      I couldn’t be more happy with the pharmacists Neiti and Ben. They both went above and beyond to make further enquires for me about a script I was going to get made up for weight loss. Both were concerned given my medical history and the time frame I needed this to work. I went with lady shake instead. It’s working and won’t put me at risk of being put back in hospital. Thank you both. It would have been easier for you to make a good sale. Definitely coming back.

      Not impressed! I am on a disability pension money is tight, most chemists automatically give the generic alternative for my puffers or at least ask not Blooms, they also charged $20 on script for Ibuprfen/Codeine Tablets 200mg-12.8mg 48 that had exp 05/2019 only 6wks from purchase. I have since enquired elsewhere and been told full price for this script is only $7.95

      These guys are absolutely fantastic and they have often gone well above and beyond to look after me. I’m an agoraphobic and whilst I’m much better than I used to be I still have trouble getting out sometimes so It’s absolutely fantastic for me to be able to get the drs appointments done on the phone, and have the scripts emailed to these guys and then they deliver my medication and anything else I need from the chemist that afternoon for no extra charge other than a smile and good manners. The other day I was desperately needing a prescription delivered but these guys didn’t have that particular medication in stock so they called around the other local pharmacies and found it for me and delivered it all within an hour and I was deeply impressed with the crew of ladies that always look after me when ever I need anything at all. I can’t praise this business and the staff running it highly enough

      This Chemist is not only the best customer service in Bunbury, but I have recently moved here from Brisbane and I am pretty sure it’s the best service I have ever had at any chemist. The staff are genuinely lovely and caring and take the time to help you with what you need. Even with a little toddler with me, they helped me to quickly get my scripts and other items and joined me to their loyalty program all in a short time frame. I am so impressed with their customer service, I wait until I have a number of things and ONLY shop at this chemist. If you live in Bunbury, this is the ONLY chemist I would visit. A VERY VERY happy customer.

      I have been going to South City Chemmart for around 5 years, and it is the best Pharmacy in Bunbury. All of the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I will not go to any other Pharmacy. Thank you to all of the staff for doing a great job looking after me and my needs.

      Refused to sell me cold and flu tablets and treated me like a criminal.

      Yes, I know you are required to do a license check, and that you have to prevent diversion. But maybe consider that it’s winter, the boxes you sell last for 4 days, and that I hadn’t bought any for a year previously? Or are you just trying to peddle phenylephrine, which clinical trials showed has the same efficacy as a pseudo when given orally?

      Clearly the thing to do would be buy cold and flu tablets regularly through the year, and stockpile them at home for the flu season. Which is what I’ll do, but my $20 a pop won’t be going to these guys.

      I gave this chemist warehouse branch a $18 charity.

      I m appreciative of the fact that this chemist is open late night but the staff there lack customer service.

      I bought 2 packs of Ventolin based on ill advice of a gp. Within the day of this purchase , I got a second opinion and was told not to use that for 3 month-old so went back to return it. The two boxes as attached were not opened as you see in those images but the explanation provided by those at the counter for not accepting a refund made ZERO sense. According to them , the medication that leave the counter would be under different temperature or condition or likely to get tampered with. I agreed but not for this medication in question, I am not sure how those unopened boxes that too within the day of purchase would contaminate or change the state of this medication. It is a inhaler that comes with additional plastic protection so not sure how that would affect the medication by temperature.

      Before buying do educate yourself on their return policy and don’t have customer remorse like I feel now.

      Horrible customer service. Absolutely appalled by the way they treat there customers, after entering the store to receive my well needed prescription they didn’t have in stock (Which is fair enough, I don’t expect them to always have it) I received no apology, essentially little to no advice and wasn’t even greeted up to the counter. It was a “We don’t have this in stock” and no further discussion, from what I can see the store seems to be running great but management really lacks the ability to teach proper customer assistance, take this as advice and not a complaint, train your staff correctly. At the end of the day, if every individual staff member is getting away with the same despicable attitude it’s the managements fault. A simple hello and goodbye to a long way.

      The staff is not helpful. When you ask about the scripts , they either don’t know or make you await without telling you. The Dr send them scripts but they were not aware and I had to wait for an hour. The stuff is very rude and they are very unprofessional . I have been to my chemist in Melton and they were very helpful and happy to assist but this hooper crossing one is not good

      Offensive signs about medicine shortages put up. Profits over people at this chemist. This pharmacy would prefer you to come in every 30 days to get their dispensing fees and hope you buy more in store. If you come in every 60 days pharmacies will lose money. They don’t care about medicine shortages. A quick google search will refute anything that is written in response by the owner to this review. The owner just wants his money. Please don’t take his money from him. The Pharmacy guild is a bullying lobby group that gives money to political parties like Pauline Hansons One Nation and the LNP. I guess if you like supporting these guys and love giving you money to pharmacy owner that loves to suck up to the guild. Then keep coming here.

      Good little pharmacy with what you need. Tim and staff are always helpful. I have been coming here for my medical needs for a while and the service is 5 star.       Went to pick up a script while I was out and I didn’t have much fuel. It said “if needed before 3rd contact pharmacist” I went to pick it up on the 3rd, and the Indian pharmacist girl changed the date to the 10th (even though it said 3rd). Never had this happen before. Waste of a trip!

      Had been provided with the wrong over-the-counter medication for a completely different issue and when wanting to return the item with the seal still sealed, a Manager with short blonde hair didn’t even make eye contact and abruptly said that because they don’t know how the item was stored, that it could not be returned. A conversation then begun amongst the front-counter staff who were shaking their heads and couldn’t be any more unapproachable.

I approached the counter with a question but was met with disrespect and a refusal to let me speak to the manager. The worker even went as far as claiming the manager was on a break when it seemed like she was lying.

      Their head office is also terrible at returning calls and responding to emails.

      *Edit: in reply to your response. There was no need to investigate this issue AT ALL. The “CCTV review” and “head office investigation” would have cost more in man hours than just approving the refund.

      Poor & unethical service by female pharmacist, after contact with the owner I am disappointed by their failure to advise what action would be taken to address the issues that were raised or professional oversight and education… This pharmacist already had restrictions in place from AHPRA the registration board. You wait two years to dredge this up again. You are responsible for employing someone who was breaching ethical standards as per AHPRA… You responded thoughtfully at the time and then lied to me or perhaps failed to remember to act as you told me you would. Whatever I had moved on until you respond with meaningless words two years after the event. I won’t be using your stores again I won’t risk that type of verbal abuse from one of your staff again.

      Terrific staff and always wanting to help if you need with a smile. I’ve been up here for 35 yrs and l can honestly say best chemist lve been too. Never waiting longer than 10 mins and you can look around without having eyes on you like you a a criminal like l received at chemist warehouse Durack.       Why do I have to wait 15-20 minutes when there’s no que? I can see that the pharmacist has bought out my medication but I don’t understand why I have to wait? It’s really frustrating everytime when I have to get my medication right before my doctors appointment

      This was the first chemist I used when I came to Geelong as I was staying in the CBD. When I went there I hoped that all chemists in Geelong were not going to be as bad as this one. The pharmacist Tim, I found was extremely rude over the pH even before I got there and the sign says they open at 8.30am . They hardly ever do, I suggested they change the sign to 9.00am and was told by Tim it’s only happened once.

This afternoon the place was pretty empty, Pharmacist in charge C.Watts was having a great time being social, having snacks but I think he forgets customers have their own lives.       Quite honestly the worst chemist I’ve been to for scripts. Wait time is always long even when it’s not busy. The whole back area is disorganised and always very little staff around. The few staff that are there are lovely though and have always been helpful when I ask them questions.

      Whilst this Chemist does have a good range and reasonable prices, lately it’s been taking longer than 30 minutes to dispense prescriptions (43minutes was their last effort). Because the shop is located in a semi industrial area, you can’t easily go and do other shopping whilst you’re waiting.

      The range here isn’t as good as the big Chemist Warehouse in Garbutt however most things can be ordered in for next day from their Warehouse.

      It’s definitely quieter here, so scripts are dispensed faster, but there aren’t as many staff around to ask questions. Regardless though, staff are helpful when asked, and they will endeavour to answer any queries you may have.

      I place an order via the app, receive notification that order is ready, go in to pick up, wait 15 minutes to be served then prescriptions can’t be located, happens every single time. The ONLY reason I shop there is due to their ordering process via the app. Not the problem with staff as they get just as frustrated as customers do. There’s an obvious issue with systems and organisation. It’s what you’d call an absolute S*&T Show!!

      We Went late , just before or just at closing. The pharmacist was so helpful and friendly and not rushed at all. He was caring and wanted to assist with his knowledge and experience.

      Been here twice and Vien has been very welcoming and extremely helpful to show me how to use new medications on both of the occasions. He’s gone beyond what regular pharmacists would do when you start new medication. It’s really perfect for people who are at work and has GP appointment at late hour as this Pharmacy opens from 6pm. If you are around the area, highly recommended to visit this pharmacy!

      Just phoned regarding my mother’s condition and the staff member who answered the phone was very polite and helpful also the pharmacist was knowledgeable and informative of the condition. My family have been attending the 24 hour pharmacy for a considerable amount of time and have never been let down

      I went to get medication and I encounter a very rude pharmacist (Asian looking guy) today don’t know his name. But when I ask if it can be in Webster pack today he replied with don’t you think it’s late notice ? No we can’t. rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. There’s a way of communicating nicely. He was so rude! The worse pharmacist I have ever encounter. Bad customer service. I won’t be coming back here for someone so unprofessional like him. Should be nicer to customers.

      Been a customer for many, many years. Although Jan, the previous head chemist/owner was simply outstanding the staff who have come in since then have carried on Jan’s great work. Sure sometimes you have to wait sometimes for scripts but they are pretty damn busy every time I go in and theres a limit to how many staff you can.employ.. I can’t understand the negative reviews left here. I certainly haven’t had a single problem and the staff go out of their way to help.

      Absolutely disgusted I pay $6.30 for an antibiotic at other chemist .but here they charged me $17 for the same medication so be prepared to pay almost triple. Only went here because it’s 24hr and my chemist was closed and my son needed medicine.
