      Absolute worst experience, first they didnt have the medication i was after, which was fine it was the hours i spent after of them saying they have emailed to another chemist only to be told they never got the email, this happend more than once absolute worst experience ive ever had in a chemist.       My elderly parents in their 80’s, who have been loyal customers for 30 years have been treated in the most appalling manner by the pharmacist. My sister went to pick up 3 scripts, they lost one and the pharmacist acknowledged that they had lost a script, but she would have to return to the doctor and get another one. Obviously, as this is expensive and at this time of year difficult to get an appointment, not to mention the inconvenience, it is very annoying. My sister was annoyed, but did nothing more than shrug her shoulders and leave the shop. When she went back to pick up scripts for my parents, they returned hers, and my parents un filled scripts and told that she was banned and so where all her family and not to come back.

      Used this pharmacy since July 2018, picking up my scripts weekly, and then changed to picking them up once a fortnight. I can count on one hand how many times I walked in there and they were able to get my script with no problems. Many times I walked out and had to come back or spent a lot of time whilst they tried to search everywhere for it.

      Since July 2018 I have never kept my own scripts, always being kept at the pharmacy.

      December 2019, they gave me double dosage of my medication, because they failed to tell me my script had ran out and for some reason, this pharmacy decided to use a old one they had. Which was no longer my prescribed dose. I didn’t realise until days later, thinking a pharmacy wouldn’t do something like this when medications can be so dangerous (luckily not for my case) but this was hard for me as I had suffered withdrawals the first time my original dose was lowered.

      November/December 2019, I finally got my scripts changed to be able to pick up once a month.

      2 weeks ago I walked in there to pick up my next months supply – already one day into having no medication. Only for them to tell me they no longer have my script. No apology, not even a slight bit of concern. So I walked out on a Thursday afternoon, as a single mother of multiply children with commitments I couldn’t change so I was unable to get to the doctors anytime soon for a new script – which the more days it went – the worse it got which lead to a major downwards spiral (2 different antidepressants)

      I went to the counter and asked if there were any tester for the “ariana mist” one of the staff said no so I bought one either way since it smelt nice but when I opened it there was no absolute smell to it, not even a hint of smell, the next day I went back to priceline asking for a refund one or another Ariana mist that has a smell and they said they could not refund me because “it has been already open” then said there were testers and I should of have smelt it before buying. A reminder it was just a water looking mist itself and stickytape around it.

All of the staff are so lovely and always remember your name and Will has gone above and beyond for me and my whole family several times!       I called ahead at about 10pm on a weeknight to check if an item was in stock for my daughter but instead of what would of have been a perfectly acceptable yes or no, was provided some totally genuine and warm advice, a product comparison and some casual knowledge droppage from a lovely staff member (whose name of course I have diligently forgotten). Thank you again though 🙂 I had not known there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Knox City (drove to Nunawading first remembering there was one open late there near the Maccas but it’s not anymore) so am so pleased that I found “Pharmacy@Knox 24” (,,,and on that note it’s all in the name really isn’t it? No mucking about there!!)

      A beacon of light (literally, amongst the cold carpark of Knox and metaphorically for me and my family on a fairly challenging day). Doing god’s work!       Really glad to have a nurse avaliable at night when all the doctors are fully booked or closed. We went on Thursday night for my daughter and the nurse there was so attentive, so lovely and gentle with my daughter. My daughter was screaming histerically and the nurse patiently waited for her to calm down so she could dress her wound. Very happy with the service.

Next day Said it didn’t come in but they would get it from another pharmacy within 30 minutes. An hour later still did not have it. Such a common medicine but not a full pack prescribed.       My wife put her script in on 6/6/23 at 12.45pm . After Drs visit I put mine in at 1.15 . Told 30 minute wait . Went to pick up at 2.15 . Told the chemist was “checking” my wifes script . 20 minutes later received both mine and my wifes scripts . Advised out of stock for one script and it would be in following day . Went to pay and discovered my script was for another person in a different town . Back to counter and advised chemist on duty . Very pathetic attitude to my concerns of being given someone elses medication. Then found out mine wasn’t even made up . Another 20 minute wait . Got home and lo and behold my wife was missing one lot of medication . Back to Priceline . This script was also not in stock , but no one bothered to advise us . This is not the first time we have been stuffed around at this chemists , but it was definately the LAST . Chemistwarehouse now has new customers.

      Some of the staff their are very nice but some make you feel uneasy and like your below them, they also thought it was a great idea to bring up my children’s looks and thought it was appropriate to ask about their father infront of my children which was so disrespectful, don’t ask customers sensitive questions especially infront of kids.

      Whilst sick I needed Seretide. As in real Seretide and I made clear to the person who assisted me that I did not want a generic which is all my local pharmacy had in stock. I drove a 90km round trip and failed – guess what they gave me. Why do pharmacy’s think it is their right to substitute brands because they get a percentage from generic brands

      I ordered some shampoos and conditioners, because I was running out. When my order arrived, I was missing a shampoo, i contacted the services if something was wrong with my order. Through email, I still haven’t received my shampoo or been contacted. I’m now going to have to buy another. This is poor customer service. Absaloutely terrible.

      I’ve been a customer of Findlay & Weymouth Pharmacy for decades. Since changing over to Priceline, the service has been less than impressive. Putting scripts in , half an hour to an hour wait, even come back tomorrow! The past couple of times i have lodged my husbands script, they haven’t had it.. told me Traralgon Plaza Priceline has it, it will there for me to pick up after 3pm,, go back then to be told Sorry wont be in until tomorrow! Today my husband put his script in, told to come back in 20mins.. He goes back in 20 to be told, sorry we dont have it.. Come back tomorrow.. C’mon! We live out of town,we work.. talk about an inconvenience. Service has gone down the toilet BIG time since becoming Priceline.. Seriously Considering going elsewhere..

      What has happened to this pharmacy? When I first moved here there were some lovely pharmacist’s, 2 guys who were so helpful and understanding. Sue and the staff who work there have been absolutely wonderful. But over the past 3 months or so i have been told to return boxes for pick ups or I will be charged for the boxes, so I started bringing the boxes back. Then on one pick up I was told what time I should come in, despite been busy myself and dealing with very serious anxiety and depression. So I phone in the morning of my weekly pick up to ask to get my weekly pickup organised so the pharmacist is not annoyed. Today I phoned ahead as usual and then had a return phone call within minutes once again bringing up me returning boxes! I said I would bring them in when I pick up later today, then got told can I come in earlier. She is exceptionally rude, stating that ‘ALL pharmacies charge for the boxes’ Wrong, I have never had this problem at the past 4 chemists I have been to in Victoria. Clearly my medication is for my anxiety and depression and she has made me feel absolutely useless. So I don’t know what has happened to this pharmacy. I picked up from another chemist who worked there last week and she was absolutely lovely. Now I’m sitting in my car in tears. I know this woman owns the business but this is not the way to help people. If you can’t organise your business cause you are too busy then employ more people to help. Is this Pharmacy still an Amcal Chemist? If not then it’s very misleading. Unnaceptable and exceptionally rude. Will be taken my scripts to another chemist after pick up today. I know this won’t make any difference to this chemist, it’s only around $200 a month I was spending there and about $700 in cosmetics the past 2 months. I would like to know if you are still an Amcal Pharmacy as I went with Amcal due to Amcal in Benalla being so wonderful. And never charged for something as stupid as a box. I do not recommend them at all. Please be more understanding of what your customers are going through. Has there been a change of ownership?

      I am very grateful that the chemist is open late and generally the staff are helpful. However I am not sure that they are properly trained in customer service or maybe they are just over worked. I have had 2 examples recently- 1. I was about to go in to a doctors appointment and rang them to see if they had an up to date prescription for my medication. They said they had and I asked them to fill it. After my appointment I went to pick up my medication and the chemist said that the date on my prescription had expired. This was intensely irritating as I had to pay my doctor to get another prescription when I could have got one and the time of my appointment.

      2. I rang them and asked to fill in my prescription. They said it was still valid and they would fill it in. The next day I went in and they said that there was a shortage of supply of the medication I had sought and they couldn’t fill the prescription. Why couldn’t they check this and tell me on the phone or ring me back once the prescription was being filled by the chemist? On both occasions they wasted my time and on the first occasion they cost me money.

      Terry White is a large national corporation with stores all over Australia but you’d never know it when you visit the Terry White Chemist in Ainslie. They put an emphasis on friendly service and accommodating the needs of their customers. I knew it was above the ordinary when one day I walked into the store with a script and the chemist behind the counter, who I’d spoken to before but never really interacted with in any personal sense, used my name when saying hello as I approached the counter. That personal friendliness was quite impressive and made an positive impact. One improvement they could make is getting some kind of range extender because there is no phone signal inside the store and it makes bringing up scripts on your phone difficult. To their credit they are aware of the problem and looking for a suitable solution. A++

      Colette and her Staff are amazing in customer service, and excellent at Terry White Chemmart. You receive a wonderful welcome from all the Staff. Colette Needham is the owner of the Chemist at Ainslie over 47 years providing Professional services to the Community.

      Professional Service that they offer is, Diabetes Australia NDSS outlet, Methadone/Buprenorphine Treatment, Return of Unwanted Medicines ?, Compounding services, Sleep Apnea, Pharmacist Consultation. Ask the Professional Chemist for more information and what else they have to offer.

      Over 40 years I and my Family shop in the Chemist and one family worked there years ago. Seen the names changed many times from Bluebell Pharmacy Ainslie to Ainslie Pharmasave Compounding to now, new name Terry White Chemmart ?.

      This complex that this store is in is a bit tired but the Chemist Warehouse here is good. I have found on a many occasions that products I’ve searched for online will say they are not available but when you get there it’s on the shelf. There seems to be issues with the store internal stock system and online stock. This Chemist Warehouse has a great range of health and natural products. Service is good.

      Yes it has all that you expect from a chemist. But firstly they had atleast 4 chemist sorting scripts and it still took over 20 minutes. And the most shocking was i asked one of the white robe chemists if they had a generic and i named it. extremely common medicine for pain. This person had no clue, and then when he showed another worker. They reached around and grabbed the generic and $15 cheaper version with ease and handed it to him. So double and triple check as it may be a ploy for you to buy more expensive brands.

      Rude staff that are short with people over the phone. They argue that because they are a large chemist it is too hard to notify the customer that the script on a waiting list for over 6 months THAT THEY ARE HOLDING is about to expire. I am considering taking legal action against this chemist.

      They argue the moral high ground when dispensing the medication however at the same time hold onto your script to make sure your not able to source your medication from another chemist while waiting. Something that another chemist mentioned was unethical in itself.

      Been here multiple times, always great customer service, plenty of reasonably priced goods and discounts a plenty. Caters for all the family, knowledgeable staff on hand, points you in the right direction or offers up viable alternatives. Large stock, easy to move around aisles and easy access to check-outs, friendly greeting and have a nice day when exiting. Thank you for a wonderful experience people.

They always take care of me, they’re helpful with any questions or dilemmas I might have and always offer me well-informed advice. I visit this Pharmacy for all my medical needs & if they don’t have it in stock when I ask, they are happy to order it in for me. The times we see ourselves in right now are hard, items we took for granted before to be at hand immediately aren’t always. This Pharmacy does its absolute best to assist in every regard & it is for this reason as well as the fact the Owner & his Staff are absolutely fantastic that I am a loyal client & go nowhere but here.       Exceptional customer service see us frequent a couple of times a week and we have always found the service to be personalised and helpful. We have specific products ordered in for us and it never seems too much trouble to source what we require. How Brad and his team managed the chaos at the peak of the COVID onset in 2020 was truly remarkable, just sad to see many customers unable to have a little patience during what would have been a relentless situation for the staff.       Nothing wrong with the pharmacy. It is a pharmacy that does pharmacy things. They fill prescriptions and have other health and beauty related items.

      It’s clean and the staff are helpful.

      Opening hours match the need for the area a d online with the other pharmacy in town (about 2 min walk)

Costumer service is great & staff members all get along so no tension in store (I have experienced this at other stores)..       I get my prescriptions filled here but they also have makeup, skincare and other non-script items. Open 7 days really helps, I ring before to check on availability, and I usually get a park right outside. Highly recommended!

      Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I requested for a refund immediately after a purchase as I realized I have been charged almost twice of the price compared to other pharmacies. The staff refused my request, and said “I can definitely make my own refund rules here.” If a staff can make his own rules, then what’s the point of having “Pharmacy Board of Australia”. I am fine with not having a refund, but totally not fine with the staff’s language and attitude. For anyone who has an intention to visit this pharmacy, please check their “rules” and compare the price before you go! To the owner: Just for the record, I did not threaten your staff with a bad review, instead, I notified him that he would receive a bad review for his attitude right before I left the shop. Your staff is not only arrogant, but also tells lies. As a customer, I deserve a reason of not getting a refund, that’s my right! Your staff is not professional enough to provide me such a reason. He didn’t even know which regulator/laws he should follow. That’s why he said he makes his own rules. Ridiculous!

      The younger lady who served me was lovely, but the older lady felt the need to question and judge why I was buying what I was buying, even though it was just a typical off-the-shelf product.
