      I asked to get the inside of my car cleaned – basic vaccum and wipe down. The gentlemen said it would be $135, which I questioned. He then said he would do it for $70 for me (which is the price for inside and outside clean) but would make sure it was immaculate. When I picked it up an hour later and checked it, it had not been vacuumed properly at all. They completely missed the middle seat between my kids car seats which had crumbs all over it still. It had dust and marks left all on the leather still.
      Very disappointed when I paid 70$ to just have the inside done! Rip off! Make sure you check before you pay! I asked for a refund which they would not give to me.
      I had put my baby back in her car seat and when I questioned the cleanliness of the car he started spraying the chemicals on the seat while my baby was in the car.
      I don’t recommend at all.
      The workers seemed new as the he was showing them how to vacuum.
      Waste of time and a waste of money.
      The man also said that it needed to be steam cleaned to get the stains off- but they came off for me with a baby wipe.

      My car looks better than brand new! I had some paint stains from leaking ceiling removed and inside detailing and the car looks amazing! I’m impressed by the outcome and the cost was reasonable. The only criticism is that it was sometimes hard to communicate with the owner because he kept talking over me but overall he was really helpful and dedicated to deliver a good outcome.

      Got my car fully detailed, cut n polished and interiors steam cleaned. Amazing transformation of my car. I highly recommend all car owners to use their service. It was a pre sale cleaning and buyer loved the car. It was bought by first buyer. Outstanding detailed work by Mr Dinesh.       Sad I can’t come back to my once go-to hand car wash shop after 2-3 years. New management…

      Says a lot.

      One of the workers made a small chip on the front window. I immediately saw it as soon as I sat in the car to head off. Drove straight to Chadstone and parked the car. And immediately took photos of it. This was on 18th of June 2023, 5:39pm (the thick of winter).

      I watched them wash the car for the last 10-15 minutes. It was dark, no lights fixed for the workers. Talk about health and safety and two, more chances of missing spots and mistakes.

      For a fact, it was the worst hand car wash job out of all the other times I came (a friend can attest to this).

      Anyway, I immediately contacted Jimmy (the owner) he said they can’t do anything about it. Great. Thanks guys, I hope the previous owner buys the shop back then I’d consider coming back.

      I’ve been to SSC since 2015. They’ve always done a very thorough and awesome job inside and out. Today was my first time at SSC with the new owners in charge. The insides of the car were a bit wet. Which was ok. But it looked like someone had the water on while the boot was open so the carpet parts got wet as well. The door jambs were also wet. Not what I expected for a almost $70 hand polish package where they do clean the door jambs. Perhaps a bit of training for new staff to pay attention to detail and also dry off the non visible parts of the car.

      This shop is not like before any more since new management. I’ve been using for yrs now as a local, so disappointed recent couple of washing. Main thing is longer time at least 2hrs, it’s not they are busy,.not enough workers than before. Don’t plan around 1hr what they say. Also poor quality of washing. I always choose Hand polished for better job. This time it took 2h 20m, passenger seat head wasn’t wiped at all as there’s still hair oil on leather. Still Dog’s hair on floor, the manager said can’t remove because need a special brush and extra charge $10. I’ve been using this shop for years and never like this, always satisfied. 1st time was just after new management, most of workers are same, now workers are changed and less numbers.
      Also no more cash discount.
      Not 5stars wash place any more, it can be just around 3stars

      My husband and I recently visited the Alexandria store and we were absolutely blown away by the service we received from Blake. Neither of us are very knowledgeable when it comes to construction or tools, which was extremely daunting when we decided to take on some DIY home projects. Blake took the time to explain product features and pros and cons and we were very relieved to feel as though we were not being taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge!

      We were treated like valued customers rather than a quick sale to be made and we could not be more thankful!

      Generally ok, until you have a faulty product. After that they just don’t know what to do and they never follow up. Had a faulty hot torch which was supposed to be a warranty job, nobody has followed up with me about it. Have rang several times to try and get a replacement, each time was told something different, eventually I gave up, bought a new one and requested a refund and they still haven’t sorted it out. Am back on the phone yet again for the 5th time in 2 months trying to get a solution. Pray nothing goes wrong.

      Horrible online shopping experience – I ordered the brand new working bench with Sydney Tools dated 15 Feb. The stock and delivered date were checked with Daniel before placing the order. I also requested the driver to give a call one hour before the arrival.

      On the original delivery date (20 Feb), nothing was happen. Hence I called Daniel in the afternoon. Unfortunately I was told that my delivery was missing and the delivery would be arranged on next day instead.

      On the next day (21Feb), the bench was suddenly turned up my home which I had to rush back from office to collect it. Unfortunately the bench came with few dents on the front drawer and damages. I didn’t accept the working bench and Daniel then told that the new working bench would be delivered three days after.

      After the three days (24 Feb), nothing was happen again until 3pm I was told that it had no delivery since no truck was available. I was further advised that it will be delivered on three days afterward (27 Feb).

      I checked the status of delivery with Daniel in the afternoon of 27 Feb. Suprisingly, I was told that nothing was scheduled again since the refund was requested but I never requested any refund. It is so horrible purchasing experience with such a big brand when I just simply buy a working bench only.

      Horrendous customer service. The guys have no enthusiasm, they are uninterested and are rude. 4 weeks and counting for a pick-up order I placed. Anywhere else it would have taken a few days to a week max! Today was the fifth time I’ve called the shop. The guy who picked up the phone was so uninterested I felt bad for interrupting his day. Same again no one knows what’s going on I had to bring him up to speed. The order still hasn’t even been placed. I asked for a refund immediately and I’m buying from a reputable shop like northern abrasives. I suggest other shoppers to do the same. Avoid this place! Complete waste of time.

      Ordering click and collect will not save time…it is slower and more troublesome than going in. Website said items were in stock…they were not. Told new stock would arrive the next day. Went in three days later….no stock. Items are never picked ready for collection. Staff go off searching for everything when you get there. And the staff are useless and don’t know where things are in store. It is literally slower and more bother than just going in.

      Very good and nice stuff. I highly recommend the best professional staff named Mohammed who is so friendly and always help you out. Every the delivery or manufacture delays, but he just ordered from other Stores and always solved problems for you. Every time I went to the store, I never see him stand there free. He is always busy working or busy with costumers. No doubt that man should get pay raises. Coz him, I’d like to purchase all my tools from him and his store. Trust him so much. And very impress shopping experience for years.

      By far the best place to buy power tools from. The guys at the Dulwich Hill store are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful out of all the stores. Great size shop with plenty of stock on hand. Everything is well laid out by brand and type making it easy to find what you need when you need it. If they don’t have an item on hand they will order it in for you or have it sent direct from one of their many stores to you. I always shop at Sydney Tools and if you’re in dulwich hill I encourage you to stop in and have a look around.

      Tldr – take what these guys say with a grain of salt, do your own research and use another store if possible.

      Bought a surface cleaner attachment from these guys and it wouldn’t spin properly, came in at 5:15 to get a swap and was told they couldn’t return it as everyone with authority had gone home.

      Re attended the next day and the manager told me that my pressure washer wasn’t strong enough (rated to 3800psi) and I needed to upgrade to a $1000 unit THAT WAS RATED LESS THAN MY CURRENT UNIT!

      I asked for a replacement anyway and he took it off me and told me it would be at least 2 weeks for a replacement. Spoke to another store and they said my unit was plenty powerful enough and gave me a new surface cleaner and it works perfectly fine now.

      NO IDEA ABOUT TOOLS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM CASTLE HILL STORE Went it to buy a vacuume and grinder shroud. Vacuume is ok but when he was showing me the grinder shroud he assured me it would fit on my grinder even showed me. I asked him muiltiple times ‘yeah it fits but will it work on my 230mm grinder properly? Turns out the shroud is for a 180mm not 230mm blade and binds up on it so it doesn’t work at all and is actually extremely unsafe. Went in to get a refund they refused and said they would get management to call the next day, never received a call. Worst service I’ve ever experienced will not buy from them again.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THE CASTLE HILL STORE Made an online purchase on Saturday based on the product being available at the Castle Hill store and free delivery within 3-5 business days purchases over $99. The next day (Sunday) received an email saying some of the items ordered were not in stock. I sent a reply asking how long the delay would be – no response. Called Friday – 5th business day later to find out what was going on. Was told items had not arrived yet. Told them to cancel the order and refund my money. Was then told it would take 5-7 business days to refund the money!! Hours later was contacted and told the items had arrived and waiting to be collected. What a basket case – never again.

      Hello Health is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Not only are they not honest they tell lies. I placed an order for a product 7 weeks ago. I was told the New Zealand supplier was in process of shipping to Australia and I would have my order in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks elapsed and no call from Hello Health. I called asking for an update week 3. I was told by James the delivery was delayed and should definitely arrive the following week. 1 more week elapsed still no call from Hello Health. I called again on Friday end if week 4. An assistant said James unavailable. Eventually i got hold of James. He then tells me a story that his NZ supplier forgot to ship the product I was after in the shipment he received from NZ so no calling me back with this information i had to relentlessly chase this company. Then week 6 James told me the product I ordered will be there definitely next week
      Its now week 7 a Friday June 2
      No call from Hello Health James is not working this week and a staff member said this product was on back order contradicting what James had said

      I highly recommend both Ellen and Lauren.       Just wanted to let you know I had a great experience following the leaky gut diet. I was previously having to take some kind of anti-acid treatment like gaviscon or quickeze every single night to prevent acid reflux, and having a “regular” system seemed like something that happened to other people.       I have visited a few Betty’s so far since one of my good friends is also keen to treat himself with some juicy burgers.

      Personally I am not a big burger person, but I do enjoy burger places when hangout with mates. To me Betty’s comes with a sense of retro, and every time I visited, the service I received was always good.

      So I am giving a 5 star review for aesthetics and good memories.

      Update : Betty’s have responded to my review below asking me to email them, I emailed them a week ago, they haven’t responded.

      First off let me say, the staff are lovely, the thick shakes are amazing and it’s a great location. We visited yesterday (and yes it was a 2 for 1 burger day) but the quality of the burgers was really below average, the outside of the patty was REALLY hard, like crunchy, which let the entire burger down. It took 25 minutes for our order to be made (yes they were busy with takeaway orders) but the staff apologised with a free shake (which was great) unfortunately we won’t be coming back, waste of money on the burgers.

      On August 18, 2023 in Sydney, I had the greatest burger I have ever eaten. I call this beauty the “Hexi special”

      Please order: the Noosa Classic Surf with these add ons: 1 extra cheese, pineapple, beetroot, pickles, egg, beetroot, & avocado sauce. The buttered prawns make such a great addition in this burger.

      A good burger can come from anywhere. What makes Betty’s Burgers stand out is the love and fresh ingredients put into them. The ability to customize ingredients is game-changing. Make your special burger, special.

      Super friendly and welcoming staff (they even took a polaroid of me with my specialized burger haha). The restaurant has a sweet surf town ambiance. This looks like a fun place to work and it’s definitely great to come dine.

      I hope one day they open up a Betty’s Burgers in my home, California. We will welcome you with open arms and hungry stomachs!

      As far as burgers go, those from ‘Betty’s Burgers’ are decent enough. They taste good, look great, are nicely sized, seldom disappoint and are adequately priced. Just watch out for the pesky pigeons and seagulls, which can be a nuisance.

      We came up to Sydney for a few days for my birthday and we didn’t want to go anywhere overly fancy. I’ve had Betty’s Burgers before and I didn’t think anything that highly of it but this store redeemed the Betty name! The service was accurate and fast, the food was made in an efficient time and served nice and hot. I absolutely loved how soft the buns were and all of the flavours complimented each other.

      Disappointed, I work nearby and often see it packed during lunch hour. I read the review and got a positive review. So I was expecting it to be good. I ordered the Betty’s classic with chips.

      The food took longer than expected to come. Don’t understand there lots of people in the kitchen.

      The burger was bland, not enough sauce, and meat patty was thin. The chips were under season and did not look fresh.

      Maybe once off a bad experience, I might give it another go, but not anytime soon. To be honest, it’s quite a letdown. Flipp burger located at Greenwood Plaza had better burger and faster with half the staff.

      I ordered a Betty’s classic and a Truffle fries via uber. Firstly, the order took longer than estimated which is understandable as the delivery driver arrived late with the order, so the food was cold.Then i take a bite of the burger and all i could taste was the burnt bun. How could you guys serve customers such a burger is beyond me. This was the first time I ordered from this restaurant and probably will be my last.

      I’ve been years ago to the Cronulla location and I recall the experience and taste of that burger to be absolutely outstanding!

      The burger on this recent evening in the city was nice but not wow like in my first experience. I got the one with prawns and ended up taking them out as they were soft, so are them separately instead. The lemonade was a bit flat tasting, and the onion fries were just ok. I admit I went in with high expectations after my first experience.

      My friend got a burger and fries, and the fries came a bit cold and soft, not to my liking.

      The server was very friendly and kind.
