The store was cluttered and I was not able to move around in the store. The workers just looked at me while I was moving boxes and carts [while in a powerchair] You figured they would move the boxes but they didn’t. I left without purchasing anything. This establishment will never get my business again; disabled individuals are Humans too. These establishments must realize that consumers like myself help pay their rent.a month agoI always find something that I like, something good enough to take it with me. The woman in the dresser room was not friendly at all, almost rude. The North Tower (John Hancock) decided to rebuild a new building yesterday so ya know- have a good day, look out for fires between here and John Hancock affiliate buildings.a month agoTJ Maxx is an awesome store, that is always clean and full of a variety of items. I must speak on the workers, there are a few good workers that are kind and helpful but the majority are very rude. Also the people in leadership position the majority very rude.a year agoSo many cute stuff there. It’s almost impossible to choose just one. Definitely dangerous for your wallet because you won’t know what to buy first2 months agoSome staff on July 22nd 2023 were very friendly like back in the dressing room or the jewelry .The manager Lukas D. was very disrespectful. He along with another staff member yelled at an elderly customer who was trying to use the bathroom “BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED!” They slammed the door in her face. You could hear them laughing behind the door as the older lady was both upset and confused on why she got yelled at and a door slammed on her face.
Very disrespectful and bad leadership.
