4 months agoThe reception at IFMC is very kind and helpful. I have been at IFMC several times and I have not had to wait long to see Dr Anna Bui. Dr Anna patiently listened to my health issues and concerns and helped me to follow up with tests.7 months agoWe have been at this Medical Centre since it opened. Our GP is fabulous, always goes above and beyond for us. He is patient focused, listens intently in consults and we consider ourselves so very lucky to have such a great GP! The nurses are great too – reassuring and supportive. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful.3 months agoJust wanted to write our special thanks to Dr D Casey. His care and dedication to my mother Marie Tatham in Warrigal Nursing Home was exemplary. It was a relief knowing she was in good hands. Thank-you so much. Paul Tatham7 months agoReally happy with my Dr at IFMC. Always feel listened to and understood. I never mind waiting. A good Dr is worth waiting for. Reception is efficient and professional. My only concern is the fees but that’s an issue with Medicare.9 months agoGood Dr’s rooms, clean and comfortable. Plenty of Dr’s on hand, as well as Pathology, Imaging, and Chemist facilities. If there’s any complaints I have with Illawarra Family Medical Centre is the charger’s they charge and if you ring for an appointment, how long your left on hold. I would prefer the staff at the front desk just not answer the phone when they’re busy. Then you know to call back. Other than that great Dr’s surgery!

2 weeks agoEvery doctor l have seen at Orchre has had the highest level of knowledge, professionalism and a healthy dose of empathy, which you really need in times of illness. They seem to diagnose ‘people’ in their entirety, rather than just symptoms, taking in lifestyle, diet, mental health and everything else that contributes to your overall wellbeing. The appointment was close to time and this practice has so many allied services incorporated into the facility.6 months agoWhen my longtime GP Dr Jim Turner retired several years ago and retired, he recommended Dr Marc Wilkinson at Ochre Medical Centre in Crown Street, Wollongong. How fortunate for me and my wife to have such a wonderful caring GP, during my recent spell with serious illnesses he did his utmost to liaise with the specialists. Thanks to Dr Wilkinson I’m still here, and hope to be for a lot longer.
