3 weeks agoThe store is a mess & they aren’t properly staffed for weekend business. The line to check out was in the aisles of the store, instead of being near the registers. Mind you they only had two cashiers at the front.a month agoWaited in line for 30 minutes. 2 cashiers with a line 50 deep isn’t gonna cut it. Pay your employees better so you actually have a staff please. I know how miserable it is to work at Ross. For the pay I got and what I was made to do it wasn’t worth it. I feel for the employees but management this is on you. Do better for your staff and customers. I’d rather pay more and wait less. Cashiers yall did an amazing job of handling the huge crowd. Management needs to step up.a month agoSmh walked in yesterday and walked right back out. The check out line was all the way almost to fitting room. I was looking for one item but i didnt want to wait in line for a hour or more. They need to put those other employees who walking around on one of them registers and help out the one cashier they have.2 months agoDont ever loss ur receipt if u needto return something. I bought a 9 piece truck seat cover kit only had pieces in it They wouldnt even give store credit and 8 use to shop there all the time!! Will not EVER be back!!! Plus i stood in line for 20 minutes for nothing!2 months agoZero stars. Today I had the worst experience at this store. The staff was rude and unprofessional even though they were the issue. I had to explain to three different associates why THEY were wrong, including a MANAGER, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. I had to help them fix their own mistake by telling them to simulate the transaction as if the mistake never happened, but despite this, I was still spoken to with a condescending attitude and didn’t receive an apology.I left the store shaking from the anxiety and frustration I was feeling. As soon as i got back in my car I called customer service, and they said they would talk to the district manager. I hope the district manager addresses this issue because nobody should be treated or spoken to that way, especially in front of their family (I was with my 2 children).

3 weeks agoGood and affordable place for regular wear. Surprisingly Amazing place for home decor and kitchenware. One star less for too many damaged items. Takes time to find good clothes among the lota week agoLoss prevention will stereotype you and follow your every move all throughout the store. They are very rude. All like 6 of them in the store on a rainy day when only few people in. And looking at previous reviews I see this is a problem with them.in the last weekPathetic customer service. A lady who works at the fitting rooms expects customers to do her job. She expects the customers to put the hangers after trying them. Customers must be rushing from place to place. She can’t hold them back to do these things and most of all she is rude and has no manners.4 months agoAlways love Ross! We spent a few hours in this Dallas location on a Saturday afternoon, the staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly. Even though there were plenty of shoppers, the lines were reasonable and the staff got us through quickly, and with a smile ??a month agoLots of every. This location has a staff shortage or something too much stuff where it do not belong. Also a policy should be made for ppl leaving their trash in the store. You monitor the cameras for shoplifters, kindly monitor for ppl leaving their trash everywhere. I saw gum in the section that sells art supplies and a half drank shake in the candles section. Also, your store needs to hire more ppl to organize the sections better, maybe part-time afternoon organizers
