      Awful customer service. The lady working the fitting room this Friday night 5/5/23 was EXTREMELY rude. I don’t know if she was just having a rough night or what but her attitude was unacceptable. Do better.

      This marshall store sickens me. I notice when I come in the store to shop. I instantly see security/ floor walkers/ coordinators walking the floor, showing up in the same isles holding one item. It has become so annoying at this point I don’t ever wanna go back again. PSA! AGAIN EVERYONE DO NOT STEAL. Actually alot of us have better paying jobs than you. And another thing when you are so busy being radioed to watch us. Trust and believe your own will have the opportunity to STEAL IT! PLEASE PLEASE STOP IT! I like shopping peacefully alot of people coming to your store are security. This is stupid and very shallow behavior to judge certain people who shop with you guys. Try paying more attention to some of the people that work at your store. I am very positive they’re not making much money. Feeling annoyed I would just like to shop in peace at my age.

      14 minutes to check out one person who bought around 5 items. 2 people were working register. When my turn came the other register worker left to go chat with another worker. 4 other workers standing in store not doing anything as I waited. The entire time. All I wanted was a gift card.       This store used to be a smaller pop-up and has since turned into a larger full-size store. Unfortunately, the staff friendliness and attentiveness has dwindled. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I eventually went up to the front desk and found four employees standing around talking. When I asked the cashier for help with finding an item I was simply told “Sorry, I think we sold out days ago. I don’t know if we’ll get more or not.”

      If you live in the Indy area, it’s definitely worth zipping down Keystone to visit the Fashion Mall location instead!

      This store needs a serious overhaul! It’s was very messy, cluttered and hard to navigate! The lines were extremely long and I ended up putting my things back and leaving. I honestly wouldn’t return to this location unless it was under new management.

      This is a very convenient location. However, the selection is not that great and they don’t even carry men’s shoes. It’s not really a big deal for me but it can become very inconvenient especially when you try to shop for the entire family. Also there is a very bad smell in the women dressing room. I hope they will fix that soon!

      In April I shopped at the Ireland Road store in South Bend, Indiana, where I used my tax refund to spruce up my summer wardrobe. In a two day period, I spent $209.00. Not a lot, but what as a retiree I am able to budget. The cashier was quite nice, it was actually her first day on the job. When I left the store, the alarm sounded that there was a tag that had not been removed. I went back to the counter where the cashier and her manager preceded to check my purchases. No tags were found, and I was told that perhaps a “hidden” tag was attached to one of the hair ornaments I had purchased. I was told to go ahead and leave the store. When I got home, I checked again, but didn’t find any tag. Fast forward to Tuesday, 06 September. I am now living near downtown Indianapolis and had planned to wear my new black linen slacks for the first time. Imagine my surprise, to find a tag on the side seam. I had removed the tags, but had never worn the pants and was not locating my envelope where I keep my receipts. So, I did the next best thing, I pulled my bank statement so I could show that I had shopped TJ Maxx and showed the amount spent. When I walked into the downtown store and the alarm sounded, I made an attempt to tell what had happened previously. The “day manager” proceeded to scold me, telling me that she could not help me. I needed a receipt. When she finished talking down to me, I explained that I did not want a “REFUND”. I just wanted to be able to have the tag removed so that I may wear my pants. She raised her voice and told me that she would make an exception “THIS ONE TIME”. “That NEVER AGAIN” would this action be taken. The lines to the check-out, as always were busy during the lunch hour. People was all witnessing the “dressing down” I received from Miss Deborah, I believe was her name. After removing the tag, I thanked her and expressed to her calmly, that I did not deserve to be talked to in front of the entire front of the store with such little respect. That perhaps she could use some “customer service” training. I thanked her and as I walked out, she looked at the gentleman and cashiers that had been closet to where I was standing and made a derogatory remark. I stopped, turned around and she threw her arms up and said “I said that”. I didn’t get the full jest of what she was saying. I just shook my head and turned and left the store not believing the treatment I received. I understand that rules need to be followed. However, when I offered to show her my bank statement, she scoffed at me. Had she not been so defensive and loud and rude to me, perhaps I wouldn’t have felt the need to write a “negative” review. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it! Target, Wal Mart and even Macy’s has “upped” their game when it comes to clothing and housewares. If this is the treatment TJMaxx customers are going to get, maybe it’s time to look elsewhere when shopping. Perhaps she was just having a bad day, I get that. However, such behavior when working with the public is very poor customer service, thus the one star review.

      A very hit and miss store for sure! You have tons of options but the same isn’t necessarily of great quality! You would have to go through quite a few things till you get something you can buy!

      I’ve visited the store for twice and have rarely seen people around. The staff is limited and the store and the surrounding aren’t super clean!

      So if you have the patience and the time one can go ans shop

      Wonderful day grocery shopping at Target!!!! I have personally named Edward “Southport Target Ambassador”. He is always there stocking the shelves and telling us about discounts, sales and food that is marked down. He even personally hands us the items after he scans them to double check the price. A few weeks ago he had quite a crowd. We saved a fortune on brown rice for example and all kinds of vacuum sealed meal packs, sauces, condiments. I am set for the entire summer and I saved a fortune. This guy is a super employee. He cares about his customers and he is NICE. He always makes us smile. You GO EDWARD!!!!!

      I absolutely love the drive up option when I don’t have a lot of available time to shop. I can order from the store on my app, select drive up, let them know I’m on my way, let them know I arrived, and done! It’s super easy, and it’s normally ready in 2 hours. There are also special deals offered for drive up. Last visit, I saved $38.87. I saved another $15 after my order was placed, and another $15 when I picked up my items. All this on a $166 original order. Super fast pick-up process with a LOT of designated parking spaces just for drive up orders. Love it!!

      I went to Target for a quick trip. I asked a worker where chicken patties are and she walked me to the frozen section and told me to get the Good and Gather brand. She said they taste just like Chic Fil A. I get home and I’m disappointed to find chicken patties that could be served in a school’s cafeteria. See Photo. They’re very generous with returns though.

      This last experience at Target was by far the best I’ve had in YEARS. Ben was so helpful in produce. He answered all the questions I had. I didn’t want to bother him because he looked busy but he saw me walking around clueless. He was the only employee who asked me how I was doing or how he could help. The selection of the store was great. I will definitely be back!

      This is my main place to shop. I use the pick up system a lot. My partner is disabled , and she will put it together and order and I’ll pick it up on my way home from work. My only issue with this store is that it happens too often when I get something that expires that day or is already expired. You gotta check those dates right away. It’s happened enough where I had to start going to back to the store to process returns.

      My family and I love Target! I love shopping here on a regular basis. Cute and trendy clothing, shoes and costume jewelry. Their offerings of black products have increased greatly. It’s nice being able to find my old reliable products and to be introduced to expanded options. Black history month products have expanded to year round… which I think is fantastic since I am black 365. 😉 I always find myself just browsing the aisles looking for something I don’t need but just HAVE to try or buy. The black ornaments & nutcrackers at Christmas time have been numerous and cute! I can’t stop buying them. There are misconceptions that it is expensive to shop at Target, and it can be since they offer high end and quality products. However, they are competitive with their prices and are quite affordable. They also give you money back to shop… I don’t need it to keep coming back, but I do like the discounts and incentives.

      April is a great manager. I was doing a curbside pickup order as I had my son with me in the car, and I was waiting for a long while. I went in and she promptly helped me. She informed me that they did not have a person there that day responsible for curbside pickup orders. Rest assured the store had a ton of employees working, just the person that does curbside was off that day. That, I understand. And April the manager was very understanding of how this inconvenienced me and fixed the problem. Tom was an amazing store employee too. He helped take my order out curbside despite this not being his exact role at Lowe’s.

      Ordered a w/d set to be delivered. All is good until delivery date & only the dryer shows. No word from Lowe’s to inform us on the change. We have to call. Days later the washer finally arrives but without hoses. We again have to call. Another couple days later & the hoses arrive but not the steaming hose we paid extra for. It will be 4 delivery days now for what should have been a 1 day thing. No consideration of the customers time or about doing a job correctly. Oh, for all this inconvenience, they waived the $79 delivery ? We REALLY need more options than big box stores.

      It’s difficult to get someone on the phone. When I was able to get someone at the pro desk for a question, 9/14./23 at 11:54am, instead of giving me a simple yes or no answer they transferred me. When I called back they hung up twice. It’s less frustrating to go to Home Depot or Menards. This is not bad customer service, it is ignoring customers.

      I needed window glass and I checked online and found the right size I wanted, when I went to the store and located the glass I requested assistance because it was employees’ only zone and waited for over 20 minutes pressing the “need assistance button” and the announcement went over 30 times but no one showed up!!!

      Went to the customer service desk and asked for help, they paged again and kept waiting till help came.

      Finally someone showed up, She was very nice and said the glass showing in stock was damaged and the system didn’t take the changes.

      Asked to order custom glass and she took my information promising to contact me next day after she call the company to get me a quote but waited for a week and nothing received.

      Other than that You can find everything here and the store is good.

      Update: I went again and found the staff super helpful. There didn’t seem to be many staff around, but it wasn’t terribly difficult to find help. The staff answered my questions and guided me to what I needed.

      The store is well organized and has most anything you might want. It seems like the have too few workers and it can be difficult to find help. I was buying some new faucet shut off vales and got lucky and found a knowledgeable person to help. I’ve been here many times and would have to say once I find help I get good answers. This isn’t a concern about the quality of helpers but about them having enough.

      I ordered two items online, one was in stock and the other item was out of stock. I ended up purchasing the in stock item somewhere else because after 2 days they still hadn’t picked my item off the shelf. I was notified on day three that my item was available for pick up.

      I chose not to pick it up since I had already found the item elsewhere. The email stated that if I didn’t pick it up it up within a certain time frame the order would be canceled and I would receive a refund.

      After waiting a month and a half for a refund, I still hasn’t received it on my credit card statement. Unless you enjoy waiting an hour on the phone, the one 800 number is next to impossible to get a hold of someone. After speaking with someone at the store directly, they were able to resolve my issue.

      I would advise others to check their credit card statement if you do not pick up an online order. Unlike most merchants, there is no barcode on the email attached to your order for them to scan when picking up.

      So, I order a clothes dryer on line for pick up in 3 hours. Very deceiving. They charge my credit card, but the only dryer they have is the floor sample and they won’t sell that. So they sold me a dryer that they didn’t have and didn’t see the need to tell me they didn’t have. So, I drive to the store to pick up the dryer, and now they tell me it doesn’t exist. This is not acceptable.

      I got there at 2pm picked out the refrigerator I wanted went to the desk and was told she would call Anthony and he would be right there to help. I waited and waited and waited no Anthony….finally (Anthony) came around the corner with another customer and said I’ll be right with you. I said ok. I continued to wait and wait then nothing. I look up and (Anthony) is helping someone else. I said I’ve been waiting and (Anthony) gonna say this lady was here before you…no tf she wasn’t!!!!! I went and got help elsewhere. I decided I needed a new toilet, I went to that department, no one around! I waited and waited and waited…no one showed up! I walked to a different aisle and saw a worker. I asked her could she call someone to come help me in the toilet section, she did. Again I waited waited and waited…no one came. I finally saw someone (James) who looked like he could help. I told him what I wanted, he scanned the item, took me to a desk where another lady was sitting. Him and her asked me questions as they were typing my information in. After about 30mins sitting at the desk with them giving them information the lady said we are all done here. All you have to do now is give them your number at the checkout and they can pull you up, you pay and then wait for the delivery! I said great!!! I went to the front cashier, they put my number in and……NOTHING!! WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY BACK THERE TYPING IN THE SYSTEM!!! LOWES HAS DEFINITELY FAILED!!!!

The manager Jerry I believe was very kind as well, and overheard our conversation with Eric and retained the information we had conveyed to Eric, which was a nice touch and showed that we mattered to them.       I have ordered my sofa and chair and it will be here in only a matter of days. I want to give a shout-out to Regina at the Greenwood location for making us feel comfortable and welcome. No one bombarded us at the door which was nice and Regina kept a respectful distance while we browsed. We ultimately decided on over $4000 in furniture on this occasion and I left feeling confident about my purchase.

      4/3/23 I’m back! We are still THRILLED with our power leather furniture. Everything is working A+ and holding up under rigorous testing by our dogs. ?

      Midwestern friends, NEVER use Bob’s Discount Furniture. After being very impressed with their service, delivery day was a disaster. The couch, which we were told came in pieces, did not come in pieces. The couch is one giant piece that cannot physically fit though any of the outside (or inside) doors of our apartment. Before you ask – yes we measured multiple times. Yes we asked all the right questions at the store. No, we currently do not have anything to sit on in our living room. It was not the delivery guys’ fault at all – neither of us were given information. We told the store we did not have an elevator, the store told them we did. We were told it came in two smaller pieces for ease of movement, it did not. I give the two stars to the customer service folks, who got the refund processed immediately.

      Bob’s Furniture is a great place to shop and buy furniture. The people who work there are very friendly. There is no pressure while you are shopping, and when you are ready to order they are very helpful and detailed. Anthony made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

      The delivery process was also a very pleasant experience. They showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They even took their shoes off as they were entering my house. They placed everything where I wanted it and cleaned up all of the trash.

      I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them in the future!

      I was in yesterday with very little hope of getting approved/be able to finance. The new manager at this location and one of the employees Carlos were amazing! I was so impressed. It was very quick, they didn’t give up when I didn’t get approved the first couple times for a loan and finally got me approved and was very determined to help me get furniture I wanted! I love the new managers energy and confidence! It really put me at ease and felt like I was in great hands! He’s very passionate and good at what he does! I heard him make several comments about taking care of his staff and was determined to help them hit their goal! I was extremely happy leaving the store and will be returning if I ever need anything more!

      Let me start by saying my last experience with Ashley’s in ’21 was abysmal. So bad my wife had to convince me to just go through the store. Our trip on 9/2 completely made up for it. Carlos was excellent. He was attentive enough to help us out with questions, but not overbearing or looming over us. We ended up liking a sectional but weren’t prepared with measurement and had to run home to check. When we returned even though he was helping another customer he was still able to assist us quickly. We also talked with Luke. He was energetic and interactive. Whatever you’re doing at this store, keep it up!

      The in store experience was average. Nothing above what I would expect. We put furniture on layaway because that was the only way to delay delivery date. When trying to make monthly payments was told I had to go in store each time and couldn’t be made over the phone, which was very time consuming. When it came time for delivery, I was given a delivery window of time of 3:15-6:15. Around 11am, I received message stating there was a driver who b didn’t show up for work and my delivery would be closer to the end of my delivery window. 6:15 came and went and when I called at 7pm, I first was told I wasn’t out of the delivery window time and then told they would call when on their way. When I asked for more specific time, the agent hung up on me. I called back and did speak to sometime very helpful, explained the situation and that I was not living at the house the furniture was being delivered and would need a 30 minute call ahead. I finally received a message at around 9:40pm that my driver was 30 minutes away and then the driver called a few minutes later stating he was only a few minutes away. I advised he would have to wait and when I got to delivery address (30 minutes later) he wasn’t even there. Finally by 10:45 our furniture was delivered and set up.

      Kind of pricey like another customer said. Also these dolls unnerved me but that can’t be helped. Just a random observation/comment. People were friendly and helpful there. I saw a ring that I wasn’t sure how much the seller wanted for it. So they took the time to contact the owner/seller and let me know how much they were asking for it.

      I was disappointed but I understood why it was $600 some. However, I was not disappointed with the employees. I enjoyed making small talk with them asking if any paranormal activity occurred there. Their answer was yes but they’d just heard things from other employees and not the two I spoke to. Other than the high but understandable prices on the jewelry it was a fun little trip. Got three little pieces of jewelry. All and all I got some nice birthday gifts for me.

      Wow! Amazing facility. Southport Antique Mall has a huge selection of of items. The facility is much larger than I expected. There is over 30,000 square feet with many different vendors. You can find all sorts of antiques, collectibles, coins, furniture, repurposed and up-cycled goods, and much more. I think you could find something for everyone. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They carried a end table to the front of the store and held it until we were done shopping.

      The furniture there is “very good”, the hospitality is even better. A employee named Brian was very helpful to me, he also put all the furniture I bought in my car for me.       This store is highly unorganized. They’re often out of stock for common items. They reorganized the center of the store the 2nd half of 2018, but it did not help with current problems. Coming from an inventory background, I have zero idea how they could possibly have any sort of inventory at all. There are boxes, bins, and shelves cram-packed of miscellaneous items from various departments.You can take a surprise visit to this store just about any day of the week and it’s ALWAYS in this shape. The customers seem to have zero respect for the store and management seems to have the same level of respect. The employees are often stocking new product in a hole in an isle instead of cleaning up current stock. I feel sorry for an auditor…

      I was sadly disappointed with this location. The floors were extremely dirty and caked with debris as well as long lines. In addition, unfriendly cashiers and just not a good look. If your looking for long lines, dirty, filthy floors and bad service then perhaps this location might work. #notafan

      This store in Speedway is a disgrace to other Ross stores. It looked like a tornado hit it. Clothes thrown everywhere. Floor had clothes, shoes, houseware you couldn’t possibly push a cart threw this store. All the employees I saw where talking to each other, not trying to organize or clean or help customers. I turned around and walked out. I will not be back. Shame on the employees, and the Ross corporation for allowing this store to become such a mess.

      Prices are always right here but things change too quickly for me. You can not just go to this store looking for something in particular and find it. Sometimes that is the fun of the hunt. I would recommend though.

      The prices and brands are good. But the store was messy, and it was very difficult to push the cart through the aisles without catching a hanger, item on the floor, a clear piece of plastic that cause the wheels to lock up.
