      Brought Grandsons to OKC from Waco TX to visit the science museum. We stopped here after! They did not greet us upon entering just frowned at us , one hollered at me because two green baskets had been sitting for 15 minutes that we had been standing there looking at toys so I told my grandson I would grab one to use and she came running from two isles over screaming at us that’s my baskets for damaged items I’m pulling ? my grandchildren got humiliated and I had to explain some people are just rude!!! Customer service is lacking if you aren’t a local it seems. When checking us out the cashier gave me dirty looks and said nothing before, while ringing me up , are after!

      It’s always busy and most of the time the cashier are friendly. However, this area has large population of homeless individuals that hang around the business and most time they don’t really bother clients but there are times it makes me uneasy to enter the store.

      This is the WORST Dollar Store in the state of Oklahoma, Panhandlers sit right outside the door begging for money and the manager doesn’t have enough sense to call the Police, also the cashier with the letter S in her first name should be fired immediately, extremely rude and has no business working at a cash register.

      Do you mean, “one dollar and twenty five cent tree?” It’s always a horrible and messy store with items still in boxes unstocked and rude cashiers. It looks like Walmart is starting to corner the market on actual $1 items of the same caliber and better than dollar 25-cent tree. I predict the shutdown of the corporation within next two years. It’s that bad there, it’s a failing corporation going down.

      Rude old black woman at the register with very short grey hair. If you don’t like your job then leave! Appears to be many complaints about people who chose this job. But it is Dollar Tree and minimum wage, you still chose it. Usually people who can’t get a job anywhere else apply here, they will take anyone.

      Dollar Tree is what it is, inexpensive essentials. However that’s experience was unusually pleasant. A young lady (Kiki, I believe) was working and her energy was contagious. Not the annoying fake happy that you sometimes get. This was genuine, she was helpful and polite, all with a smile. I know I will revisit dollar tree and I hope that my next experience is as good as today’s.

      I went on tax free day and lines were very long. On normal days, the wait is average. The hygiene section has hidden gems. I found great shampoo cheap. Clothes and shoes require patience to pick through them. It all depends on when you come. I recommend weekdays in the morning. Overall a decent spot for scoring gems in the extreme rough.

      My family and I walked in around 9:30pm Wednesday evening and we weren’t greeted but kept on our way through the store. After about 15 min my 3yr old informed me she needed to potty but the restrooms were already closed? I got an employee to let her into the restroom but a manager insisted the area was closed and kinda made a scene. After getting the items we came in for we head to the register when we were totally ignored by the cashier playing with hangers at the register.. won’t be coming back to this location.

      Pros: Close to the highway. Good prices. Very accesible for disabled storewise. Hours open. Cons: Lots of people round the clock. Long lines. Customers leaving a mess right after the stocker organized neatly. Not accessible for disabled parkingwise (spots are always full).

      I like coming here frequently because of the baby items.

Not a single employee except her and someone in the fitting section who was also very kind. I hadn’t seen anyone who worked there but those two in the span of probably forty minutes.       I was so happy I only had to shop one store today. I needed beautiful berries for my grandson’s Captain America fruit tray, I also needed yogurt-covered pretzels and some items to make the dip. This store had everything I needed, so I only had to shop one store. That thrilled me.

      On a holiday weekend, I had to have some antibiotics and the only pharmacy near me at the time was I240 Supercenter. I’m dreading this knowing there’s no parking close and a really long wait for medicine I needed. Finally got parked and off to the pharmacy. Two hour wait the lady said, I see no one in line and I’m feeling horrible. Another lady behind the counter waved me over and said it came in 30 minutes ago and will get it to me quickly. She told me to have a seat, 5 minutes later I’m walking out the door. It’s not always the store and or management that’s not worth a toot. People should be kind,helpful,and compassionate. Not many are. Anyways thanks Walmart, I was happy to see a smile and a helping hand.

      I think trying to force to bag their own groceries is horrible! Work all day then go get needed groceries and of course walk around shopping then go PAY, bag and take out my own groceries! You either wait in a long line with seemingly deliberately slow cashiers or go to a long line of people itching to get the hell out of there after switching to the self checkout because the 2 (3 if they are really trying to provide a viable option to speedy check out)! I shop Crest mostly and that’s why!

      The iles are entirely too narrow causing unnecessary congestion. Adding to that, there were a half dozen self check out registers strapped down to pallets as if ready to be shipped out. The working registers were not stocked with bags or receipt paper and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The hot food area was clean, and well organized even though they were out of some of the hot food items. I used to visit this Walmart 2 or 3 times a week when I lived nearby.

      Have to love the place. Everything you need in one place. Monopoly by any other name!!! Lol. They could do better with the Over The counter products. The catalog says one thing, check out says another, it’s frustrating to say the least. But we all have room for improvement. The over the counter situation hasn’t changed much. It seems that maybe they don’t care as much, or like OTC is a burden to them. Other than that, it is still a good place to shop.

      It was really a shock to me. There wasn’t any problem from the time we pulled in the parking lot till we left.. The store was clean and uncluttered . The best part was check out time. It was around 4 pm it was busy at the time . I finished my shopping and headed for the dreaded check out. There was a few people in line at the self check out so I kept walking. I literally could choose which cashier there was several smiling faces waiting to wait on customers. My cashier was nice she was friendly and she took time to bag my things the correct way. She even wrapped my hamburger meat in a bag. Del city Walmart is showing that customers do matter they must be listening . If they had a 10 star rating I would have gave that.

      Great Home Depot location. Decided to go to this one since we need to buy a few things from here. Nice, clean, organized, and big. Staff there was friendly, other people that don’t work there also friendly, well stocked, clean, and most important, easy to get in and out (since it can be really crowded sometimes) ! Self checkout was easy to use, and so is also cashier checkout. There is also a bunch of entrances/exits at the front of the store like every other Home Depot so that’s a plus. So, all in all, great Home Depot. Wild recommend this location and will be back!

      They have almost everything. They have lots of helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a generous return policy. They have a good online order website. You can rent trucks vans and tools at the Santa Fe Blvd store. They have been a great resource in several do-it-yourself projects. They get overwhelmed during spring planting season.

      It’s Home Depot, what do you expect? You want customer service, go to ACE! Inattentive staff, unless you’re Latino. I’ve walked passed several employees on multiple occasions and have never been spoken to. Yet the Latino customers around me are always being greeted or asked if they need help. It was hard to get used to in the beginning but the more stores I visit it seems to be the norm. As a handyman I’m all over the Denver metro area. In most of the stores from Castle Rock to Thornton I see the same results. For the stores themselves, from cluttered aisles (whether it’s bulky displays blocking half an aisle or contractor orders blocking the shelves) to the main front aisle being 2 individual 1 way paths. The flow of the store is very restricted on busy days. And forget trying to purchase a locked up tool in a timely fashion! The last special order I placed I was told “oh yeah, it’s on aisle 34. Down on the end. It will have a sticker with your name on it.” Get to the aisle and finally find my item. It’s buried behind several other special order items. 2 employees standing close by (within 4ft) didn’t even notice me struggling to move the other heavier items. After a set of heavy, steel bifold doors fell and smashed my arm they asked if I needed help. I said not now…. grabbed my door and left. Customer service is nothing more than a word to these folks

      Apparently, I’m a few shades to dark for the Cherry Creek Home Depot. I came in today to check out the deals they are having on power tools, which I’ll say I have plenty in my checking account to cover more then a few high priced tools. As soon as I set a Milwaukee power ratchet in my cart, the hunt was on. I had several employees and a loss prevention guy tailing me. At first I chose to ignore it and even said hi. The final straw for me was I saw a stackable washer and dryer but it didn’t have complete specs listed, so I walked over to an employee to who was on the phone to ask about the wattage when I heard him say “Yes, I can see her in the reflection.” When I stood there to waiting to ask him a question. When he did finally notice me standing there he hung up and asked me what I wanted. He was so rude about everything that I just walked off to customer service where the security guy sprinted to keep up. He had to make sure I wasn’t trying to return the tools I didn’t have anymore. I went to the first employee that wasn’t busy, handed her the smaller items that I hadn’t put back yet and told her I would NEVER be returning to her racists store. She actually looked at me and said, “Whatever.”

      Employees at the store refused to honor a price match even after I showed them Home Depot policy on the Home Depot website. They were rude throughout the process and wasted my time. Eventually they put in the price match but only after arguing with me and only after I showed them the official policy multiple times and they called their manager. I’ve been to this location a number of times and I have found the employees here to be the worst at customer service of any location I’ve ever been to. This is not my regular Home Depot location, but I’ve probably been to Home Depot between 50 and 100 times this year, and this store is terrible.

      Ask for Robin! Robin was an incredible and delightful help to me and my family when we had to urgently get a new refrigerator after ours broke. We were there with our five year old daughter and Robin attended to her, as well, like she was her own. It was a stressful time made better by a wonderful person like Robin.       We ordered a deck from this HD, and the delivery forklift driver almost comically knocked down our fence and left without a word. HD now claims they did not deliver the deck. The store managers are kind, but in the end I am left with a mystery. According to HD, a random person somehow picked up my order, brought it to my house, and knocked down my fence. If you have any information about who did this, please let me know!

Took them 2 hours to unload my truck when the previous employees took less than a half an hour UPDATED 9/18/23 big improvements on getting unloaded . It’s not perfect but what Home Depot is.       This 5 stars goes entirely to the Din Ali Mediterranean gourmet stand. The best pita bread I have ever had remarkably thin and lightly nutty. I could eat it entirely by itself and be happy but paired with the jalapeno hummus, garbanzo salad/dip or the tabbouleh makes it absolutely incredible. I wish I had gotten more.

      A nice little market, but there are not a ton of options for the hype. There was one vegetable stand that had some great looking produce (I’ve never seen a purple bell pepper before!) but was a bit pricey.

      The market runs from 9am to 2:30 pm. We got there at 11:30 and almost all the food vendors were sold out of most items.

      There is free parking during the market, which is nice.

      The Saturday Farmers market at Cherry Creek Mall is the best. Love the easy access from Cherry Creek Trail for non-car commuters and the market offers a huge selection of returning and rotating vendors who remember you. This market has the beat produce selection I have found: from micro-greens to heirloom tomatoes, from wagyu hot dogs to beef jerky, from CBD brews to cold brews, it’s the perfect stop to start your weekend.

      I used to love this place as a source of knowledge, as well as products. However, it has now become a rather poor example of a local game shop.

      The staff can be helpful, if you can pull them away from their gossip sessions regarding other customers. This is also exceedingly unlikely to actually get their attention until they’re done talking smack about a customer that is no longer around. If they’re doing that in front of customers, they’re doing that to ALL of their customers.

      This place used to be great. Maybe they can fix themselves, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere until then.

      This place is fantastic and the sheer size and diversity of products is astounding. Their hobby materials like glues, paint, plastic, etc is always in stocks and available. They have a basement here for participating in games and events. They even host a garage sale in the basement where people can bring their own things in to sell. The last one I went to was awesome and I found some rare and unusual items.

      Amazing staff that helped me entertain my kids and helped them to pick out their own toys… while dad got his new Typhon 6s, big thank you to the staff for such a great experience. This is now the Hobby Town the kids say we have to go to, no others, so looks like we’ll happiky be new regulars.

      I would recommend this shop to any hobbiest or those considering starting a new hobby. Awesome staff, killer selection, and very fair prices.

      There is so much stuff here! It’s cool to reminisce with memorabilia and toys that bring back nostalgia. If you lived in the 80’s and 90’s you’re bound to find something you had or played with growing up. Only downside is most of this stuff is sourced from previous owners so you are likely not the first owner or there may not be everything in stock. But over all a fun place to visit and reminisce.

      We bought a fully functional Mall Madness from here. This place is awesome. It’s a little loop of Nostalgia. They have small collections of pretty much everything you could think of; Heman, Turtles, Street Sharks, Battle Trolls, McDonalds Toys, CareBears, GhostBusters, Thunder Cats, Trolls,Gumby, Alf, Gremlins, Boglins, Polly Pocket/ Mighty Max, California Raisins,Baby Muppets,Garbage Pail Kids..       This is a fantastic mall, but don’t pay for parking! Park offsite take the trail and walk in for free.

      I came here because I had some time to kill and I actually drove here so I ended up having to pay to park. It was relatively cheap, but that’s beside the point you should never have to pay for parking. I will tip a valet, but not a ticket machine.

      aside from the parking, this mall makes you believe that malls are not dying in America. After living in Las Vegas and seeing this mall in 2023 I feel like I’m back in Vegas with stores like Louis Vuitton, and Gucci extravagance is the name of the game. This mall had some amazing locations including an Apple store.

      I would love/hate to see this place on Black Friday. I can only imagine the deals that they would have at North Face and Vans.

      The food court had some very interesting options, as well as some hidden restaurants with lots of seating. I think I even saw a kiosk selling alcohol. I don’t believe alcohol and malls should mix because it supposed to be a younger and family generation thing, but it seems to me like Colorado holds its liquor well.

      I would recommend coming here during your time off or if you need to buy somebody something special and you don’t have a budget.

      Did I mention that I saw a Lucid dealership which is the new electric car company? they also had a few cars around the mall sponsored by a local exotic car dealership. I like that.

      I absolutely love shopping at Cherry Creek Mall! The selection of stores is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. However, I must admit that the food options, while not exceptional, still provide a decent variety.

      What sets this mall apart is that every visit is filled with fun and excitement. Whether you’re shopping for the latest fashion trends or grabbing a quick bite to eat, there’s a sense of vibrant energy here that makes each trip memorable.

      If you’re in the area, I can’t recommend Cherry Creek Mall enough. It’s not just a shopping destination; it’s an experience that’s absolutely worth your time. Don’t miss out on this shopping and dining paradise!

      Great shopping center/mall. Decided to do some errands in here before closing. Really nice and clean, friendly staff in every store, elevators in an EXCELLENT condition, and great people and atmosphere! Why I gave a star away because they charge $2 for 0-2hrs which I think is stupid and needs a bit of improvement of escalators. So, all in all, great mall. Will recommend this shopping mall/center and will be back!

Def on the upswing, but the elevators & escalators were out of service, so quite difficult to get to climb stairs to the upper level for folks with ♿️. It was clean & well-lit though.

      DO NOT get your clothes hemmed here. Yes, it’s free, but you get what you pay for. It took weeks longer than they said it would. When my tops finally came back, two of them were missing and someone else’s top was in my order. They ended up having to replace my missing tops that are no longer sold in stores. The one that was hemmed was way shorter than I wanted and where it had been pinned. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. The girls working here are amazing and super nice, this review is JUST for the hemming.
