      My husband and I were looking for a sectional sofa with left facing chaise. David Milligan was very helpful directing us to them in the store and allowing us to look around until we made our decision. He was very nice and professional. Also found a recliner for us that would compliment the sofa. Next came the paperwork and David was able to give us a 20% discount that day and said we qualified for 48 months interest free financing. Who wouldn’t love that?! We were promised delivery the next Saturday. I appreciate the great job David did.

      Today is Saturday, delivery day and everything was on time and in perfect condition. The men were quick and efficient and cleaned up all the packing material and took it with them. I highly recommend Value City Furniture for the affordability but also for the many furniture choices. Love our choices and how comfortable it is!

      Incredible service with Floyd at Rooms To Go today. He was very patient, genuine, and knowledgeable. I’ve had there furniture in past and it was best quality so went back for new mattress, sleeper sofa, and swivel chair. Very pleased with purchases, service, and price ranges.       I cannot say enough about my recent POSITIVE experience at this store! My daughter and I drove from South Carolina to see what the store had to offer. We purchased some living room furniture, but unfortunately, the delivery date was far past when we needed the furniture. Even though the store policy clearly states NO RETURNS, the manager worked with us and allowed us to cancel our order. We are SO grateful to the staff. They are good people, and put our family first.       Just discovered this place and it is so cute! Was greeted as soon as we entered and was pleasantly surprised at how big the place was. Bought several pieces of Jadeite and a pretty piece of Wedgewood from a sweet and knowledgeable woman in the back (booth 88, sorry didn’t catch her name). Will definitely be returning.

      This little gem is awesome. Everything is organized by vendor. The owner supports not only local business but people with disabilities trying to make some money. I was present during a transaction between vendor and owner and was impressed. Prices from vendors are based on them, not the owner. So if you don’t like the price and vendor isn’t willing to adjust just move along.

      This place is also larger than it seems from the front. There is an area in back where you walk through a doorway and there is even more stuff. If you have small children there is glass and other items throughout. You can fit a stroller or similar in and it would be wise to contain any children who are adventurous or like to grab items (don’t know better). I brought my 8yo (has autism) and did have to watch closely. My 20yo has autism as well, but he is calmer and enjoyed browsing the store. Both enjoy antique shopping and finding unique/obscure items. The record and comic selections were impressive.

      Store is NOT opened Monday and Tuesday but the rest of the week. I really enjoy this store. Owner is very welcoming and has a lovely small dog who greets you at door. The first section of building has pictures of people sitting with dog. Just a friendly environment. Plenty of nicknacks for everyone.

This is our go-to spot for antiques and we make sure to tell everyone we know that BG should be their first stop when antiquing in Matthews and the Greater Charlotte area.

      I really don’t appreciate being discriminated against & harassed by the one & only sorry employee that y’all had in the store smh. The mf was standing next to me and my kids the whole time I was in the store and even FOLLOWED ME to the REGISTER while watching me like a hawk trying to make sure I paid for everything. I work hard for my money and am very offended that because I walked into this establishment dressed down with my head wrap on I was profiled and assumed as a thief smh I will not be coming back to this location ever and will be spreading the word to everybody I know and others to do the same. It makes no sense that me & my children came to enjoy our evening and give our business to this store when we could have went ANYWHERE else and left feeling uncomfortable having been harassed and accused of such a thing for no good reason. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with the state.

      I have read the comments and I’m shocked because as a former employee that has opened multiple locations and a current customer, this Dollar Tree looks awesome! It looked so well merchandised I thought it was just opened recently. Not saying other stores are lacking but you can tell there is team culture inside the store. Employees were friendly.

      Visited Saturday 1/26/2019: This place is such a horrific mess. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed. The photos only tell a small story. There was broken glass and liquids all over the floor. Long lines stretching to the back of the store. It is clear, this is a mismanaged Dollar Tree location. Close this place down and clean it up. These conditions could pose liability risks.

      Pretty much all the shelves are near empty. The cashier is also trying to look like he’s straightening up product up front has both earbuds in and doesn’t even hear you when you’re talking to him at the register.       I went to buy the planner for the year 2023 to this location. I was highly impressed by the customer service provided. The employees were busy keeping/ arranging the inventory. I asked the employees about multiple items at different times. All the employees were very helpful responded with smile and positive attitude. Hello employees, Thank you so much for your help.       Definitely leagues beyond most Dollar tree locations I have been to. Spoke to the most delightful woman who was supposed to work night shift but I was blessed to encounter her during the day. Praying for her knee. I don’t know if Dollar tree is increasing their standards but she should be in management. Never in my life would I think to give them a five-star review save for this outstanding customer service of this woman! She should be teaching customer service from a corporate level.

      I was attempting to have a nice shopping experience but the young man at the service desk ruined it. He was cursing and talking so loud. It was so obnoxious. It aprears that a customer told him he was going too slow. He was talking about the situation so loud as he was ringing up other guests. I know its hard to find people to work and i guess quality and professiobal is completely out of the question. Just because your store is on south blvd and not in south park mall doesnt mean you have to act like you’re substandard nor treat your customers as tho they are. You represent, the owners of Ross, Ross and yourself. Have self respect!

      I like this store. It has good prices and almost always you are able to find what you are looking for. Clothes, shoes, a gift for a friend or decoration for your house. This store was good. The staff was friendly and nice. Although we had to wait a lot in the line to the cashier. I recommend this store.

      It was surprisingly clean and in order. I wish the stock was larger. I did enjoy the visit. The line at the checkout was a bit long. A quick run into the store can be timely if that line is long. A long line is a true deterent if I am in a hurry, I will leave the selected items behind if the choices are spontaneous wants and not true needs.

      So I’m normally in there every day or every other day but last night I didn’t get there till 930. Now I understand the frustration of people coming in late because I work in the restaurant but we got to keep the doors open till the time we close, and if someone comes in a minute before we have to cater to them because we’re in the customer service business, it would’ve been nice to be on the opposite end of that privilege. I am not sure the woman’s name but she’s around 5’8 blondish, kinky hair, lighter, dark skin and tattoos on her neck. At 9:35 she got on the speaker and announced that the registers were closing sharply at 9:55 and if you couldn’t be at the register with your purchase, you’d have to be taken care of in the morning. Every five minutes she would get on the mic and tell people how much time they had before they had to get out of the store and without any hesitation, she was quick to speak loudly about how frustrated she was being there all day she wanted to go home and she didn’t care who was in the store, at one point the other cashier turned around and said she had to leave promptly at 10 and she didn’t feel comfortable having the loud and arrogant girl take the blame for her even though sick girl said she would the girl not forementioned who had to be off at 10 o’clock, was basically doing her job to the best of her ability and explaining that she just wanted to follow the rules because when her Bosses give her a hard time even though she’s allowed to pass the blame to the girl who continue to get on the loudspeaker she didn’t feel comfortable or it was the right thing to do the girl on the far register closer to the Amazon pick up lockers did not seem to care and at 9:55 she said that anybody that wasn’t in line at that point was not going to be taken out. I would have to come back in the morning, I didn’t realize this woman owns Ross or had this kind of authority but it’s rude behavior and rushing in consideration for the people that had to run around all day and couldn’t get there till late is appalling. I think the most ironic thing is instead of getting on the register and helping people check out with the ravens. She just decided to complain as loud as she could and get on the phone. Every chance this was August Tuesday night between the hours of 935 and 10 PM.

      Where does one start? That’s a hard question to answer. With that said, avoid the Online Grocery Pickup department at all costs. With wait times vastly longer than advertised, chronic understaffing, ample substitutions due to poor stocking, and a general inability to maintain a sanitary, useful storage area, anyone considering this location for their store pickup purchases should reconsider. Other locations, namely the ones in Belmont and Lake Wylie, have no such issues.

      Employees are directed to decline telephone calls from customers during busy times, preventing many customers from checking in for pickup. As cell service is horrendous in the complex, many customers have no choice other than calling the store. If employees do answer the phone, team leads threaten them with “coachings” or other disciplinary action, even if corporate training mandates those calls be taken.

      Additionally, OGP associates are the most well-versed on all areas of the store. When asking for help, they’ll generally have the best knowledge. Due to corporate’s inability to consider customer care, pickers are penalized solely by spending time answering questions. If pick rates drop below 100 items per hour, the store retains the right to terminate associates. Start a general pick walk, help four customers, then get written up.

      Store management is atrocious, as well. April, one of many store managers, uses a lackadaisical approach to management and deferment. Most coaches and team leads are unhappy with her inability to work. With a few notable exceptions, including Stephanie (a digital coach), most would love to see her be dismissed and replaced by someone with a decent work ethic.

      In essence, this store is operated with an anti-customer agenda, which translates to an overworked, massively unhappy workforce. Almost every employee works tirelessly, yet receives absolutely no support or thanks in return. Add in the quite unsavory, poorly-mannered customers and you have a horrendous situation.

      But hey, welcome to Walmart. ?

      My friend visited the S Tryon St. location Thursday evening. She dropped her keys while shopping and had a bit of a panic attack. She asked at the CS counter if anyone had found any keys. The two associates said no keys have been turned. She kept looking and an associate from a department said oh I found them and turned them in up front a little while ago. My friend went up front and was told first to wait in line. She responded I’m just wondering if anyone turned in my keys. They said we don’t have any keys. She responded I was told they were turned in. No ma’am no keys. She went back to that Associate and she walked back up front with her and pointed out the girl that she gave the keys to. ….BUSTED…. She got her keys and asked for a manager to see why the CS associate lied. The manager basically said you got your keys is there anything else we can do for you. Yes find out why your associate lied. She was working in Customer Service to help people……. Not to cause them more problems

      I suggest finding a better Walmart location to shop in or maybe even a different retailer. This location obviously hires dishonest Associates in my opinion.

      As large as a corporation, that Walmart is, they don’t have tap to pay. So we had to leave everything at the register after waiting in line for one of the slowest cashier’s ever. I really don’t like using Walmart. It just a necessary evil sometimes.

      Clean, lightly scented restrooms. Store is clean too. Also, the parking lot attendant picks up trash in the parking lot.

      Except 1, all the employees were nice and helpful, even offering assistance without me asking.

      Biggest drawback is their lack of stocked shelves. The app kept showing items were in stock in the store, but the shelves were nearly bare — not containing the product or anything similar.

      Many shelves are missing common items. For example, the office section has poster board, but only multi-colored poster board. Not basic colors like black or white. Also, lots of basic items, like engine oil and light bulbs are locked up so you have to find a staff person.

      Also, only 2 self checkouts were open and 1 line with a cashier. I advise going before 7am.

      I am rating this store 5 stars because of a guy that works in electronics named Jason. This guy was working by himself today and he was swamped. However he managed to take care of his customers in a timely manner. He was kind, professional and helpful. I rarely visit this store anymore because of the staff. Usually they are rude, have no knowledge of their product and act like it is an inconvenience to help a customer. If you had more people like Jason working their I would visit this store more often. Give this guy a raise. He is overworked and almost certainly under paid.

      In the past month I have had three documented negative experiences dealing with Walmart’s so-called curbside but this one takes the cake and I had to leave a review about my experience. As most are aware the curbside service at this location ends at 10:00pm everyday. With me knowing this I stopped by at 9:50pm to pick up a small curbside order that I had placed earlier that day. When I arrived I see three curbside employees standing around doing nothing. So I call because why is nobody bringing my order. Nobody answers. So I call again. And I hear one of the employees a male dressed in all black say “oh they’re calling again! I’m glad they’re calling too because I need to put the phone up……” basically they were ignoring the notification that I had checked in to receive my order and refused to take my call. Refusing to work basically. It doesn’t matter how close it is to closing if I checked in before the closing time, my order should have been fulfilled and brought out to me. This location needs to reevaluate the kind of people they employ because the ones they have clearly do not want to work. I have to do my job up to the last minute so why shouldn’t they? I will escalate this issue as high up as I can because this is ridiculous. I spoke to a manager about the situation and she was very apologetic but basically there was nothing that she could do since they had left for the night and I was advised to come back tomorrow which is an inconvenience for me with it being back to school weekend. Now I have to waste time and gas going back because their sorry employees didn’t want to do their job.

      Great place to get all your lawn care. Outdoor furniture plants are indoors and outdoors and they carry some food. Of course all your painting needs painter supplies spray paint pick your color they’ll make it for you right at the counter. They have self-checkouts and cashiers but you can order online have your order ready and have it delivered right to your car or pick it up when you’re ready just walk in send them to your give me your information and you’ll be good to go load it up in your car for you or you can load.

      Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I like when a member of the staff asks how you were doing and if you need any assistance . . . even when you don’t look lost.

      They have a wide range of products to choose from. The products are good quality and last as long as you might expect. It is easy to order products online and have them shipped to the store or ready for pickup.

      I am currently in Home Depot and they have an item in the store i attempted to purchase, but they refused to bring the item down off of the shelf for us to purchase. They directed me to another store miles away from the store near my home to purchase when they admitted having it in stocks. They also told me it would be better to order it online. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at home depot.

      A different manager arrived and rectified the situation. Thank you to the customer service representative and manager for your assistance.

      Came in to get a pro press fitting for work. Easy in and out visit. Everyone was polite and great. However, Alexis stood out the most with her willingness to help at a busy self checkout line. Definitely had the best smile in the store and what I’ve seen all week! Definitely recommend this location, and I hope Alexis gets recognized for the great customer service.

      Worst manager ever

      So I went to buy a mower, and while there, I was offered one that was at a discounted price. When paying for it, I was charged the full price of $3,799 even though the tag clearly said the discounted price. I was asked to go to customer service and request a refund, which I did. Customer service processed the refund and scanned mower one more time to process the payment at the advertised price. For some reason, the listed price was not showing on their system and required an approval from a manager. I waited over an hour for a manager, but no one ever showed up. The second manager (Tom) and the only one at the store that could approve the price reduction was right next to me with another customer. Even though three home depot employees tried having him deal with other matters, he replied that he was with a customer and refused to help anyone else. Mind you that he was next to the person trying to process the payment and it would only taken him less than a minute to enter his code for approval.

      This was the first time that I required the assistance of a manager, but never knew that the manager there was useless.!!

      One of the better flea markets in town, this one is fairly sizeable, mostly clean and orderly, and has a higher ratio of treasure to trash than some of the other local spots. Only a handful of stalls that resell alibaba junk, everything else is a variety of curios to satisfy just about anyone’s tastes.

      My husband and I drove 3 1/2 hours just to go to this flea market because I had seen an advertisement for it on the Facebook Marketplace. The advertisement that I saw was for rubber stamps for sale, and me being a scrapbooker, I really wanted to check it out. Well, I definitely wasn’t disappointed, as there were thousands of rubber stamps at the one booth, along with lots of scrapbook items. It literally took me 2 hours just to go through all of the totes of rubber stamps, but it was well worth it. The flea market is HUGE, and they have a big variety of items for sale, with really good prices. It was definitely worth the trip, and I wasn’t disappointed in the least.

      From outside and as you walk in the front door, this place does not seem like it’s going to be well organized. Once you’re in the store, you realize that they have a very wide selection that is well organized and clearly priced. There is a huge selection of pop figures, and lots of classic action figures and collectibles. Overall, this is a really excellent store for toy collecting and memorabilia.

The staff is extremely kind and talked to him and treated him like an adult by answering his questions and showing him around the store. They showed him all the options for what he was looking for and asked about his interests! The store itself is very clean and well organized! He paid with his own money and used manners, the staff threw his a free t shirt afterwards for checking them out! We will definitely be back!

      This place is great! I had a flashback to a simpler time. Ah…the 80’s. Toys were built to last, great quality and details. If I wasn’t such a responsible adult, I would have bought way more than I should have! Great place, great friendly staff. Will stop by next time in the neighborhood.

      This place is awesome… All the old collectibles you could ever imagine. My son was looking for a transformer toy and found hundreds of them in the store. The owners were kind and enthusiastic about their business. They let us pick out a free t shirt from a box. This place reminds me of the toy shop at the corner street, unlike the cold Toys R Us that we are so used to now. Go visit it and get something to remind yourself of childhood again.

      Staff was very friendly and helped show my kids how to build a car to race down their ramp. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with questions I did have. I personally wish the store had more space to walk around everything, but that is more of a me issue (I’m a bull in a China shop kind of person).

      Do not let the rest of the mall deter you from the absolutely splendid customer service and care that you will receive from this Lego Store location.

      My family and I were greeted as soon as we entered the store, and asked if we needed any help. My son had some questions and thanks to Mackenzie’s patience and knowledge of the products, my son was able to find exactly what he was looking for. Thank you so much for taking the time to give each of us wonderful service and care.

      When it was time to check out, Molly was incredibly diligent and was able to sort out my Lego rewards issue to ensure that I got the points for the purchase. She took her time and didn’t rush the transaction which my family and I greatly appreciate.

      It’s a Lego store, they are the same everywhere in the world with their layouts, products, and vibe. However, this store stands out with its employees. Of the many times I’ve stopped by, I have had very joyous conversations with the people who work there. It’s clear they’re just as excited about Legos and what you’re buying as you are, even sometimes having built it themselves at home. The enthusiasm they bring makes a difference and this store has it in spades with its staff.

      Speaking of Castleton Square mall is very interesting considering the age of the mall as it has been situated in the north-east of the city for the last five decades as stated in their website. Honestly, I was shocked and disappointed when I visited this mall. This shopping hub is claimed to be the largest in the state of Indiana. The diversity and mall essence take you back to 80’s & 90’s eras. The general ambiance is dull. Moreover, the variety of clothing in the big department stores is sort of degraded comparing to other locations of the same one’s. I just wonder how retailers in this mall can make it to the profit. To me, the only thing worth the trip is the movie theater. Simply, it’s an outdated mall with a touch of modern renovation.

      Largest indoor mall in Indiana, but is showing it’s age and issues with being a large mall. Anchor stores at both ends are empty, as well as other storefronts throughout the mall. Still has a variety of smaller stores that still hold some interest and speciality.

      My son loves this mall but the wheelchair accessible parking spaces are extremely limited and in very few of the lots. The lot by the food court has more parking for Chick Fil A curbside pickup than it does for people with disabilities. The lack of accessibility unfortunately demands a poor general review.

      This mall has Macy’s, Akira, a LEGO store, Starbucks and a boba spot. There’s a decent mix of shopping and quick service food (from the food court). Would love to see more fast casual restaurants open up here though!

      It’s all clothing nothing cheap unless it’s on sale or clearance but everyone was kind soft spoken (great when you have a migraine) and most were knowledgeable some were fairly new and had limited experience. It was pretty busy but the irony was the parking lot is a pain in the butt and lot of entitled drivers whom made things worse because they were in a hurry and screw everyone else. I advise making sure your dash cam is working well. Even with the yellow security lights going around, the various lots there was some fool in every lot. It’s not small and you will need a bit of time to see what you want unless you know exactly where and what you want. I even ate there at Cheesecake factory whixubwas slow to go and ran out about anything but burgers and Cheesecakes

      Wow! If you want all the high-end stores together in one place and never want to leave, this is the place. It’s definitely a place for wealth to be spent. I’m not sure that 95% of the stores here are affordable to most. So if you are coming to shop at this beautiful mall, keep in mind you will be going out without a couple hundred ( thousands) out of your poquet.

      Not a big mall, but the best Indianapolis has. Decent amount of stores and a nice food court. Since Simon Property Group (owner of the mall) is headquartered in Indianapolis, I would have expected more though as they have better malls in other cities.
