      I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was great, not very busy, plenty of parking and a little time waiting at the cashier (not the self checking out area, but the one with a person scanning and packing). The only issue, if we can even call it an issue, is the traffic with the restocking pallets. For that reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Another thing is that it has almost anything I need.

      I ordered a click and collect on the 26th Feb for a 2 pm collect. Got there at 1.50 pm. I called 5x and got hung up on.
      Called the shop and spoke to a young bloke Sam. He replied sorry mam I will be right out 15 mins later still no order. Called again and spoke to a lady sorry mam we will be right out. She brought out my shopping in a trolley with the most disgusted look like I ruined her day. She passed rudely the trolley and said there. She was so rude and the parking. Why could you not put shade cloth or something? If you make people wait so long for orders.

      I used to shop in here all the time but now it’s predominantly self serve registers. They have one or two cashier registers but these are always extremely busy and if you have a few small items it’s not worth the hassle anymore

      I didn’t like that idea at all, but my pre-teen daughter wanted to go there, so we did it. As announced, it was very rude service. Waitresses ussed a lot of f-words and “shut up”, we wanted for our order 1 hour. As I understood it was a part of scenario. Food was expensive but good. I ticked it and made it for my daughter (she was happy). I will be happy never come back there again.

      It’s was a wild expierence dining here. The food was nice, especially the wings. The waiters tried very hard to offend us and humilate us, but we were not clever enough to react??? Still we really enjoyed the “suffering” here!

      Poor experience since the last time I used them. They wanted $100 extra for a table top because it was heavy. Zoom didn’t charge me extra when they moved me last time. Beside the table top is on wheels (there is no need to pick it up) so the weight does not matter. Never using them again.

      Absolutely fabulous restaurant. From the moment you enter the door the staff are attentive and very obliging. Your coats are taken away and you’re given a ticket to the cloak room and escorted to your table. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were well informed of the menu and suggested some lovely additions to sample. Loved the wider tables to allow for share plates. The squid ink pasta with muscles and swordfish was so delicious. I’m definitely returning to try some of the other delicious food.

      Fantastic service. We were thoroughly impressed with the service and food. Staff were attentive but not overly so gave us the space we needed but explained the menu well enough so we could make the most out of the experience. We headed to the bar underneath for after dinner drinks and then service was amazing too. I’d highly recommend and being so close to Circular Quay was a huge bonus.

      Great atmosphere and tasty food. Service was bit of a let down. We didn’t get the food menu until 20 minutes after being seated and this was few minutes after asking for one’s as well. We’ve asked to order some drinks first and the host advise that they would call the wait person to our table who never showed up. We’ve ordered some bread for table first and ordered all our food after 30 mins we were seated. The bread and the entrees came, the wait person didn’t check in until much later whether we were ready for our main. We got our mains 1 hour and 30 mins into our dinner, by which time we were on our second bottle of wine. I think it may have been 20 mins after we got our mains, when we were told that we had 7 minutes to vacate our table because there’s two hour limit. I’ve advise the wait person that we had to wait so long to even get our menu at the start and our main. But she advised that she couldn’t do anything and started clearing our table without asking whether we’ve finished our meal and she brought the bills. I give 3 star for the effort they’ve have made after all this has happened, offering complimentary dessert for the birthday that we were celebrating and letting us stay a bit longer to finish our dessert and wine. I can see the big gap in the level of competency between wait staff, which is given as normal these days in any workplace, but having paid $100pp for a meal, I expected more than the service I’d get at McDonald’s.
