Store was bright and clean and friendly staff, needed more people serving on the checkout but I think all stores struggle with having the right number of workers. I work in hinkler, and EVERY DAY on my break I choose to go to coles to grab a cold drink. Every single time the cold drinks fridges near the tills are all empty. It’s either engery drinks or a soft drink to choose from, no water nothing. Just soft drinks or engery drinks with 10 empty shelves in every fridge. They are empty every time, I’ve never seen them full or being filled like come on guys how hard is it. Obvs won’t be going to coles for my drinks or food during my break anymore I’ll take the few extra steps and go to Woolworths as their drink fridge is always full of options besides sugar.

Excellent shopping centre, plentiful carpark, have gym, chemist and many other take away shops. Coles also there and very confinient doing grocery shopping in there.

Dear Kmart, Coles, Woolworths etc etc and all other stores that have self checkout —
You are almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there there was a lady checking receipts at the exit, stopping everyone.
I didn’t choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying “Ma’am” as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. I’m not interested in proving that I did your job for you. You want me to be a cashier with no training then that’s your problem not mine. Don’t Audit me for a position you refuse to employ any longer.

A couple of months ago I would have given this coles a 2 if they were lucky. But in the last couple of weeks I have seen some much needed improvements. The store is much cleaner and the staff are much friendlier. There was a new lady there, smiling laughing with a dimple sure she said she was a manager. Excellent customer service. Need more of her very helpful and great attitude. I will continue to shop there I hope it keeps improving. Lastly I forgot to say the deli looks so much better products actually look full and fresh not empty and dull.

Store seriously lacks stock, especially items on special. If it’s on special, order more. Also the past 2 months have had a real problem with bad fresh produce. Always finding mouldy grapes, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, qukes, apples, pears. Staff are aware but it keeps happening.

UPDATE: Returned to the car wash as requested and the owner was very helpfull and agreed to re-wash my car. This was undertaken with some difficult to remove road grime being manually washed off at no cost. I am very happy with the response and overall service received.

Dog wash is dismal – water barely skin temperature in the middle of winter! The tub leaks, the seal is broken, been like that for months, ended up with a shoe full of water today. No conditioner again, complained last time and still hasn’t been filled. The floor is filthy, covered in dog hair and mud. Taking my business to KaBling or Vasse dog wash from now on. Owners obviously don’t do any maintenance but happy to take your $$$.

Super impressed will be going back again.
I have Tried so many products to remove insects from front of my car but to no avail, but these guys managed to get them off

Drop a wagon in the I’m lending. Said all I wanted the outside washed, the inside vacuumed but not on the boot area & the windows leaned inside & out.
Car looked clean when I arrived, went manager & paid the $130 he quoted.
Hopped in car & looked through the windscreen, only it didn’t look like it had been cleaned as asked. Backed the car out & once in the Sun light, the w-screen looked even worse, ask home for a rag & he jumped in saying what’s wrong. My wife pointed at the problem, so he wiped it down. On him getting out of the car, he noticed the driver’s window looked the same & wiped it as well. Once back home had a look over & none of the windows were done properly & the rest of the car was just ok. Not worthy the money paid, as he name the price for works asked.

After being recommended by a mate, I’d thought I’d give them a go! They did not disappoint! After heavy off road action, driving through scrub and on the beach, my hilux was looking a little worse for wear, Given it is near new, Considering what I did to it, it is now close to show room condition! I absolutely will not be taking my car anywhere else at all! The boys went top to bottom and now it is looking nothing short of immaculate! Good work fellas! I’ll be telling everyone to go to you! Absolute champions at what you do! I’m very impressed!

Booked my 4 year old 4WD in for the first time after 3 weeks on the Gibb River road and exploring the Kimberley.
