years never thinking about going in for fear inside would be junk; but on my first visit this summer I discovered the treasures inside are far from being classified as junk. It is now one of my favorite places to shop. I have purchased items not only for myself but for family and friends. Inside the mall you’ll discover how various sellers have their items arranged in sections, referred to as booths, with prices marked on the items. Most booths do not have the sellers present, as has been my experience. You take your items and either put them in a car or take them to the front where friendly staff will check you out. If you’ve never been inside you might owe it to yourself to go once but make sure you walk around inside the entire facility. I bet you there is one seller’s booth inside that has just what you’re looking for …and maybe just what you didn’t know you were looking for! Have fun!

This store is MASSIVE! It doesn’t look like it is big from the outside, but this place is like the TARDIS. It just keeps going, full of fun, interesting, vintage, antique, and different things. It has toys, furniture, etc…it is stock full of treasures. It will take days to look through everything. It even had some fun vintage age candies. My favorite treasure there was a 1950s toddler push car that was in excellent shape.

Every P’s Mall is different and that’s what makes them great. This location is very “adult” meaning very little for kids here. It’s great for vintage clothing and home furnishings. Unfortunately, I hunt for vintage toys and oddities which this store is very light on.

This place is huge! I don’t recall seeing one empty booth either. Not much there as far as electronics and I didn’t see a booth that had many new tools, but antiques and home furnishings and supplies, vintage clothing, too much to list this is one of the best Peddlers Malls I have been to.

Ive always had great customer service experiences at this Lowe’s. Last year i had issues with the third party installers and the lady at the customer service desk helped me reschedule a service call. She made me feel confident that my problem would be taken care of (and it was!). At my most recent visit every associate I interacted with was gracious and kind and welcoming. I remember the names of two people – Beverly and Clay. Beverly gave me good information about some plants I was thinking about purchasing and also offered to help find a specific item from another department in the store. Clay was at the self check outs and was very friendly and helpful :). Having a good team makes all the difference in a shopping experience and I appreciate the people you have at this store.

What happened to Bashford Manor Lowe’s? What a dump. Carts & trash all over the parking lot while employees are inside “stocking” or “price checking” in slow motion while staring at their phones. Guys in the back riding around on a forklift for fun & barely miss hitting two customers. Area was not taped off. This place is a zoo. Corporate needs to fly in and do a pop inspection on this location before someone gets killed by a nitwit on a forklift. This location has been going steadily downhill since spring. Dixie Hwy & Southern In locations are markedly better. AVOID.

The manager at the Lowe’s off Bashford Manor was rude from the time I walked into the door until the time I left! I asked her as soon as I walked into the store if I could have my clients pay over the phone for a few electrical items I needed to finish a job that was due for inspection the next day. This was at 9:15pm. She said yes just bring it to the customer service desk. At 930pm I arrived at the service desk and was told by this same manager that I was to late. They stopped checking people out at 9:00pm! I was shocked. Nobody in the store was helpful in my opinion. They all had bad attitudes especially the manger! I kinda don’t blame the rest of the employees for having to work under that hateful manager. All in all horrible trip to Lowe’s! I won’t be returning!

Terrible customer service. They cancelled my online order. After talking to store associates who seemed disinterested in helping, they put me on hold for 15 min before I hung up. All I was trying to do was to see if the item that they had 5 in stock of online was actually in stock. They couldn’t even tell me. I get better service at McDonald’s. As an RE investor, property manager, etc I have given this place many opportunities, and I keep thinking this time it will be different. Please recruit from your NE Louisville location, where the employees at least seen to care a little bit.

Stop at this Lowe’s several times a week. The employees are super nice. And it meets all the standards of every other Lowe’s. Very nice place to stop for your common construction needs.

Dirty and disorganized. Out of stock on Milwaukee bits. Went to purchase wood handrail and fillet strips and after going through a pile of over 30 couldn’t find even 2 straight ones. When I asked the contractors desk to special order 8 for me that were straight and not damaged they refused and said to take what was there.

The products here are decent and the store itself is well organized. But customer service for online order pickups sucks The storage of ordered items is totally disorganized, things appear to get misplaced and lost often. Anyone can easily walk behind the counter and take anything, walk out the door. There is no security to stop thieves. Wouldn’t recommend having anything shipped here

I went there at 730 I know what I wanted from two different stores. Knowing I had plenty of time because the mall closes at 9. So I spent about 15 minutes in the first store. then I heard an announcement over the loud speaker that the mall was closing at 8pm. So I didn’t get to go to the other store because by the time I got there they weren’t allowing people in. So I guess it doesn’t help to check what time the mall closes because they just close when they want.

I had a very bad experience with the security from the mall very disrespectful and mad, I am not from there I am from Texas and as I was passing by Kentucky I stoped early before mall opening hours, shopping from and delivering to the mall stores and this security came up to us and told us that we cannot park here until mall opens doors. I got a picture of the security guard but not sharing it, but definitely thinking twice in stoping in this place, or if I stop and I get approached by this security mall wannabe cop I will treat him the way he treats to see if he tolerates disrespectfulness.

I’ve been going here since I was a young girl and this place has definitely come up! I haven’t visited in a few years since moving but when I went back there was so many people there. It definitely feels like they added in a lot of stores people want to go to and it’s serving the public well. Good job!

Not much to do here but high end shopping. Great if you have money I suppose. Everything looks well maintained but their restrooms. Several stall doors don’t lock.

Kids workshop every month look online before going. Very busy . If you are willing to hear all the banging. Sitting not stable. Sit on a wooden board paint bucket under it. They provide what you will be making and tools and paint. You can always pick up the project they are offering to take home to do with your child.

Went to Home Depot to exchange a rachet without a problem. Ask a few associates if they still cut glass and stated they didn’t know. One associate who seem the only person who knew anything said they did not. This at same time other associates told a lady they couldn’t cut a key since it wasn’t there department. I will not come back to this place since I have to past two Lowe’s a one Merards. Lowe’s still cuts glass.

My experience today was similar to my past experiences, dealing with customer associates that neither feel like getting out of their chair or sharing the knowledge that they’ve picked up over 30 something years working at a Home Depot. You would think it would be a simple question as to what materials I would need to install the pocket door, but it wasn’t that simple today it was more or less back-and-forth about whether I’ve installed one before more likely disassociate was trying to expose my lack of knowledge versus just trying to point me in the right direction or again getting out of the chair and walking around with me for a little bit after all that’s what they get paid for. But I could’ve sworn that the customer service associate asked me 15 times whether I’ve installed a pocket door before or not. Regardless, if I have or not, you either have the knowledge to point me in the direction of the materials I need or you don’t in this case he had the knowledge, but didn’t really want to give it up or it was like he didn’t have time mind you he was sitting in the chair, talking to another associate about other associates typical employee gossip session. Rather than check him or correct his attitude I had to just keep pulling it out of him.

Absolute horrific experience here. Typically the store is trashed and associates never want to help or even greet you but today was next level bad experience. It is my mission to make sure no one I’m associated either ever does business at this dump.

I love the home depot! However 3 stars for this place because I’ve never felt so judged. Unfortunately it’s what everyone does these days which sadly it’s understandable. But I went here to buy my boyfriend a really nice gift for his bday, and we’ll I guess a younger looking woman walking around by herself in a hardware store is a reason to suspect something I guess. But literally, they had a worker and what I believe was a secret worker like security or something, literally following me around. So in stead of buying anything I decided I would take pictures instead. This place was clean and organized very well. But as for how they treat younger people well not so happy with.

First I was shopping at this store and needed to do an exchange and was buying some other things while I was there but It was gonna be about 30 min until my paycheck hit my account so I decided to do some real shopping well after about 20 min I noticed the repetitive faces that were following me around the store well I decided to use the restroom which was disgusting and smelt like a Porta john well when I came back out of the Porta john I noticed that someone had moved everything in my cart and then nxt thong o knew they were having a huddle about me so I decided I wasn’t willing to give these people my hard earned money after the way they were treating me as a thief so I started putting things back and then it was 4 of them staying behind me at all times well I had roughly about $400 worth of stuff in my cart and finally I had enough and turned and told them they can put it all back and I went and got the item I was returning from my car and went back in to return it and they were having another huddle about me well they scattered like roaches once they saw me and this kept happening everytime I turned my back I got my money and left. This happens @ every home depot I go to. It’s offensive demand disrespectful and I’m about ready to call my lawyer. I work hard for my money and I’ve never been a thief. They I’m not about to give it to those leaches. Best part is while they were so busy stalking me I witnessed 3 different people shoplifting lol. I’m going to lowes where they respect their customers and appreciate them

I have two ladies who helped to make my day after the home depot canceled my order when I was in less than a few minutes from being there.
These ladies of which I will get their names and add them here. They went out of their way at making my time count. I have always like the one I went to because before my move not long ago, it was the one I have used for years.
Because of the making up to make home depot look ok in my eyes look better. They did an outstanding job and I thank them for it.

I love this place! I purchased all of my patio furniture from here! It was shipped and some was damaged but Home Depot gave me a fabulous discount! I’m still a customer!

This store refuses to give Military discounts unless you are registered online. For all other Home Depots, I just show them my Retired USMC ID. The manager is not veteran friendly at this particular store. All other Home Depots in the Louisville area have given excellent service.
