      I accidentally left a box of nappies in the car park as I was preoccupied getting my son in the car. I phoned the store five minutes later when I realised that I’d forgotten them. The assistant couldn’t see the box outside and said she’d check security cameras. She then insisted I come back and collect a new box free of charge. Kind staff who were very much appreciated by me today!

      Very rude pharmacist tryi ng to get medication and come tuning over talking over me about my purchase and very short and rude do not recommend hard enough having to explain your issues and get medication with out someone being rude and dismissive to you.       I have always shopped at Chemist Warehouse, but will not shop at this one again. Cashier/Customer Service was Kelly, could not be bothered serving or helping. Constantly ate lollies whilst talking. I was not the only one asking her for information, others she just said ask someone else

      This business is constantly advertising products that they NEVER seem to have in stock. It’s beyond a joke and they need to lift their game. Stop with the false advertising!! Staff could do with a refresher course in customer service too as there is never anyone around to assist customers and have been rude at times.

      Staff and pharmacist are always friendly and helpful. Chemist Warehouse has a huge range and variety of everything you need from a Chemist and more. Prescriptions usually don’t take long and they have chairs to sit in. Prices are fairly reasonable. I was very disappointed that they chose not to give out flu shots this year.

      The UFS Chemist on Sturt Street has always been the one to go to for what you need, from scripts filled to gifts to almost anything! As the sign says though ‘Be patient and kind’. As while the Ballarat Population grows, not all ‘shops’ have as much Staff as they did in the ‘olden day’s’ ?

      I’ve been a UFS member for many years Service always great, the 24 hour Sturt st UFS is my go to as well as Bridge mall and Buningyong UFS Maybe a little more pricy for some meds, but offset by great sales and member discounts. Pharmacists and staff very helpful and friendly!

      Friendly and helpful service, I had a long wait but the owner checked in with me to make sure I was being looked after. I did have a complicated prescription and my next visit they made it much quicker and easier for me. Always a busy chemist, I assume because they are very professional and kind to customers.

      The service here is always dodgy. You either get looked up and down, or ignored. Staff always seem aloof and vague. A good advertisement for their home delivery service!

      Yes, they are nice enough people, however, don’t understand or comply with TGA class 5 & above controlled substance regulations. I could have lost access to my medication because of thier sloppy approach. Put the wrong name on the label which is a federal offence due to what class its under. So the medication didn’t match my identification. I could be arrested and charged for that. Carries a minimum 2 years imprisonment as it is an indightable offence. Dont ask for identification to collect same medication which is also a federal offence. Lost my scripts on multiple occasions which is an E-script on thier system that my GP sent to them via usual digital means. Can’t or won’t supply a full transaction history. Won’t listen to me when I tell them thier mistake. Charge well over RRP for medication not covered under PBS. Thats $270 at crawfords and $205 at UFS. Plus UFS give a 10% discount to members. It cost $10 per year. They are a little greedy and cold in that sense. They did however let me split my bill over two fortnight’s, but I had to explain that arrangement everytime I went there for probably 8 months before they created an account? So glad I stopped shopping here. I’ve saved at least $65 per month so I get to eat regularly now. UFS are professional and know the law and will absolutely not break those laws so I’m safe to get my medication again. Honestly question the validity of thier licence to dispense.

I’ve been to every single Chemist round here and it’s definately better than ALL the others because all the staff are not just friendly but actually care & will try to help any way they can even if u have a hard run financially they will empathise if you talk to them & wont be judged, they work with you which I believe is extremely rare & hard to find but shouldn’t be when its your health at stake so despite being quite small & not open long hours it is well worth it for the fantastic service!       I walked in to get my flu shot but as I was not having an appointment done earlier, it seemed to be not possible, but TERRI (oldest among the staff) the staff there she approached me and she told she will give a try to get me the flu shot done if any of the appointment people didn’t turn up. Hey TERRI you were amazing and such passionate for the job, you got me that flu shot done, thank you so much TERRI.

      Secondly GIM the male staff who took the flu shot for me. He spoke to me for a long time as I was new to Australia, he explained what all things to be done to get Australian identification photo card, how to get the medical related vaccination card. Thanks GIM

      Cant fault the service, but their prices are exorbitant. Used to leave my scripts there, but took them back because I was going away for a while. Used the Terry White at Waikiki to fill my scripts because I was there. Turns out my 3 scripts that cost me over $60 at Palm Springs cost me $33 at Terry Whites. Both supply generic brands. I have now moved to Terry white. $30 a month is a lot. $360 per year.

      Love this place! Open late 7days including most public holidays. Staff are always helpful. Not the cheapest but definitely the easiest access with a wide range of products & brands. Appreciate that I’m able to order in what they don’t have. Highly recommended ?

      Always have found the pharmacist’s to be very professional and up to date with their knowledge, have received a number of injections as well as having all my and wife’s scripts dispensed here. All of the staff are helpful and caring.

      Vegan range is extremely limited (also be careful to check the packaging, as the vegan and vegetarian stuff is all mixed in together, with even some non veg stuff around it!).

      If you do visit though, be sure to pick up some of the ice-cream mochi (in a fridge right near the self checkout). All the mochi is vegan, and it’s really good!

      5:45pm Monday afternoon no checkouts open. Customers with trolley loads having to wait for self service. Asked to speak to manager on duty, after a 10 minute wait, told that there isn’t a manager on duty !! Nice young man, Ben, apologised & said they were short staffed (yet again) & that he would open a checkout. Not good enough Coles. ☹️☹️☹️

      It is by far the cheapest place in town to get your scripts. Always friendly and always helpful staff. Even when busy, the wait time on scripts is satisfactory. I trust them to know something simple their shelf supply can treat without needing a doctor’s visit.

      Very untrustworthy people, one woman there is incredibly rude. They took advantage of the fact my support workers pick up my medication and we’re making them pay for all the scripts and packing fee every week even though my scripts last a month. Very unimpressed!

I was looking for a product I used to buy from Blackmore’s (celery/juniper) that no longer is available, and had lovely help from two people to find a suitable replacement.       I attended chemist warehouse wells st Frankston at 9.45 am 28/7/23 to make a small purchase. I was made to feel most uncomfortable by the security guard, to the point of him actually approaching me and making eye contact whilst I was looking at moisturiser. This is the second time I have experienced this with this particular guard. In the future I will avoid shopping there due to this experience. Disgusting. Furthermore, when I mentioned it to the female cashier , she rolled her eyes!!!! I requested that she mention it to management, however due to response I doubt that she will.

      I just went to the chemist to get something. I had the security guard follow me around the entire store. I paid for the item and he still asked to check my bag despite watching me pay for it. I WILL NOT BE BACK! This is such disgusting behaviour and he never did it to anyone else either.

      I’ve been coming here for a while, the pharmacist here are very helpful. I’ve also found the customer service staff smiling, Cheerful and helpful as well. On top of that the security guard in evening is helpful, cheerful and greets you on entry. Staff here seem really happy which make’s a great customer experience.

      Used to be a good chemist, but ever since ownership changed – more new incompetent pharmacists were hired. I was sent an online prescription and they refused it saying I need a physical copy… I bring the physical copy and they refuse it.. flawed work ethic – I’d rather go elsewhere.

      My husband has epilepsy. Script had expired female pharmacist more than happy to give him enough to last a couple of days. Returned to pharmacy later male pharmacist refused to help. Not sure if they are aware of duty of care and their code of ethics ? Will be getting the male pharmacist name and reporting him.
