      I saw another review from 3 months ago, claiming the parking lot was clean and bright. If that’s true, it didn’t last long. I was absolutely shocked by the amount of garbage on the ground right outside the store. Someone tell me how this is okay??

      Why does this location always look like it’s mid apocalypse?! It is a total disaster. The racks have no organization, boxes out on the floor, dressing rooms a mess. The staff is at least friendly, the only reason it got 2 stars. Definitely worth the extra few minutes drive to Nashville West.

      My husband went to target on whitebridge rd ask service desk for help getting item off shelve they told him they didn’t do that he had to order online my husband told them he wasn’t able to get it he had a knee brace that should have been enough he has a stoma which he had to get because cancer and he doesn’t tell people which he shouldn’t have too. A man that works there not sure if a assistant manager r what did finally help but this was really bad experience u don’t know what is wrong with someone that is asking for help to get item off shelve. I was going to buy 2 but they only had 1 at that store .

      The return policy is ridiculous. I paid with my debit card and I wanted it back in cash. They claimed the return policy had been changed recently and I would have to have it returned back on the card. The card is damaged and I am waiting on another one …debit card is basically cash..to add insult to injury it takes them 2 days to return your money to the card. Also they don’t allow exchanges .. Everything has to be given back in gift card even if you have your receipt..I was trying to exchange an exact item with another. Target loves to make things difficult.Bad business.

      I had a pickup for a phone case, when I went to get the case it was open and the product was not even the correct product for the case. I went back to guest service and told them and the blonde lady who was around 20 years old was extremely rude. I told her it’s not a big deal that online they said there is one more. She said very rudely that there isn’t. I told her I can show you online… I showed her and she goes well I don’t care I don’t have it. So I get my refund I go back there to look myself and of course they DID have it. I think the blonde girl was a manager but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. The brunette older woman was very friendly though. Do better with your management.

      Nicole, an associate, was so rude to me when I was looking for a clothing iron. I understand it’s Memorial Day and all but the attitude from her after asking where something was, super unnecessary. Don’t understand why customer service is the worst in the nation. I work in customer service too, but try to at least be friendly and less rude. Target should do better.

      I called the Nashville East location front desk Chase answered. I called because I was looking for a Graco 4 & 1 car seat. I also asked if they price matched because I had seen the same one at Walmart cheaper. Chase was Very HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH. He searched but could not match it. I would like for Target to know what a wonderful and pleasure it was to speak with this young man trying to assist me and my needs. Chase taking the time to help me and being very nice makes me appreciate shopping at TARGET. THANK YOU CHASE AGAIN

      I always have a good experience when I go in lowe’s Donna helped me at the self checkout this morning she was very attentive and respectful to all of the customers. She thanked me for coming to Lowe’s and when I realized I forgot something and had to go back I asked her to cancel my transaction and she replied “oh no problem” with a smile. I know these days it can be hard working in customer service so Donna Shout out to you for a great job and being so courteous!!

      BUYER BEWARE!!! Watch out for shady practices at this Lowes!! Here are pics of a mulch display. The $3.33 price applies to a couple of pallets of mulch that are surrounded by 15-20 pallets of higher priced products. Naturally I selected the wrong ones and was surprised by the price at checkout. When I pointed out the problem, they were happy to point out MY mistake but wouldn’t bother to even look at the misleading display. I can’t imagine how many customers are falling for the bait and switch here

      Worst customer service experience ever! Three employees with no customers turned their backs on us for approximately 6 minutes. Another customer walked up while they were mixing my paint. The two employees that weren’t helping me, once again, looks at that customer and turn their backs again! That customer waited THIRTEEN MINUTES before the employee who was helping me hands me my paint and then looks at them and ask them if they needed help. UNACCEPTABLE. RUDE. LOWE’S: HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE. DO BETTER.

      I went in there with a whole list of plumbing parts I needed. Allen who works there came up and asked if I needed help, ha ha I did, I had to find it all and load it all into the cart. He helped me to figure out better ways to do things and how to make things easier for me (without costing a crazy amount more!), he helped others in between and always came back to check and make sure I was still good! Helped me take it all up and load it in my truck. Allen went above and beyond.!! I know it is not always like this going into a store, trust me as I had just left home depot with no one to help me find one thing I needed. But I appreciate the time he took to help me get everything. Thank you Allen!

      Stay away from this Lowe’s! Customer service is horrible and unworthy of consumer time. I’ve been to other Lowe’s stores and this has the worst service out of them. I had an online order for a few bags of mulch. I checked in as instructed for curbside. One of their associates came to my truck telling me to go to the garden center and they’ll load it. I waited and no one came out! I drove further down looking for my order and I saw nothing. Finally I see a cashier and a different associate. I get out with my papers and the associate walked away. The cashier began attending someone else. I called customer service at least three times letting it ring until it disconnected. I finally drove away and decided this store was ghetto trash. I called again later and FINALLY got someone in garden, but I wanted to speak to a manager. I was advised to callback again because she couldn’t transfer me from her location. She stated she would physically walk upfront to that customer service department and explain someone was trying to request a manager. I called back and finally got someone! The manager tells me, “Usually when someone orders mulch or something like that, they just load it. They don’t have it preloaded.” I explained to him that regardless no one was even there to assist me and the one who gave me the papers mentioned nothing about that! This place is so unorganized. Do yourself a favor. Go to Home Depot or at least another Lowe’s. I canceled my order cause this place unsatisfactory.

      ****If the attendant is bringing the order information to the parking lot, why not bring the merchandise? They’re out there anyway. Idiots.

      Where’s the zero star option!? The people that suppose to install our bed delivered the bed and then said… Ops we forgot some parts, we will be back in 15 minutes… 6 hours later and no one showed up! Customer service no help at all! We have called so many of them and all we get is “sorry” “no idea what’s going on” “we will call you in 5 minutes”…. And no one called or showed up! I missed my appointments waiting for them to come back or call but nothing..Horrible horrible experience! UPDATE!Now they are saying it is going to take 7 to 10 business days to get the missing part and install it…. What in the world!

      Very large upstairs location behind Staples and Home Depot. A real antique store with wide array of larger furniture pieces as well as other home furnishings. The vendors have merchandised the store beautifully and it’s rather easy to shop. I found the prices to be on the high side, but that’s just my budget. Well worth the visit.

      Large antique store filled with many booths, tucked away at the end of a warehouse near Home Depot and Staples. Some of it was a little pricey but there were a good variety of items. Definitely took longer to get through than I expected. I would say it’s worth a look. Good array of chalk paint colors too.

      This is absolutely the finest antique store in Nashville! (I include Gas Lamp Too as well, which is practically next door!) There’s a plethora of great booths which are full of interesting, unique and collectible items! I visit frequently, and I always find something to bring home! ?

      The staff are also wonderful, knowledgeable, and always around when you need help!

      Be sure to give yourself plenty of time, you’ll get lost amongst the treasures!

      Fiance called a couple weeks ago about renting wall space for a beautiful Leroy Neiman. They told him he needed to reach out to the owner. He has tried and tried AND TRIED and can not get a response or nothing. So we went in the store, spoke with 2 wonderful ladies. They apologized, apparently there’s quit a few people trying to reach out to this person to no avail. As a business owner you would think people would take pride in the business knowing people are interested. If unavailable, all you gotta do is respond. Other than there are beautiful pieces in the store.

      Went to GasLamp Antiques to purchase a cabinet I’d spotted previously (sadly it was gone!). However, Cindy was an absolute joy and pointed me to an equally stunning Maitland Smith cabinet. This piece is a total show stopper and very well priced.

      I spent a while poking around and noticed many high quality, collectable pieces in their store all at very reasonable prices. This is one of the better antique shops I’ve been to in the US based on collection and price. For people looking for nice antique pieces for their home or unique gifts, I suggest GasLamp Antiques.

      It’s actually the “Dollar Twenty-five” store. But dang. That’s still a great deal on some stuff! The one I went to had an entire section (like 40’× ’25) just for PARTY SUPPLIES!! Some really cute stuff for baby shower or birthday. Lots of home school stuff. (No adult coloring books. Bummer.) And all kinds of pot gardening stuff! Look around. Think outside the box! I spent $27 and had 4 bags of stuff. Mostly organizational bins and stuff like that and cheap lotion. I actually found my Black Cohosh there for $3! That was a couple of weeks ago. It has worked just fine!

      This is by far the best Ross around Nashville that I’ve been to. That’s only speaking for the availability of items and clothing. The staff are hit and miss. I can say that I’ve always been greeted upon arrival but some of them need to work on their custom service!

      I was in the Hermitage store Saturday night around closing time and went to go get my car to pick up my friend that was finishing up his shopping. I was parked in the fire lane for a moment when either the store manager or sale associate came out and told me I needed to leave and as I tried to explain to her I was moving she said go. I spend money at this store quite a lot and I sure do not like to be treated badly. I usually don’t complain however I feel like something needed to be said about this rude young lady.       Had a wonderful shopping experience here and would recommend checking this store out next chance you can, especially with the holidays coming up. When I walked in I noticed how all the associates greeted me when I passed by and I felt like if I had any questions they would be quick to help me out. I was disappointed that the fitting room wasn’t open but I understand stores are doing various things to adjust with the local official’s request. The shelves were well stocked and very organized. When I got to the clothing rack it was a nice surprise how organized the rows were, because on a Saturday afternoon that is close to impossible (my past retail experience is what I am going off of). I do want to mention that I felt bad for the associates, because there was only 1 cashier open and the line was quite long, so I hope the supervisors, start increasing the associates at the register because from the other reviews it seems to be an ongoing concern. Although all the selections offered while you wait at line was hard to resist and helped pass the time waiting checking out the neat stuff. The staff did a great job with the store especially given your storage of staff! The selection and prices were worth the wait to check out!

      I liked it about sums it up. Nice but useless staff minus the cashier who were quick, polite, and efficient. The selection was very mixed in other word mediums with large shoes with coats…chaos. WHat that does is it makes a paradise for those who shop and really look. The dressing rooms were dirty and the aisles were clogged with fallen merchandise and carts but I still went there and got a lot of good outfits at a great price which is the highest good achieved from ross.

      This store is fine, it’s just the people that bring their sick children and coughing and hacking like a seal. That makes my visit very miserable for me.

      I had the complete and utter horrible experience at this store. I asked a sales rep to hold luggage while a continued shopping. She said they could hold for 30 minutes. I finished shopping. And placed on the counter. I asked the young lady assidting if i could grab the luggage because no one was there and it would save her steps. She said fine. And there was another lady at the dressing room. Complaining about a customer loudly. Found out later her name was Kat. She said you dont go back there. I said i just asked the other associate. And she was fine. And if you weren’t berat8ng anothet customet you would have heard the request assistance. She walked up to me very confrontational and was said what did you say. I repeated my objections to her treatment of customers and left my products on the counter. Kat is the worst.

      You can never miss with Ross. Me and 3 of my girlfriends shopped til we dropped. Found great deals. Quality fitting jeans, tops, shoes, purse, etc. When I travel to the US, I never miss my chance of going to Ross. We all loved it.

      Absolutely terrible. Asked 3 different associates for help or to find the person who could help. None of them did a thing. Finally asked customer service to have someone unlock the cabinet in the pet section, and was told no one had the keys….this place sucks. No help, shelves are always a mess, and always pallets in the aisles. Stay away!!!!

      THE SUBWAY WORKER(black woman) was very rude and seems agitated every time i come in the store. She is not polite at all. She slangs the food and gives dirty looks. THE SECURITY GUARD(broad black man) is very rude and disrespectful, i brought my 5 pound yorkie in the store and he was so rude. He caught an attitude with me when i let him know that i was unaware about pets not being allowed. He had a nasty tone. I will not being returning here. Avoid this store at all costs.

      Make sure when you go to the service desk to exchange or return items in less than 30 days of your purchase, you get your receipt and barcode. Especially on luggage. Some Associates don’t know the return policy. They don’t know the days of the week or weekends they work and don’t know the difference between getting a store manager or an associate that’s just helping out on the front end. The condescending attitude of one associate is funny to say the least. I hope she reads this. You never know who knows who and if you had to ask if you were rude… You already know that you were. You need to be reassigned as well as retrained.

      Cashier was incredibly slow with the line going back over 20 ft behind me the store was also very dirty on the floor in my cashier line cold coffee bottle spilled everywhere crushed glass and sticky floor we had to stand in while cashier slowly tried to figure out how to deduct a coupon. Tanisha is your manager who didn’t want to come and help kept asking an interim person what is it you want instead of coming to ask how can I help. The cashier’s name was spelled Lin.

      Just a bad place to go period. The auto department is useless I would tell anyone to stray away from them for anything auto related for repair. This image is from a oil shop that had to take so much time to get off the oil filter due to Walmart doing a horrible job putting it on. The guys said the tech must have not hand tighten it and used a tool which is not standard practice. So it took them more time and cost me more money. I told the shop I went to Walmart last time and he said that place is full of basically students who don’t have really experience.

      So don’t take your car truck or anything their for anything auto related. You’ll be paying more money down the road. I’ve had so many problems before with Walmart and this time I am no going back. They say they do things by the manufacture standards but they don’t. Last year I brought my truck in with one flat tire they said was not repairable. And was trying to force me to buy 4 new tires due to they said was the manufactures recommendation which I did.

      I called Dodge and they said this is not true if the truck is selectable 4 wheel drive then you can replace a single tire. I went back and got the manager on the phone with Dodge and he looked so stupid. Then goes on to say afterwords “Its Walmarts recommendation” I wrote Walmart corporate which never replied. So they do things the way they want them done with tech who are training and have no real knowledge. So please don’t take your car, truck or anything to Walmart spend a few extra bucks and take it to a real shop.

      Someone stole my hat out of my shopping cart when I stepped away two days ago. I go back today to ask if it was in lost and found. I was referred to a manager who said she’d go look. I waited 25 min and when she never came back, I asked another employee, who’s badge said team lead, where she was. I said she was going to look in L&F for my hat and he, without looking, said there’s no hat there. Something that could have taken less than a minute took 25 because…. Who cares, right?       Super great place to shop at for improvement items and most of the workers there are super kind and helpful. We love this place! we prefer shopping at this place here, located at SW. 3rd St. in the shopping center over any of the other Home Depot’s because the people are the friendliest and always very helpful. Home Depot needs to look at their employees at this place here and give them credit for credit is due.

      Have my HDX trash bags. Used to be the only brand that didn’t leak. Nothing against Home Depot.. the quality has changed along with the price going up from $13 to less bags for $20 it is disappointing. Yes, out of a box of 13 gallon you now have bags that leak randomly. Same as hefty, glad and any other brand. I have tried them all over the last 17 years. If I have to spend so much for garbage bag I’m thinking go for the trash compactor or construction clean up bags.. just skip the high priced leaky bags.

      We just had to transport the fridge we bought to the cash register and then to our vehicle from the appliance section with no help offered at all! My 92 year old grandma was with us and it was a miracle just to get an employee to answer a few questions about the fridge. I am not surprised because it’s always the same but this time I am reviewing because I saw at least 10 employees doing nothing who did not ask if we needed help and when my grandma asked for assistance she was ignored. The appliances worker was more concerned with answering hwr personal calls then helping my grandmother’s.

      Rented 2 different types of floor sanders from tool rental on a Saturday morning. I picked up the equipment paid the deposit and left. I go home to get started on my floors and the associate in tool rental didn’t give me the power cords. I go to Home Depot in Midwest City to try and get the power cords since it was closest to my house (I have people waiting at my house to get started) and the tool rental associate tells me it is not his problem and I need to take it up with the Shields store. Needless to say 2.5 hours after I rented the damn things I got the power cords. Never again Home Depot. I know Lowe’s has problems but this was ridiculous and the clowns working there act like it is funny or a joke. I don’t understand? Is it that hard to hire competent employees? I won’t be back. Ace hardware store going forward.

      Went to this store today. Literally I’m any department that you need help no one is there, ever! I’ve been in this store recently today and several times this month and every experience has been the same. It takes 20 to 30 min to get anyone to come help you in any aspect. Then when you do get some it’s like they’re rushing you because they have so much stuff to do I guess. I mean, hire more people if you’re that short staffed. Literally the running joke about never finding anyone at these stores available to help, is all too true.

      I have a business I purchased several tables that were delivered damaged. It takes a lot to return 8 foot tables stainless steel to a store so they contacted corporate to see if they would discount them at 40% and they said no bring them back cause they will only give me 10% but they are really damaged so I guess I have to take them back so sad that they don’t wanna work a deal because all they’re going to do is put it on the floor as an open box buy and sell it for a dirt cheap, but they won’t keep their customer. Happy that already has the tables in their possession.

      Absolute worst Home Depot in Oklahoma. Paid ahead to buy materials and inventory shows 145. Made purchase of 45 pieces. Stood for an hour waiting just to be told it’s not in stock. Consistently have problems with this store. Zero people inside this store care. Time to start looking at Lowe’s

      Not having a tap and pay option really hurt my shopping experience. I know that’s probably silly and very first world problem.. but it was the difference in me getting to make a purchase or not that day. Overall, very nice store though! Especially pleased with the ‘Plant Rescue’ Area!

      Love this place… so many spots and booths to explore… This place has everything! ? piglets ? geese, ? ?… ? ? ? ?….. household items… detergents ?… pony rides ? for the kids… food spots✋️ ☕️ ?… a great place to wander and people watch… ?…. Stelly always scores here…. she left with 2 Barbie dolls ? and a Bratz blanket…and an umbrella ?… (it was sprinkling ?) If you’re lucky, you can also catch a music show.. they have a little cozy town like break area where they have food spots and a barbershop….it’s a real fun spot to go and hang out and walk around. Most of all I ? LOVE ❤️ the bathrooms! ? ? They are always clean! ✨️ They seem to always have an attendant there to upkeep the restrooms.

      From what I am hearing many of the attractions are not currently available such as the wild west show or the live music but they do have one heck of a swap meet. Reasonably priced for the vendors, plenty of parking, clean bathrooms and really good food.

      Absolutely an awesome place to go , there’s no telling what great stuff you’ll find out here. Also it’s very cheap and affordable to rent a spot (only $15).it’s cool to be able to set up your spot and sell all your old stuff you don’t want anymore for a good profit.

      Outside flea market where people can sell for a small fee. People can go through all the stuff and find different things. Only open on weekends. I got there a little late on Sunday, people were already starting to pack up their stuff. Go early. It was great found a couple things I had to have. ? Plan on going again-early. Had a band playing some really good songs.

      Mainly this place has new items sold for about what you pay in a regular retail store. The best part was the Mexican candy place in the back corner. So many different flavors. I had never tried so I will be returning to try others. The prices were very inexpensive for this candy.

      Came here for a car meet on Sunday. Place was packed outside But inside it was so dirty and out of place to the very nice people and stalls outside. Especially when the black lady who was sitting up front went to the back and started to scream at a vendor! I couldn’t catch everything she was complaining about but that’s no way to treat your vendors! There is no staff and it looks as though the ones who do “work” here just hangout up front and do nothing. Everywhere me and my wife stepped we would find several roachs scurrying around. And apparently they serve food here? With roaches? If you see a roach it means they have been there for about 6-12months if that gives ya a good picture on the owners lack of upkeep here. This place is very dirty and there is a huge lack of professionalism here. I am so disappointed to find that a new place I thought would be neat is a disgusting disaster.
