3 weeks agoI call , and the reception pretends not to hear me, she pauses for a second when I say I’ve gotten sick very fast have auto immune and need some medicine please… the part that makes me think she was pretending was she waited till after I said all that to go “um hello?” Then I go to say hello at the same time as her and she stops mid word… she hangs up, I call back again after 10 seconds to try talk as she doesn’t pick up at all this time…..a month agoAttended this morning for an appointment, front desk staff were both friendly and handling the changes with charging patients well. Not much posted about the changed in policies for no longer fully bulk billing however still a decent price. Drs I have seen ar all fantastic along worth ether front desk draft for today.3 months agoThis was my first appointment in a new practice. I was seen 25 minutes past my appointment time, which I didn’t expect to have to wait that long. Nevertheless, when I saw my Doctor, my matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently so that is pleasing.4 months agoBoulder medical do a fantastic job seeing as they are the only ones in Kalgoorlie that bill bill anymore. You do have to sometimes wait a while but the doctors are thorough and don’t want to kick you out after 5 minutes. 3 years agoApril has always provided great service to myself and our family, and will always be our “family doctor”.She co-managed with our obstetrician when we had our girls, and has always been there for any thing that has come up along the way.

3 years agoDr Raj is absolutely brilliant. Such a down to earth, straight forward and patient doctor. He listens intently, truly “hears” what I have to say and feel. He spends time with me without rushing me even if he is busy. First class doctor this guy. 110% recommend Dr Raj to anyone. Tell him straight. He’ll tell you straight. Bless xx4 years agoI used to visit a fantastic GP here who has since left. Wen’t to book in the other day with a new GP and was greeted over the phone by a sour and rude administration officer. I attended in Person and was again greeted by a rude administration/front desk clerk. Everything seems too hard for the Collins Street Surgery and I would not recommend it. When you are down and ill a simple smile and friendly greeting can make any experience a good one, you won’t get that here so save yourself the disappointment.3 years agoEasy booking and check in, and my appointment was on time. Very happy with Dr Raj, he took time to discuss my health issues and ways to address them.4 years agoWaited over 1.5hrs for a Dr even though i made my apt one week prior and confirmed the day before. The surgery wasnt even busy! I had to cnx subsequent apts. Not happy.
