3 months agoLovely service, very convenient and accessible as you simply drive in and drop off/pick up at the door.They provide a wonderful service and will even wash pet bedding. I struggle with a brain injury and I found the team here very compassionate and understanding. I have come to rely on them for the beautiful washing/drying/folding/ironing that they do for us. Recently lots of Doonas needing to be washed and dried due to a anxious kitty. All of my washing came back clean, free of the annoying fragrance and didn’t itch. To top it of, my laundry was all neatly folded and sorted so I could just put it straight away. Best laundromat ever.7 months agoI can’t thank Mum & Dad’s Laundry enough for the fantastic job they did with my winter blankets and doonas. Being elderly and in a wheelchair I have neither the ability or the machine to wash my blankets etc. Mum & Dad’s not only washed, dried and folded my blankets but also helped me by picking them up and delivering them back to me. The staff are professional and a delight to deal with and their prices are so reasonable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.7 months agoClare, and her team, are the best. I’ve been using their services since I moved to Goulburn in March ’22, for my Massage Towels & personal washing (especially through winter). I can drop my towels off in the morning & pick them up the same arvo. They are always reasonably priced, friendly, professional & accommodating. Thanks heaps ?

Went at 4:59 to pick up an important parcel the other day. I run up to the door to apologise for coming so close to office closure just to have the door shut and locked in my face before I could say anything. When I came in the next day the same lady who locked the door in my face was extremely rude to me when I enquired about my parcel being at the post office for I had been left a note asking me to collect it.2 months ago“This process takes about 20 minutes and we close in 18” went to Queanbeyan post office and it took 4 minutesa year agoI’m joining the long list of people posting negative reviews.
