      My car was washed at 4:30 today, I would never go back to this location….. totally not worth the money. It’s now 6:10 . See for yourself, as photos provided. The fellow who helped with the payment was very affable, however it just doesn’t cut the appalling wash, not to mention a waste of time and money.

      The wash itself is good and staff when manned are very knowledge however the card payment adds time after you press stop on half price days. Caught me out, finished my wash, pressed stop, machine added 20min. Worth keeping in mind if paying with card or bring cash much simpler. Still worth going to tho

      The guy working is not helpful.
      They need to fix their card scanner it deducts $15 every time u scan your card.
      Even if used $2 it won’t refund the money.
      So be care full before scanning your card

      In an entire mega Woolies, during peak checkout time, there was exactly ONE, yes ONE, person on checkout.
      Self checkout is not viable for some. Woolies can you do better than this. Lash out a couple of dollars on checkout staff and clear the queue.

      Woolworths Rosenthal, Is a great supermarket they have all you need and the staff there are great, if you aren’t familiar with where things are and you want a particular product, they will happily assist you and find what you are looking for not only that if you have a walking stick or a Walker and you can’t search for what you need they will find that product and bring it right to you. Also if you don’t want to shop where there is a large crowd this is the supermarket is for you! I shop there myself and I have never had a bad experience. I give this store a thumbs up!

      Absolutely hopeless online team members! 3 times now they have not checked their freezer and I get home to find stuff is missing. And if you try and ring the store phone number outside 9-5 business hours it just rings out! Management really care about the customer experience!

      Pathetic store! Won’t even honour the Woolworths Bricks promotion where another store is out of stock & advises you to take your receipt to them. Don’t bother!! They won’t give you any. So much for customer service & team work between stores! Doesn’t exist at Clifford Gardens

      I had a very bad experience at this store. Never again will I go there. I ordered 2 of their platters for my sons birthday party. We got a message at 11:45am saying our order is ready to be picked up . Our selected pick up time was 12-1pm. When we arrived to collect our order it came out with only 1 platter and the rest of our order. Our other platter and our Main platter with thw wraps was not there. I asked the girl at the counter and to her reply there was only 1 platter in the cool room. She then checked with the girl how was handling the platters. Colleen was her name and she told me we picked that platter up earlier . No one came to get 1 platter and why would we collect 1 item from our whole order and before it’s ready time. I then asked the lady if she checked their order number and her reply was ,yes I’m not stupid . The customer service we experience was horrible! There eventually was 3 team Members behind the counter discussing the situation. They were all clueless given us no options what so ever . I ended up asking for a refund and asked who the store manager was , turns out the store manager was 1 of the 3 team members there the whole time . Such poor leadership skills. After I asked who the store manager was then she decided to give me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. This was happening at 1pm and my sons party was at 3pm . I’m not happy about the mess up nor am I happy with the customer service.

      LOTS of bare shelves at 6pm and open until 9pm!! Only went in for about twenty items and one third of my preferred brands were unavailable and some didn’t even have any alternative brand options at all!       Visited Coles Sandy Bay at 6:35 pm today to purchase a BBQ chicken. There were no chickens available and despite a sign saying ‘No chickens available? your next one is free’ the deli staff said “No we don’t have them because the deli has closed early” . 6.35pm closure seems extremely early, particularly as many customers would be expecting to be able to buy a chicken for their dinner. I was very disappointed that I had to go to your opposition, who were putting out fresh chickens as I arrived

      Rude rude and rude . No customer service skills. No product knowledge. Robots R Us ! Forever running into customers with their stupid huge stock trolly crates. They don’t even look.       I love this Coles. They always have everything I need, and it’s always clean. The Deli is always fresh. I still find that the only downside is having to use the self serve checkout. I know this is not the staffs fault though. It can be challenging though with kids or lots of products. We like to go early and it’s usually quiet.

      I was hostilely accused of stealing a few items of groceries and it was taken to the point where the staff member took items out of my bag from other shops and accused me of stealing from there and wanted to escort me back to those shops to try and get me in trouble when I clearly showing her proof of purchase, but she did not believe me still. Furthermore, I just called the store and spoke to the manager and he blamed me and was asking me why I was accused and kept saying he can’t do anything not even talk to the staff member about it, so just watch out because they just go around accusing people of stealing for no fair reason just on the basis of stealing. She did not even provide a reason to search my items however I still let her and her hostility continued towards me. Will never shop there again I advise you to shop at other grocers as they seem to be more reasonable and fair.

      On Wednesday Ai witnessed shocking behaviour from a male worker from the office- he was speaking so rudely to this lady that forgot her butter when leaving.       Rude women named offer working their as a service manager stared us down waiting in line at check out for a good 5 minutes only to rudely tell us she can’t serve us because we had more then 15 items and the items were baby food and a couple bigger items. She is just a rude and lazy worker who should of told us while we were waiting in line but chose to waste our time glaring at us in line while I have a sick baby with me and then she seemed to take delight in rudely refusing to serve us. She should of told us when we were waiting but she was obviously hoping the worker beside her got us but got it was her that ended up with us she refused to serve us because she is to lazy to do her job. Don’t have someone who is rude with no customer service skills working as customer service manager! It’s ridiculous and I won’t return to a store that treats customers like this! Store manager probably won’t do nothing to improve her behaviour

      Only 2 stars because of the extremely poor service. I had 20 items in my trolley, there was only one serviced checkout open with 3 people waiting, all the self serve checkouts were being used, there was no one at the 15 items or less with 3 staff. I asked if I could be served and was rudely told “No, you have too many items”. So I went to the only checkout with a staff member. It took me 20 minutes to get served. I kept my eye on the express lane and only 2 people were served while I was waiting. By the way it only took 2mins for the girl to serve me and that’s who gets the 2 stars. Definitely would not recommend this store.

      I was shopping at woollies woodgrove today. My usual shop. I attempted to ask a staff member for help. I asked her 4 times she grumbled at me then come over. The price was clearly not on shelf. I told her this. Her reply it’s underneath the slabs. Omg I’m 60 how can I pick them all up. She then scanned the item and grumbled at me again. I said thankyou she said yeh. I’ve shopped here for years never had a problem
      I rang the store 2 times but apparently no manager. I’m not going back. I don’t deserve to be treated so rudely

      I’m extremely not happy with the service! Had no stuff on only a couple had alot of shoppers, so went through self service and the computer system is absolutely terrible I give this situation zero stars, instead of getting more self service computers how about hiring more people!!!! Not to mention we got accused of not paying for water when we put it in the system!!! Im very not happy about all this situation…. hire more people its simple…..!! Not Happy…..

      Paper bags currently issued are a joke, barely hold anything and the arse falls out of them so will use a trolley, no bags to take to the car and will clutter the car park with the trolley, usually one or two serviced registers open the rest is self serve, poor or no service means I leave the goods behind and go to Coles
