Bad experience ever, will never come again and never recommended to anyone. I ordered burrito bowl the rice was hard are dry, When you ask for sauces they say two sauces and put only two drops. I asked them to put more they you have to pay $50 cents extra. I don’t understand how much these guys will save to provide proper condiments.

Very bad experience, I don’t feel like to talk that guy that what he serves – as he was so arrogant while serving ?

Excellent food which is freshly made. All the ingredients used on our burrito was fresh and tasty!

Everything is portioned so might not satisfy your hunger cravings. Taste was definitely great!

Complete rip-off. Not even 50 gm rice scoop and 50 gm meat portion. Rest with the lettuce and grass. Charged 13.40 for nothing. Quantity is way too less and charge way more than they had to. Never gonna come back to this store again. Taste is also not top just average. I have never seen places saying extra money for adding lettuce.

I will never step foot in this restaurant again, the service was disgusting and both girls last night were rude and refused to serve us. My daughter lined up at the wrong end of the store and when I questioned this after 15 min wait, staff replied words to the effect of “ can’t she read the sign”, absolutely appalling, we had 10 of us who chose not to eat there. Staff need retraining and to be reminded of their manner and customer service. We then chose to eat at the neighbouring restaurant where staff continued to stare and laugh at us and made abusive comments to me and my young children.

Came to get nachos and burrito for a late lunch. Food was ok but the shop and counter could use more regular clean-ups. Would also prefer transparent lids so you can see the ingredients. Hand sanitiser was out of order. Friendly service.

It was an expensive treat that we now won’t bother with. We were told today at Gungahlin that they no longer make gluten free burritos. It was the only thing we went there for. Actually really sad.

i love zambrero. my cauliflower was burnt (just a little bit) and tasted gross for that reason… it was a little disappointing but overall i enjoyed my meal you should also get metal cutlery and i will come to your store all the time because i don’t like the texture of the wooden fork in my mouth (had to bring my own fork)

Disappointed with Zambrero Gungahlin. Food was average, and a sauce bottle explosion wasted my order. Contrary to claims of food donation, the incident raised concerns about their commitment. Service was okay, with friendly staff attempting to lighten the situation with humor. Checkout process was painfully slow. Overall, an underwhelming experience.

Best Zam’s I’ve had in a long time.

The woman who made it was a gun, super friendly, quick and packed it full of ingredients!

Restaurant was squeaky clean and to top it off the owner came out and checked that I was enjoying the food, something that I’ve never seen in a fast food restaurant!

Seems like they really cared about the place.

Have ordered from Uber eats multiple times, the ascot franchise 50% of the time gets the order wrong and doesn’t read the dietary requirements. The northbridge franchise on the other hand actually reads what the customer’s request. Ordered with no cheese or sour cream and there’s more cheese on there than the regular burrito bowl.. ?

I went for a regular bowl, but the experience was far from regular. I requested no pinto beans and to substitute rice for lettuce. The shocker? They charged extra for the lettuce. When I asked why, the cashier said it’s an “extra add-on.” Please, explain to me where is the “extra add on”?

She then consulted with her coworkers but never got back to me. The person who handed me the food then said, “Our owner is just really stingy and makes us charge for any extras.” It made zero sense. I’d ditched beans and rice and swapped in lettuce. No extras!

Was my first and very likely my last visit to any Zambrero.

My burrito didn’t contain lettuce, i didn’t say no lettuce.

      I also paid with a $20 note and got $4.10 cents change for a $15.50 burrito…

Also that night, it gave me an upset stomach and i was on the toilet for an hour. I got the pork…

It’s so nice to see a well run Coffee Club! I had great and prompt service from the staff here. The waitress I had was very friendly and staff all seem to be generally quite happy.

The food came quick from the kitchen and was faultless. The restaurant has plenty of room and is a great atmosphere for working or visiting with friends. Great work!

I visited the Coffee Club on a Sunday afternoon with the expectation of enjoying a meal. However, my experience with the order of hot chips and calamari was beyond disappointing. To my dismay, I received onion rings instead of the calamari I had ordered. Not only were the chips hard, but the overall presentation resembled a poorly thrown-together meal with cheese not even melted properly. When I inquired about the mistake, the response I received was that I had indeed received onion rings. Upon telling that I had ordered calamari, the waitress hesitantly asked if I still wanted calamari. I reaffirmed my order, as I had paid for it, and eventually received what I had originally requested. This experience left me utterly disappointed, as I had never encountered such a low standard of food quality at this establishment before. My visit was deeply disappointing and far from what I had anticipated!

Came in this morning at 8am when they were supposed to be open, staff opened up the place came in at 7:58am but when we walked in and was browsing over the menu she demanded us to sit down even tho we only wanted a coffee we waited and I just wanted to get my coffee order in so when I went back up to the counter she was faced the other way I greeted her with a friendly “hello” and she proceeded “ oh “ and rolled her eyes then said what do I want extremely rudely I told her my order and she said go sit down in another horrible tone not happy at all I have been in the service industry for 4 years and no matter my day I will never take it out on a innocent customer. So much for “your happy place” like their logo says. ? but can’t lie they make some nice smoothies and coffees

Friendly staff – appeared to be short staffed on the day – ordered at the counter after a small wait. Had a yummy breakfast x4 peeps. Eggs Benedict with bacon and another with Salmon, pancakes x2, coffee. Everyone happy. Reasonable prices for a family brunch- clean and tidy restaurant- came in under $90.

I had hot chocolate there. It was really good. When I got there, the store was really crowded. I thought it would take so long for them to deliver my coffee, but within 5 -10 minutes they delivered my coffee. Hospitality is very good. It’s one of my favourite place to have coffee in Australia. ?

We ordered 3 drinks and 3 meals. 1 of the drinks was incorrect and didn’t get replaced. The meals… we got an eggs benny and the 1st thing i see is a black hair on my tomatos, 1 tomoato was green and a hash brown which was $3.10, my daughter ordered pancakes $15.95 for 3 coles pikelets that weren’t warm, the strawberry syrup tasted more like cough medicine than syrup and 1 and a ½ fresh strawberries on the plate. My husband got a big breakfast and the tomatoes weren’t grilled like was said on the menu and all in all was not a nice tasting breakfast. Very disappointed and will definitely not be back. What a waste of an $89 breakfast!!

Went here for brunch with our puppy. We sat outside and had a great time. The staffs were welcoming and attentive, food and drinks were ok, atmosphere is good esp with behaved pets. This branch has indoor and outdoor seatings. You order via QR code and the staffs bring your food straight away. The foods were generous and seasoned well. There are also good selection of coffee alcoholics and non alcoholic drinks.

We wanted a quick lunch before we headed to our next destination and stopped in at The Coffee Club. We ordered a Dirty Chai which was only just warm. Along with three main meals. While the Chicken Cesar Ciabatta sandwich look good in the window it was quite bland and tasteless. The Fish and Chips we ordered was just your average frozen fish, that ended up being very dry once cooked(while they did state it wasn’t Aus. Fish, we didn’t expect boxed frozen fish) And finally I had an open flat grill(I think it was called) with salad and chips. And while the flavour was nice, it wasn’t anything to write home about. Over all just a very average meal. The only thing we were completely happy with was the Baby-Chino we ordered for our son…

Awesome cafe tucked in a busy hub whenever you suffer a craving for sugar. Plenty of seats indoor and outdoor. Nice and clean tables all the time as I saw waitresses actively maintaining the dining area. Couple of charging points available near window seats if you need one. Toilet is pretty clean too. Overall it’s a nice spot to splurge yourself for a treat and smoko break.

Nice cafe with huge seating inside and outside both. Great to sit outside on a sunny day.

The cafe is in the main district docklands next to Melbourne Star.

The birds chirping along with the beautiful view, is something so peaceful.

Poor service. The waitstaff at the front took such a long time to take our order. Coffee turned out to be cold, had to ask them to warm it up again as I specially mentioned for an extra hot coffee.

We have given this restaurant a few chances now and it hasnt improved, the manager blamed the chef not understanding the new menu but thats not the case. All the food comes out dry, plain and terribily put together.

I ordered there new Beef Truffle burger. Bun came out burnt and un buttered, beef burger was burnt, next to no sauce and a token amount of lettuce and the chips were unseasoned and dry. The coffee club has the cheek to charge $21 for this, dont waste your money.. youll get a better burger from McDonalds.

      Absolutely terrible.

So relaxing here. We passed 2 other Coffee club cafes to get to this one. Outside seating within the garden area plus excellent coffee and a great Bacon Burger are all perfect matches. Plus right beside DFO Brisbane Airport.

      Awesome team and great food.

The Gnocchi on the specials menu was top notch, would definitely order again and the Beef burger with Truffle mayo was also awesome!

The place looks amazing after the renovation.

Went here first the first time today. Serive I couldn’t fault it but the food is another story. Ordered flat grilled chicken with bacon and cheese. Came out in three pieces. First piece raw onions only. Seconding piece had a tiny piece of chicken and wee amount if bacon. Last piece 2 small pieces of chicken with a little cheese. We both ordered the same and very disappointed, probably wouldn’t bother going back

Great setting for breakfast. Good food better than other coffee clubs the drinks/coffee were good. Service by wait staff and kitchen excellent. A negative a longish wait/queue to pay bill. I’d come back for breakfast again.
