3 months agoTj Maxx is known for their brand name and quality items for a fraction of the sticker price. They have a lot of rotating seasonal stock that keeps the store fresh in appearance. 4 stars because I felt in the way the entire shopping trip with employees stocking, etc. I had to keep apologizing and excusing myself. They didn’t say anything in response. I ended up making a smaller purchase than I had planned because of this.3 weeks agoI love T.J. Maxx! I go there at least once a week to see what they have. I love that they have Senior Discount day on Mondays, too. The only negative is that you can’t always get what you want due to the rapid turnover of their stock. If you like something, get it right then. But that’s why I like it, there’s always new things at great prices!4 months agoJust ran in to buy a belt real quick but the lady at the register was like engrossed in a full on conversation with another woman while people were waiting to check out. How f’ in rude is that. Next time just give her your phone #.3 months agoTonight I got here 20 minutes before closing to get my grandmother in law a set of pajamas and didn’t know where the store kept the pj’s and i immediately was helped! Employees are attentive ,kind and helpful! The store was very clean but ,the prices of the merchandise could be better….a month agoOkayyy, I’ll spill the secret. This is my go to TJ Maxx. I have one closer and I always choose this one. They are always clean and very well stocked with regular merchandise AND clearance. I almost always see someone putting out new stuff. Aside from the clothes everything is really well organized and the clothes usually always have multiple size options. Staff is always kind and helpful. I will say be wary that there are some unhoused individuals that stay around the plaza but they have never bothered me and are usually very nice.

10 months agoMany great selections at this store, from clothing, accessories, jewelry and decor! It was my first time at this location and I wasn’t disappointed. The decor section has many different styles, and they have a bunch of Christmas decoration options as well! It was very well organized, with a very stillness environment with extremely helpful and friendly employees!a month agoThey refused to accept the shoes we bought from them, saying that they were worn, but that’s not true, when I bought these shoes they were in the same condition, I think many people tried them on in the store, so they could say that they were worn, it’s not fair. The cashier at the checkout was rude and argued with me. It is a pity that we are regular customers and we have never had any problems. I don’t think we’ll be back.2 weeks agoBelinda the hiring manager is clearly a RACIST!! The way she treated my mom and myself was definitely dismissive. On 09/08/2023 I went into the store on San Jose as I always do at any TJMAXX and my first stop was the jewelry counter. Belinda was assisting other customers but she walked right pass without saying anything or acknowledging me and my mother. She could have least said I’ll be with you in one second but she looked us right in the face and kept walking. I decided to walk away because I didn’t want to let my emotions get the best of me and I wanted to respond in a way that wouldn’t make me look bad. I went to the shirts area which was right across from the counter. Like 3 minutes later another lady walked over and yes she was caucasian, but as soon as that lady got to the counter she asked her if she wanted to look at something and the lady said yes then she said give me a second I’m finishing up with some customers and I’ll be right over. She could have easily said the same thing to us but she chose not to. I thought for a second that I could have been overreacting, but she did the same thing to the next customer that was black. She saw those ladies looking and didn’t say anything to them, she just starting hanging up clothes, so I went and asked her did she work at the jewelry department and her response was that she worked everywhere and then I said well I’m sure those people at the counter need help then she walked over. I’m saying all of this to say I spend a lot of money in T.J.MAXX and if this is the type of things they support I will gladly take my money elsewhere. I will also spread the word on all platforms because everyone needs to know if they do. I don’t support racism and she needs to realize that black people have money too. If she can’t help ALL people then she needs to find another job.a year agoGood selection of items, but some of the clothes they have for sale have holes in them. Lots of seasonal items and the store was clean. The attendant at the dressing room was a bit rude however. Went in at 1PM. She ignored me while I was entering and then yelled at me for not having a number tag when I was walking out. I was never offered one in the first place.2 months agoThe A/C has been turned off for over a month. This leads to a terrible customer experience. All the other buildings have A/C so not quite sure why you all don’t. Other than that the store is great. The employees are absolute heros for working in that humid, sweltering building. Absolutely shocking working conditions. If I worked there I’d sue for sure. Shame on you guys.
