      This store use to be nice but now there’s nothing ever stocked , nothing on the shelves, can’t walk down the aisles because all the stuff to stock with is in the way you can’t get nowhere. One little lady stocking and one guy checking they were the only good people in the store they were very very sweet and in helping you with anything you needed. They need several stocker’s instead of running one little lady ragged and another checker to help the guy out because you get a long line of people waiting to get checked out!! No manager in sight or assistant manager everytime I go in there but yes this store has gone downhill and it’s a shame because it’s a big store.

      Their stars have dropped bcause I went to this dollar tree looking for boxes and was told I couldn’t get the big ones cause they needed them. Never mind that I even ask for 2 empty big ones with the flaps cut off and was still told I couldn’t even get those. Wow. I guess customer service is gone for good.

      Such a nice little Dollar Tree. It had everything I needed at the great price of $1. This Dollar Tree was clean and has some amazing employees.

      For a Dollar Tree, it was pretty clean. Most Dollar Trees are dirty and have everything everywhere, but this one wasn’t. It did have a lot of boxes, but that wasn’t a problem. It also has a bathroom!!! I didn’t go in, so I don’t know the conditions of it, but most Dollar Trees don’t have public bathrooms.

      The employees are so nice and build great relationships with the customers. The cashier was such a kind person. He talks to the customers and made sure that they were having a great day.

      Tldr: great, clean dollar tree with super cool employees. 5/5⭐️

      The manager Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very personable and went above & beyond to accomodate my needs. This is the type of management I’d like to see in other businesses! Outstanding! Sales associates Dominique & Kayla were also outstanding!Dominique was friendly & organized and completed my transaction quickly.Kayla displayed exceptional product knowledge, was very engaging & had a sweet disposition. All three displayed the types of personalities necessary for a business to be sucessful.

      This location was horrible on May 11th!!!! Only 1 cashier, we were close to 40 people deep waiting to get checked out! Cashier stated she’d been by herself since 4pm. I Do Not Understand why some stores don’t hire enough staff . I was very disappointed with the long wait. A lot of customers walked out! I had never had this type of experience at this Dollar Tree before!!!

      This location has to be the most clean and organized Ross location I have ever been to. Clothes weren’t on the floor, the shoes were all on the racks, the socks were all hung up, the beauty area was nice and organized, and there were no open boxes or spilled hair products. Purses and bags were all hung. Honestly, the home area, whether it was the kitchen, bathroom, etc, was super organized. There was nothing out of place at all. I didn’t find any broken or open items either. And there was so much stuff!

      I really enjoyed shopping here, and I found so much good stuff.

      I haven’t been to a Ross and gotten a cart full of things in such a long time.

      So, props to whoever is running this location, you are doing a great job!

      Dont shop here if you are in a hurry. The wait time to check out is about 30 minutes. A huge line to check out and only two cashiers. The management standing around and talking and laughing without helping the two cashiers working their butts off. Worst experience!

      We just got out of the store and we had a really bad experience with the people that work there. Right after we went inside the security person started following my cousins acting like they were going to steal something and also the people at the front were rude when we were just trying to have a good shopping time. I don’t think we’re going to come back for a while.

      When I came here for Christmas it was ok-found a lot of toys that my kids liked that other stores didn’t have. They already have a loss prevention lady at the front of the store but they keep a ton of stuff locked up, all the jewelry, all the make up, and perfume. I am a happily paying customer and shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of finding someone to unlock a case for me to get jewelry. I came here today specially to look at the unique snacks and cookies but they keep ALL of that stuff in the check out lane and it was backed up. I didn’t want to get in a line with nothing and get stuck standing there looking at the goodies and be in peoples way. I will not be coming here anymore and just go to Marshalls on the next street over. Very messy and unorganized.

      Trish & the girls here are all so sweet and helpful. The store always looks good – it is truly one of the busiest stores & can get chaotic but even if a few things get ransacked on a holiday weekend, I can honestly say this: 1) the crew here is always working – you will not find them standing around & 2) the store is always clean! There might be a pile up of clothes after an aloof customer tries on 27 items but the store will always be clean – wiped, dusted, mopped, sanitized, clean. How this crew stays as cheerful as they do with never-ending gobs of “didnt we just do this” piling up is beyond me but they do! 5 +stars for a happy, hard working crew we could all stand to be a little more like!

      This site is quite disorganized. Still, you can find really good deals if you have the patience to look around.

      The store is also dirty as many of Ross stores are. Employees are about a 6.5 out of 10, in terms of welcoming and helpful, in my personal experience. I can’t wait to see then get better. I really want to like this store.

      The store is large and has everything Walmart carries but waited 45 mins to get a men’s fragrance and that’s after i went to customers service counter 3 times. Then the next day self-check out didn’t give me back the change from my twenty so i got sent to customers service and i waited 15 minutes (it was thirteen minutes till customer service closed so i guess they got started early) so i got to my car at 10:03pm and i felt like that was to long to wait since the self check out machine is the one that didn’t give me the change i was owed and the problem was not my fault. Other than that, it’s a nice store.

      Convenient. The staff was attentive. Competitive prices on most of the stuff that I need. I could maybe save more going elsewhere, but I would just spend more money on the gas getting there so I really wouldn’t save anything. I’m impressed with their vegetables and fruits although the prices are a little high. I go here for staple items. They have the best spring water.

      Very bad service went in on a Sunday to pick up some beer as I always go and never have a problem this time I went with my girlfriend who is also over 21 and when it was time for checkout I was going to pay in self checkout and I scan my beer the employee comes over and says can I see your ID as I’m the one paying for the beer so I showed her my ID and then she asks my girlfriend and well since she left her ID at the house as this never had happens to us and we always go together all the time, it is not a federal law that says you both have to present an ID it’s like saying if I bring kids with me I can’t buy alcohol because they check everyone’s IDs which is ridiculous because it has never happened to me before and so I ask for a manager and she just comes up and says yeah it’s a new thing we are doing now and I stated it’s absolutely ridiculous that now everyone that is with you has to be ID which is super ridiculous because it isn’t a federal law it’s supposed to be the one who is paying for the beer is the one that shows the ID I would rate this 0 starts but sadly you have to have at least one I will not be coming back to any Walmart after that it’s a s absolutely ridiculous

      One of the nicer Walmarts in the area. Friendly staffed and well stocked. Lots of self checkout lanes. Very few live cashiers… Cart management in the parking lot is not existent. More care should be taken to ensure they aren’t blowing into cars.

      Reese that was in the auto department was super helpful, friendly & had excellent customer service. He saw that I was having trouble finding power steering fluid for my SUV and offered assistance without me having to ask. He even asked for the details of the vehicle to make sure I knew what I was getting & recommended the best option. Thank you for the awesome experience, Reese!       The person at the auto center couldn’t be any less clueless when I brought in an old car battery to get my 12 dollars back. I said “return battery” and he just shrugged it off at first. Next thing you know it while he was giving my money, he asked if I had a penny. I didn’t have any so what did he expect? Walmart will always have clueless employees as usual. :/

      I was going on a long trip to Canada. I brought my automobile in to have the oil changed, and all fluids looked at. I had the oil changed, and I asked if all the fluids were good and they said yes that they checked them. As I got closer to Minnesota, my transmission was running hot and I checked the fluid. It was very low. I took it to someone and they said that there was no leaks. That leads me to believe that they did not check my fluids. I will not be going to Walmart for any automobile service again.

      Customer service center associate was very helpful and nice. She met all of my needs and went above and beyond on a personal situation I had today. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but highly recommended and every Walmart employee I passed by had a smile on their face! I am from North Arlington and traveled over that side of Texas and wish all Walmarts were as helpful and friendly as this one today! Great team!

      This is a standard big box hardware store and they have everything you need.

      I ordered a mirror and paid 8.99 for delivery. I got it the next day…and it was covered in mold underneath the plastic. See pics. They wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called so I and to call customer service for online orders, who then called them and got ahold of them. It’s obvious this is covered in mold and there’s no way one could miss it . Disgusting and I better get my $ back

      I went to the garden department and there was this assistant, I told her that I didn’t know anything about gardening, so she gave me a class of gardening 101. She showed me the right material I needed to buy. If you plan to go by into the garden, ask for Sarah. You won’t be disappointed. She’ll take great care of you. And I want to say this to Home Depot….this girl is a great asset to this company…Thank you Sarah for the great job.

      So many people walking around that work there but forget trying to get any help especially if you want to get paint mixed I call it the home Depot culture it’s a lot like going to the DMV or any other government bureaucracy.       We arrived a little after 3 pm on a Sunday. It was a bit crowded, however, we quickly found a place to park. We went over to the alligator farm first where we viewed the 12 ft gator. The head looked enormous. This is an area where you can eat jumbo shrimp and other seafood and relax under the shade.

      Afterwards, we walked inside to the vendor areas. There were so many booths we didn’t finish the walk. But hubby stopped at Sonny’s Sports Stuff and purchased about eight fishing lures at a reasonable price. They also have NFL clothing, and other items to display your favorite team. The husband and wife duo were extremely nice. We talked to them for about 20 minutes.

      We then started down the aisles but it was just too hot. This is definitely a market to go to as soon as it opens. Even with the many fans throughout the area, the heat was just too much.

      I would definitely recommend this flea market for anyone who wants a unique find.

Plenty variety and selection for all ages in the flea market. ATM located inside. Oversized parking available also. Plan to spend a few hours to see each vendor.

      We loved the atmosphere. It had a great variety of used and new things to explore. Each vendor have their own slot and there were something for every occasion. Be prepared to walk alot because it is big and map out the bathroom as well as use it when you see it. My friend tested a guitar ? from a vendor and he took it too.

      Fantastic rain-covered flea market which allows you to hunt for bargains during any type of weather. The various shops offer a variety of items. Anything from Knives, Antiques, Knock-Off Gucci, LV, Air Jordan etc. Also very evident that many ‘pallet purchasing’ companies who purchase returned items, sell their items here. There are a handful of places to grab a bite to eat, however I would tread lightly if you have a sensitive stomach. While I cannot speak for the kitchens themselves; the market as a whole is not the poster child of ‘clean’.

      This flea market is great! It has something for just about everyone! I did a review on this flea market about a year ago ( when these photos were taken) and I still feel the same! Can’t wait to visit this flea market again! They have everything from homegrown fresh produce to major appliances. Mostly all from small businesses and generally those wanting to just make an honest buck! They are mostly nice people! The flea market is clean, large, outside and covered. It’s not too too crowded but maintains decent amount of traffic!

      I love shopping here, and so does the rest of my family. There is great customer service and it’s never way too crowded during most times of the year unless there is a big drop. Many employees have also helped me find a specific set of figures through blind bags and also opened up an entirely new box just to help me find the right ones. Definitely worth shopping at this location.

      So cool! The workers were nice and caring and gave great suggestions! The building is kept up well and nicely. I’m definitely coming back here soon. My only complaint is the traffic. I’m not sure if it is the area or if it the fact that this the only lego store in Jacksonville. I recommend coming here!

      Had a corporate party there yesterday with 15 kids. The staff who led our party, Brandy and Drew were amazing! They went out of their way to make sure every kid had a special and fun time and to make sure that I was informed of what the party was doing and the next steps.       It was okay. It was nothing like when I was younger and went to build a bear. We took our one year old daughter and it just felt transactional. There wasn’t any “magic” or special-ness to it like it was when I was young. They don’t do the dance or wishes or kisses for the heart you put in your bear, they don’t let you hug it to make sure it’s the perfect squishiness nothing. It was sad. Don’t think we will ever do it again.

Right now they also have some clearance sales and the prices are affordable. I also like to extend my thanks to the staff since while I was there I have forgotten my wallet I needed to head back home to get it and return to get my items. The staff is really friendly.

      Very organized, clean and stocked Marshalls. I been to several around town and other towns. This was nice. I will say the prices were a little higher than other replaces as well.
