He really knows his stuff and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Faz’s attention to detail and precision in his work is truly impressive. I’ve been looking for a good barber in melton for a while now and haven’t had much luck till today, the reviews don’t lie with how good this place is. The owner has 30 years experience under his belt and trained his sons to be just as good. The owner has also made sure that the quality of your hair cut is always there and it shows. As soon as you walk in you can tell you are in the right place, they’ve created a cool atmosphere with chill yet professional and family run vibes.

      My partner comes here all the time and I often sit here and wait while he gets his hair cut, the guys here are lovely, they are really personable and make customers feel like they are important, they aren’t trying to pump through customers as quickly as possible, they are making it a genuinely good experience for the customers that do come in, they are good with kids too.

      I have been all over the world (I currently live in the USA) and this is probably the best barber I have ever visited. My best man and I dropped in on the morning of my wedding, and they were amazing. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but we talked it through and even though he had a number of customers waiting, he took his time so that I would look amazing for my wedding later that day. The staff were super friendly and the prices are very competitive for anywhere else I have been. I will definitely be back when I am back in Adelaide.

      I used to always worry about the appearance of the back of my head as there were bold spots around the donor area from a hair transplant four years ago (photo attached). I always thought people were starring at that area which made me quite anxious. Tony mentioned to me during a cut that they had a new non-surgical treatment – scalp micro-pigmentation for people like me. I immediately booked a time with Tony & Lisa for a pre-treatment consultation which was complimentary. They’re sound knowledge about the treatment and caring personality didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. There was minimal pain during the treatment and no anaesthetics was required. There was also no bleeding after the treatment either. Due to my time constrains my treatment was completed over three sessions. I am really glad that Lisa was very flexible with time. During the sessions Lisa was very professional and caring and she always made sure I didn’t have any discomfort. The price is very fair. Most importantly I am extremely happy with the result! I can’t thank Tony & Lisa enough for delivering such an awesome treatment and boosting my confidence about my appearances. highly recommend!!!

      Was my goto place since it opened but I’m now going to fine a new barber. They are constantly turning over staff and this latest lot they have had the past few months are terrible. Went for a cut and shave today, first time I’ve had a shave in over a year but wanted to go all out for an occasion and he butchered the back of the of my head with a line no where near straight and the shave was that bad I had to go home and redo it and fix it myself. He literally did it with hair clippers and never even picked up the cut throat razor to try and clean up what he did. If he wasn’t comfortable or capable of shaving me he should have just said so.

      First time used this salon. Requested the most simple hair cut (I am long hair and just wanted it around 5cm shorter)
      Booked for 4:45pm. But I wasn’t able to sit on the chair until 4:55pm.
      1. didn’t even spray water on my hair before combing and cutting
      2. Pull my hair very hard using hands. Really hurt.
      3. Finished cutting with less than 10 cuts. No layers at all. Then I had to get up and leave the chair.
      Paid $29. And walk out at 4:58pm

      Didn’t bother complain with them. Think they are hurrying to close at 5pm

It was difficult to explain to her that the style just didn’t sit right even when I would spend a lot of time trying to style my hair. The hairdresser at James Gray was diligent to fix it to my satisfaction and the style stayed good and easy to maintain. Will go back!

      My dissatisfaction extends beyond the color didn’t align with the vision I hoped. The handling of my hair was quite rough, leading to a level of discomfort that bordered on pain. The forceful manipulation of my hair made the styling session a distressing experience.

      Moreover, the water temperature control during the hair wash was a significant problem. I found the water to be either scalding hot, posing a risk of burns, or extremely cold, making it incredibly uncomfortable to complete the hair wash properly.

      ​ The place is lovely I just hope the business owner will pay attention to those matters.

      I was passing through Bathurst and needed my hair washed and blow waved. I went online and booked an appointment with Chloe. What a treat!! From the moment she greeted me with a warm, beautiful smile to the time I walked out with very nice hair, she was fabulous.       I was not supposed to leave a review but today I had to go for my beard and as usual I thought of going to Yousefs but then I remembered my previous experience here and said nahh and then I could not stop posting a review. Honestly I have been here a few times and all are lovely but this lady on 27/03/23 around 1345hrs when I was there for my beard trim, was so grumpy, no smile, no hello and the way she was pushing my head back with no communication at all was not a good experience. I had to say ” can you please tell me when you want me to look up”. I explained her what I wanted but the end result was not good. When I tried to tell her that this was not what I was looking for , she said NO you told to make it this way. You can check the cctv as I explained clearly not just with words but my hands showing from where do I need it faded. I just got so mad, i said ok and left. Though she charged me only $10 looking at my mood, it was not about money at all but satisfaction. I am not sure why she behaved so, was it because I was Indian? Brown? No idea. But yeah she made me stop coming there forever. Sorry but I could not hold it any longer.
