      Thank you! We were on holidays in Tassie and needed a new script filled from a Qld doctor. From start to finish the staff were incredible, accepting a weird script from an unknown doctor for an unknown customer, and on filling it questioning us in a friendly way and explaining the medication to ensure it was correct in the circumstances. When we failed to pick up the physical script on our return the staff went above and beyond to get our script back to our home pharmacy and checked in with us personally, multiple times, to ensure it was received. I have never been so impressed with a pharmacy!!!

      Overall not a great experience, some of the pharmacist assistants seem to forget the pharmacy is situated in a known low socioeconomic area as they they seem to treat said people different than they do those who appear to be “somewhat better of” there’s been many times I’ve heard and seen some snickering About customers and as I said being situated in a well known a low income area you would think they would be more accepting of all customers.

      Requested for a price match on Ensure 850gm at Chemist Warehouse Gap Rd Sunbury . I was kept waiting for more than 10 minutes and then refused saying that store manager has refused to do it. I spend around $500 a month on medicines for my parents. I felt so bad as I was kept waiting an then refused without a reason. Request for price match was under the Chemist Warehouse policies. I am now thinking of changing the store / pharmacy.

      Thank you to the pharmacist and two team members who helped me today. As I was walking out I dropped a bottle of antibiotics and a pharmacist walking in helped me straight away and replaced the bottle so quickly and didn’t charge me. The two team members came over and offered me a wipe and were so kind as I apologised to them and thanked them. Thank you to all of you, you have a made a very tired and stressed mum feel seen and smile today.

      I submitted the script today for my partner. Yes, I understand there is a time to wait for the script to be processed. What I don’t like is being ignored at the point of collection. Since you removed the little “ding” bell, customer service has disappeared. Please take the time to acknowledge the fact that there are customers waiting for their scripts. I look at other frustrated customers who are also shaking their heads, Lift your game, please!

      jeeeez the young girl on counter today with the straight long brown hair and eyelash extensions had an attitude and a half, didn’t greet any customers and just grumpily asked if they wanted their receipt. not a good look for ur company and maybe (definitely) needs some training in people skills or politeness in general

      The pharmacist Will is one of the most caring, kindest and genuine people I have ever met! All of the staff are so lovely and always remember your name and Will has gone above and beyond for me and my whole family several times! We have been using this pharmacy exclusively for years and I highly recommend them to anyone! You are in and out with very little to no wait time at all!!! I am so pleased with Pharmacy @ Knox and can honestly say that they have made the last few years of health issues much more manageable due to their genuine compassion and care!!       I called ahead at about 10pm on a weeknight to check if an item was in stock for my daughter but instead of what would of have been a perfectly acceptable yes or no, was provided some totally genuine and warm advice, a product comparison and some casual knowledge droppage from a lovely staff member (whose name of course I have diligently forgotten). Thank you again though 🙂 I had not known there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Knox City (drove to Nunawading first remembering there was one open late there near the Maccas but it’s not anymore) so am so pleased that I found “Pharmacy@Knox 24” (,,,and on that note it’s all in the name really isn’t it? No mucking about there!!)

      A beacon of light (literally, amongst the cold carpark of Knox and metaphorically for me and my family on a fairly challenging day). Doing god’s work! Just being open is already amazing, having the energy and warmth to give advice is just chefs kiss awesome. Okay sorry for writing an essay, in conclusion muchos gracias bueno, which is of course french for keep it up dudes!

She really seemed like she wanted to help when we asked for advice about what product to purchase, giving us a few options and explaining the benefits of each.       Really glad to have a nurse avaliable at night when all the doctors are fully booked or closed. We went on Thursday night for my daughter and the nurse there was so attentive, so lovely and gentle with my daughter. My daughter was screaming histerically and the nurse patiently waited for her to calm down so she could dress her wound. Very happy with the service.

      I went to get medication and I encounter a very rude pharmacist (Asian looking guy) today don’t know his name. But when I ask if it can be in Webster pack today he replied with don’t you think it’s late notice ? No we can’t. rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. There’s a way of communicating nicely. He was so rude! The worse pharmacist I have ever encounter. Bad customer service. I won’t be coming back here for someone so unprofessional like him. Should be nicer to customers.

      Been a customer for many, many years. Although Jan, the previous head chemist/owner was simply outstanding the staff who have come in since then have carried on Jan’s great work. Sure sometimes you have to wait sometimes for scripts but they are pretty damn busy every time I go in and theres a limit to how many staff you can.employ.. I can’t understand the negative reviews left here. I certainly haven’t had a single problem and the staff go out of their way to help.

      Absolutely disgusted I pay $6.30 for an antibiotic at other chemist .but here they charged me $17 for the same medication so be prepared to pay almost triple. Only went here because it’s 24hr and my chemist was closed and my son needed medicine.

      One of the worst experiences i had from LATE MEDICAL CHEMIST RYDE today. I don’t know why they are doing this on purpose ??? when I went today for my documents which need to be verified and i had all documents ready but the guy said i don’t have time for this and i am not doing this today…… Can anyone tell this guy what is called urgency ??? No one would like to waste the time neither his time nor mine. There was no customer and i am happy to wait 10-15 min for that but how could he said like i am not doing this ??? I wish if it is possible to take legal action to those people who are doing this on purpose it would be really better & good education for others people as well or bring it to the media. If legislation gave them authority to verify the documents then they should be grateful and do the work when it needed . I am totally disappointed

      I used to really like this chemist as I’ve lived nearby for many years. In the last few years the pharmacist had become very rude and grumpy. He also makes serious mistakes with prescriptions which has become unacceptable. Of late he often doesn’t have the medication needed as well. I don’t know what happened with this business but something is really not right now. His other staff are usually lovely. It’s such a shame as it was so useful for me but I refuse to go back again. There are many other pharmacies nearby that have much better customer service. I can’t recommend this chemist.

      I have been a customer here for close to 15 years and in the first few they h as d beautiful service and more reasonable prices. I understand they are a small business so am happy to pay a littlw more. The moment I had to have compassionate medication posted there, it was like I was dealing with different people. Not only was i charged but I was told to have it sent elsewhere because it was too much trouble. I am really quite disappointed in the new hands this pharmacy has fallen into.

      The pharmacists use to be nicer and had better customer service. Now he’s become old and crabby, just not caring anymore about anyone. Really sad to see a pharmacy that our whole family and friends went to and now after being treated like second class citizens and telling them about our experience, we’ve all agreed to find another pharmacy to go to.

      Very unprofessional! Sometimes you don’t want everyone in the room to know what medicine you are buying. The girl came to me waving the prescription and giggling: “Would you like a generic brand?”. I said, no, thank you. The pharmacist shouted: “I don’t have XYZ medicine, only generic brand”. I don’t know what village these “pharmacists” came from, but I will never go there again. I was so embarrassed.

      If you need anything from a pharmacy then Chemist Warehouse is definitely the place to go. Their prices are up to 50% less than anywhere else including your local chemist.       I have used CW as a secondary pharmacy outlet several times, over many years & most recently, having had excellent service & help re several national/statewide medication shortages, where my primary pharmacy were, on these occasions, unable to assist me.       As someone who works in the retail industry I was disgusted at the service that was given today while shopping in the Cairns store.

      I had been only in the store for a short amount of time trying to navigate around stock cages that take up most of the walk way, boxes of stock on the floor, staff so task orientated filling shelves forgetting to actually serve the customers and their needs that I made my way back to the front of the store into cosmetics.

      I felt from the moment I stepped foot into the cosmetic area I was targeted for having a small fashion backpack on (smaller than A4) and having fashion hair colour (half back/half pink) I had two employees follow me around the cosmetic area, no once did I take my backpack off but every aisle I walked into one of the two employees followed me. I’m actually trained in loss prevention so I know when I’m being followed and targeted. There is also other ways to check up on someone who you suspect is stealing, maybe the management should brush up on those skills for their staff. I gave no reason for this type of behavior, I’ve only moved to the area in May and been in that same store maybe three times before so I shouldn’t be a high risk watch out for her kind of customer. I’m in my mid 30’s but I do look younger that what I am, so maybe they may have mistaken me for someone else?

      I went to purchase afew products, waiting in line the lady before me had a big pram not one staff member asked to check her pram and my mother who was before me didn’t get asked to check her bag either but after I paid the tall Asian male employee very rudely asked to see in my backpack. I did so reluctantly as I felt there was no need as he is only a checkout operator, and not security plus I hadn’t stolen anything or given any reason to be suspicious of me.

      After this incident I won’t be coming back and I know in the grand scheme of things it won’t effect their bottom dollar but word of mouth does. Customers like to browse, sometimes just going into a store and trying perfumes on makes someone’s bad day that little bit better so if you intimidate customers like what happened to me today, other stores like Priceline will happily take our money.

      Been going here for years now and it’s always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, helpful and long term. So to all the staff and also to whoever manages and owns this particular franchise – hats off to you all for doing such a great job.       I went to this pharmacy about 1 hour away from our home as our local pharmacy at Cowra had no stock of the tablets my wife needed and did not bother to tell us when we picked up our scripts. Lucky for me I called this pharmacy and a lovely your lady checked and advised they had stock. What an absolute pleasure to use this pharmacy, the staff were attentive, polite and caring.       This pharmacy is overpriced and under stocked. Wouldn’t waste my time or money here, Terry white is only metres away and they have much better prices and variety of stock. Not convenient if you can’t get what you need and at affordable prices, the idea of a pharmacy next to the doctors was a good idea however just not feasible when they have no stock and want to overcharge for basic items.

      I went to get medication and I encounter a very rude pharmacist (Asian looking guy) today don’t know his name. But when I ask if it can be in Webster pack today he replied with don’t you think it’s late notice ? No we can’t. rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. There’s a way of communicating nicely. He was so rude! The worse pharmacist I have ever encounter. Bad customer service. I won’t be coming back here for someone so unprofessional like him. Should be nicer to customers.

      Been a customer for many, many years. Although Jan, the previous head chemist/owner was simply outstanding the staff who have come in since then have carried on Jan’s great work. Sure sometimes you have to wait sometimes for scripts but they are pretty damn busy every time I go in and theres a limit to how many staff you can.employ.. I can’t understand the negative reviews left here. I certainly haven’t had a single problem and the staff go out of their way to help.

      Absolutely disgusted I pay $6.30 for an antibiotic at other chemist .but here they charged me $17 for the same medication so be prepared to pay almost triple. Only went here because it’s 24hr and my chemist was closed and my son needed medicine.

      Poor service from staff that are incompetent and should not even be working in a healthcare environment. The residents of Gladstone would do better to find an alternative pharmacy with knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I do not mean this about all Chemist Warehouses; this is definitely a first in poor service from a Chemist Warehouse branch.

      We had a script which is for an over the counter medication. After making us wait 15mins for the script, we pointed out it was over the counter, to which the staff said that “no you’re wrong, the script is for a stronger dose”, only to eventually dispense THE SAME STRENGTH medication 15 mins later, which we asked for.

      I will add that not only am I a Registered Nurse, I personally use the identical medication.

      Addit: Next time I encounter those two staff members, I will name and shame them. Consider this a warning Chemist Warehouse; tell your staff to fix their attitude problems.

      Type 1 Diabetic given a different variation of insulin pen which requires a reusable pen instead of disposable, i was told they were ordering it in on a few occasions only to now tell me they dont supply them and they had no interest in helping rectify the issue they created. Very poor customer service.

      Called a kinkora Chemist and they were absolutely lovely and had no issues to help find the correct pen that should have been supplied in the first place.

Amount of money in rewards I’ve lost would be horrendous considering what I’ve spent there. I mean think of the elderly or those with cognitive decline or idiots like me that just forget. Every other business asks. Everyone. Wish they’d ask. Think its just good customer service showing you care.

      Mel, Marley, Mel, Dawson, Darlene and in fact all the staff there are 100% professional, caring and fully knowledgeble in every area. Has been my family chemist for years. Also has a good rewards system.

      Mel, Dawson and the team ? Always so lovely and helpful. Dawson was so eager to help with all my T1 Diabetic products and fixed an issue i had regarding being given vials of insulin instead of disposables by another chemist which refused to supply a reusable injection pen. Thanks Again guys!!

      Mel & her team are caring & professional. As a family with changing pharmacy needs we will always refer to the optimal team. Not only are they very knowledgeable but they will do everything possible to be cost effective for our budget. When something comes up & we can’t get into a doctor the same day, Mel & her team are great to check in with to see if there’s something we should be doing until we can get in to see the doc. They also offer a great app that helps with staying on to of ordering/collecting repeat medicines.
