      Vegan range is extremely limited (also be careful to check the packaging, as the vegan and vegetarian stuff is all mixed in together, with even some non veg stuff around it!).

      If you do visit though, be sure to pick up some of the ice-cream mochi (in a fridge right near the self checkout). All the mochi is vegan, and it’s really good!

      5:45pm Monday afternoon no checkouts open. Customers with trolley loads having to wait for self service. Asked to speak to manager on duty, after a 10 minute wait, told that there isn’t a manager on duty !! Nice young man, Ben, apologised & said they were short staffed (yet again) & that he would open a checkout. Not good enough Coles. ☹️☹️☹️

      It is by far the cheapest place in town to get your scripts. Always friendly and always helpful staff. Even when busy, the wait time on scripts is satisfactory. I trust them to know something simple their shelf supply can treat without needing a doctor’s visit.

      Very untrustworthy people, one woman there is incredibly rude. They took advantage of the fact my support workers pick up my medication and we’re making them pay for all the scripts and packing fee every week even though my scripts last a month. Very unimpressed!

      Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a product I used to buy from Blackmore’s (celery/juniper) that no longer is available, and had lovely help from two people to find a suitable replacement. Am quite happy with price and service for items on the shelf, have not had a prescription filled.

      I attended chemist warehouse wells st Frankston at 9.45 am 28/7/23 to make a small purchase. I was made to feel most uncomfortable by the security guard, to the point of him actually approaching me and making eye contact whilst I was looking at moisturiser. This is the second time I have experienced this with this particular guard. In the future I will avoid shopping there due to this experience. Disgusting. Furthermore, when I mentioned it to the female cashier , she rolled her eyes!!!! I requested that she mention it to management, however due to response I doubt that she will.

      I just went to the chemist to get something. I had the security guard follow me around the entire store. I paid for the item and he still asked to check my bag despite watching me pay for it. I WILL NOT BE BACK! This is such disgusting behaviour and he never did it to anyone else either.

      I’ve been coming here for a while, the pharmacist here are very helpful. I’ve also found the customer service staff smiling, Cheerful and helpful as well. On top of that the security guard in evening is helpful, cheerful and greets you on entry. Staff here seem really happy which make’s a great customer experience.

      Used to be a good chemist, but ever since ownership changed – more new incompetent pharmacists were hired. I was sent an online prescription and they refused it saying I need a physical copy… I bring the physical copy and they refuse it.. flawed work ethic – I’d rather go elsewhere.

      My husband has epilepsy. Script had expired female pharmacist more than happy to give him enough to last a couple of days. Returned to pharmacy later male pharmacist refused to help. Not sure if they are aware of duty of care and their code of ethics ? Will be getting the male pharmacist name and reporting him.

      I attended Prahran Midnight Pharmacy tonight to request a S3 medicine. The pharmacist was very professional and friendly. She thoroughly explained the medicine and how to take it, as well as providing some general suggestions on how to improve my issue. Great knowledge and friendly service.

      Went in last night as I was feeling sick and housemate down with flu. Told the “assistant” and he got the on the shelf cold and flu tablets. I said no thanks I want the real stuff behind the counter. He went behind the counter and acted like I was asking for heroin and the lady chemist behind the counter said “you have no symptoms of cold or flu yet so this won’t help”… I explained I was feeling unwell with sore throat… she said “well this is a waste of time as you’re not sick but you get them if you must”.

      How dare a chemist tell me whether I’m sick or not. Today I came down really unwell and took these and feel much better (not 100%) but a lot better as a result.

      What a scary and unwelcome experience. This chemist from last night needs to treat people a bit better. I left feeling like I’d been attacked AND feeling unwell.

      Rudest experience EVER from a woman I assume the acting pharmacist for the day (Sunday), with brown curly hair. We had previously fulfilled a script with this place and politely asked for another fulfilment as we had misplaced the paper script and urgently needed a new fulfilment. We brought the box in to show our details/Dr and said our Dr could send through a script as we urgently needed the medication. We were met with such rudeness, it’s face kept screwing up with such distain, saying well you’ve only been here once, and it’s only “(insert product” medication… insinuating the medication wasn’t important. How do you know this is not important, do you know our personal health records?

      I’ve never experienced such rudeness, where is the duty of care? When we could have had an e script fulfilled tomorrow (Monday) when you clearly have our details on file. Change your attitude and level of care. Absolute Disgrace!

      Edit: and I was leaving someone came in (a DR) urgently and said there was someone outside having a suspected anaphylactic shock requiring an epi-pen and the same pharmacist was showing the same distain / attitude and all she was worried about was this person paying for it, which of course she was. But light of the situation it was an emergency! This person should NOT be working in health care. The owner needs to take a hard look at who he is employing.

      And reading the comments here and your responses I’m not surprised we received this service. I suggest you reconsider your about page on your website as this is the opposite of what clientele are receiving . “All my staff share my values and know that being trusted, reliable and down to earth will lead to a valued pharmacy experience for all. I am very proud of my team of staff and the professional care they provide to our patients every day of the year.”

      The pharmacist Daniel is extremely rude. He treats you like a criminal. Even though I’m a teacher, he questioned giving me extra medication when I was going away on holiday, refusing to ring my doctor to confirm it was okay. Worse still, he refused to supply me with medication full stop. My other pharmacy was out of stock and I was fortunate enough to get it from another pharmacy. Daniel clearly has a god complex and is a controlling person. If you expect to get any favours from him you are wrong. Once I was kept waiting 20 minutes whilst he purposely kept me waiting talking to somebody about a product.His mannerisms are as rigid as you can get. He lacks communication skills and negotiation skills. To think that he is part owner of this pharmacy is farcical. He is EXTREMELY rude. You may not get what you wanted so don’t waste your time Give your money to a business that deserves to profit from you. Such a nasty little man does not deserve your business. Please go elsewhere. Do not support this business. Daniel has tried to justify himself for the bad service I have experienced with his response to my review. He personally considers the medication “unsafe to dispense” because that is his personal opinion, but why is it that two other pharmacies are only too happy to help me? Does that mean that they are unprofessional? I think not! As I reiterate : ”Daniel clearly has a god complex!” Who is the unprofessional pharmacy in this situation?

      The pharmacist Will is one of the most caring, kindest and genuine people I have ever met! All of the staff are so lovely and always remember your name and Will has gone above and beyond for me and my whole family several times! We have been using this pharmacy exclusively for years and I highly recommend them to anyone! You are in and out with very little to no wait time at all!!! I am so pleased with Pharmacy @ Knox and can honestly say that they have made the last few years of health issues much more manageable due to their genuine compassion and care!!       I called ahead at about 10pm on a weeknight to check if an item was in stock for my daughter but instead of what would of have been a perfectly acceptable yes or no, was provided some totally genuine and warm advice, a product comparison and some casual knowledge droppage from a lovely staff member (whose name of course I have diligently forgotten). Thank you again though 🙂 I had not known there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Knox City (drove to Nunawading first remembering there was one open late there near the Maccas but it’s not anymore) so am so pleased that I found “Pharmacy@Knox 24” (,,,and on that note it’s all in the name really isn’t it? No mucking about there!!)

      A beacon of light (literally, amongst the cold carpark of Knox and metaphorically for me and my family on a fairly challenging day). Doing god’s work! Just being open is already amazing, having the energy and warmth to give advice is just chefs kiss awesome.       Was just served by Nicole. She was warm, friendly and happy to assist. She really seemed like she wanted to help when we asked for advice about what product to purchase, giving us a few options and explaining the benefits of each.       Really glad to have a nurse avaliable at night when all the doctors are fully booked or closed. We went on Thursday night for my daughter and the nurse there was so attentive, so lovely and gentle with my daughter. My daughter was screaming histerically and the nurse patiently waited for her to calm down so she could dress her wound. Very happy with the service.

      Fantastic friendly service, can’t recommend highly enough!

      All staff members are super knowledgeable and have a fantastic free service where your medication can be dispensed in blister packs so I don’t have to worry about missing a dose.

      My family’s prescribed medication has always been in stock, so no wait times like I have experienced at other chemists in the area.

      I have been a regular customer for 12 years. Blooms chemist Wyong offer a very professional service and genuinely care about your health. All staff have a good knowledge in relation to my needs and the products they provide. One of the staff, Lauren has an excellent demeanour and always makes me feel welcome when I enter the chemist. She loved a chat and a laugh. In dealing with Lauren over the years, she has shown to be a good assistant to the chemist and I believe she is an asset to the business.

      I just called in with a plea for the chemist in charge today to help me out with my script which is always left at my Brooklyn pharmacy (closed on Sundays).I accidentally ran out of my meds. I desperately need my anti anxiety meds now but the chemist in charge refused to help a very anxious person (who has run out of her prescription meds) Very sad that more people can’t help a fellow human being in desperate need.       Have been going there for years.

      I was given another person’s medication. When I returned the medication ,I was accused of waiting for one item then taking and paying for four. I had given them 3 escripts and bought eye drops.

      Pharmacist promptly told me that they were waiting for the police and also rang Gosford Hospital. He failed to ring myself the customer. I was labeled a thief for paying for medication he presumed were mine. He then look the higher ground of judge, jury and executioner.

      No apology for the inconvenience that it caused me. Absolutely no people skills nor respect for older women. No admission of fault from the pharmacist, then the guy on the front till asked if the medication was free. I replied no I’ve paid for it at the back.

      Naomi and Caitlyn are both absolute gems! Their kindness and compassion while dealing with my issue today was like none other. These 2 girlies just turned my worst terrible day, back to a normal happy day!

      I first dealt with Naomi who gave me advice on how to get my script changed so I wasn’t paying money I didn’t have to pay. After speaking with the original doctors office and receiving little to no help, I returned to the pharmacy to ask for their advice. Upon my return, Caitlyn both worked together to solve the problem at hand (doctors office not resending prescription promptly). I can’t thank these 2 enough for helping me the way they did today, they totally went above and beyond to get me the help I needed and I can’t thank them enough! They deserve the world and so much more!

All I wanted was some over the counter sleeping tablets as l didn’t want heavy meds to help me sleep , I said “just the cheapest “ as money is a reason I’m not sleeping the moment .pharmacist then went on to lecture me about how I should buy melatonin over the counter .. but unfortunately I’m 6 years too young!!! Then I asked for the cheapest pack which was $10 which I have paid before for 20 tabs and only when I got home I had realised I had been ripped off by $10 there was only 10 tablets in the packet so basically I I was shamed for not being able to sleep age shamed and then ripped off ,,, well I hope you sleep tonight Greg !!!

      The staff at this chemist are getting so rude and abrupt!

      I have been getting my and my mothers medication for years at this chemist….

      I understand you maybe getting abused by the undesirable, no excuse to treat your long time customers rudely!

      Eliza who severed my mother today was extremely rude while other staff stood there and listened to her tone and her rudeness. For absolutely no reason

      kindness doesn’t cost anything and soon you will have no customers left.

      I see in the reviews for the last couple of reviews also express my dissatisfaction in service.

      Either you all need to reconsider your customer service policies and procedures or get a new job

      They are very busy and still get the job done. I’ve been there multiple times and this pharmacy is always packed. Well done to the team, they have to deal with a lot of rude people like many here doing bad reviews, imagine this in real life.

      They operation is not like the dream dispensary everyone is hoping to have yet, but they sure are the only ones trying to do something for the medical cannabis industry in our region.

      We should all be grateful to have a pharmacy in GC distributing the goods to the people.

      Came here for the first time to fill a script on Friday 21/4 and was told that they would need to make my script and I’d have to come back another day to pick it up, which was fine. The young woman serving me took my number and said that I’d most likely get a call tomorrow, but “PLEASE don’t clog up our phones before Monday”. I thought this was unprofessional and she could’ve just said to call if I hadn’t heard back on Monday, but I was polite and left. When Monday came and I hadn’t heard back I called and had no one answer so I left a message. I waited several more days before calling again, and once again no response. It has been almost 3 weeks with several unanswered calls, messages left and I’ve heard nothing back. Extremely frustrating to wait for a medication when in this time I could’ve already gotten it from elsewhere.

      Not useless just no idea, I had scripts deemed “illegal” because of some TGA regulations that have now changed, I was told I would need all new scripts, I had my doctor on the phone for over an hour, you pharmacist contradicted himself, he said he was on holiday for 2 weeks, then as I said how come you’ve dispensed me before then? They then said that, 2 days ago it was changed when they had a meeting, okay So was this a meeting amongst you or the TGA? Cause you was on holiday?

      Either way I don’t understand why my scripts are accepted one day but the next they are not, I asked for my scripts back, due to this being the issue if that’s the case, went to a pharmacy around the corner (same area) And I was served no issues, no “illegal” script issues

      Not just that, the girl on the phone first, Sharon Shelly or something with an S, doesn’t give people time to explain themselves They just determine they know it all, yet she had to pass me to the “head” pharmacist, Long story short stay away from this pharmacy , it’s the only Amcal I’ve ever had issues at, only pharmacy I’ve had issues with

      Don’t use their deliver service, it’s a complete joke! Been waiting to pay for my order so it can be shipped since Monday 5th June and noone can tell me when I’ll be able to pay for my medication nor when it will be shipped. Fast forward to Thursday 8th and the pharmacist calls to ask what’s going on with my order as it’s still sitting in the shelf. Finally they take payment.. Barvo guys you’ve left me without medication for 4 days and your own staff don’t even know why.

      I suffer from a major depression/anxiety disorder as I was on holiday there and the beautiful Australian/Asian heritage pharmacist rushed my medication to me asap as I was crying, gave me water and even gave me a hug while talking me through it. Iv never experienced such genuine care and compassion from any stranger or even medical professional. Its so rare in life to meet humans like that. I’ll always appreciate his genuine care.

      I’d give no stars if that was an option. Came in for a script tonight and waited almost half an hour (store was empty). No one called my name out for the script, eventually I went to ask the staff busy gossiping at the front for it, the young guy looked inconvenienced that he had to turn around and pick it up. I asked him how long it had been ready for and his reply was “a while” and laughed. In empathetic people should not work at in a chemist of all places

      My Aunty generally likes this chemist and its staff but she had such a horrible experience that she won’t likely come back ever again. She came in on a Saturday, before meeting me at 12pm for lunch to get her blood pressure tablets and there were 2 female pharmacists working. The taller blonde lady was busy and the darker haired pharmacist came from the back to take my Aunty’s script. Never before has she ever been questioned on getting her medication a few days early from a script. She was spoken to in such an abrupt manner that made her feel like she was doing something terrible when she just needed to get her blood pressure tablets. She has not had any issue in the past from this place before or anywhere and this medicine is not even abusable( I checked her bottle at home and the medicine she has is called prexum). She only had 5 tablets left in her old bottle so how is that too early? My Aunty decided to leave without getting it and when she met me for lunch I could see she was very upset and she said she was spoken down upon in a rude loud manner like she was stupid. I decided to go with her to another chemist instead and they gave her the tablets without causing a fuss. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from a health professional. Pharmacists are meant to communicate to people with more of a calmer demeanour and not make the consumer feel humiliated. Won’t be coming here again as there are plenty of other chemists in Surfers.

      Started to get a runny nose and a tickle in the throat so bought cough mixture to nip it straight away. Got arrogantly and condesendantly told if I want to nip it go see a doctor. If I hadn’t paid for it I would have given it back and said, “I’ll do just that”. Next time this local will go Chempro where I get much better service.

      I hate going here and only go if I’m desperate. They ALWAYS over charge me, I have told them the price I usually pay ages ago and they took my script back and changed the price, but it was still $4 more than my usual chemists. I went in tonight and they charged me literally double my regular price. I didn’t say anything as I was too sick and tired to even bother. Just won’t use them again in the future.

      My 19 yo daughter came in with a contraceptive prescription. She was diligently asked if she wanted the generic for that and then she was served and charged for the brand one, Yasmin without even tell her that the generic was out of stock and that the one she got was the most expensive one. I called 2 days after and asked if the generic for it was available and it was! I explained what happened and they dismissed me saying you can come anytime and change it if you haven’t used it yet. Of course I can! I would have like to hear apologise for a behaviour that seems driven just by profit not surely for the best interest of the patient!

      Worst service ever.

      So train your staff to speak to customers with empathy. I went in to buy restavit. I was questioned as if I was going to commit suicide. I just had trouble sleeping from stress. Those tablets are glorified antihistamines. You couldn’t OD on them anyway. Any person working at a chemist should be serving people with empathy.

      Travelled here to get my sick child’s script filled on a Thursday night at 11:40 after being turned away from the so called John Flynn 24 hour pharmacy as they were closing. A wonderful staff member at Chempro palm beach was polite and very helpful. Script filled within 3 minutes. Cannot recommended this chemist enough. Very grateful for this 5 star business

      Stood at the payment register for a few minutes, staff came and staff went but they didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t say they’d be two minutes or whatever just left me standing there like a lemon. It’s just common courtesy to at least acknowledge I was there. So I’ve had to leave and find another pharmacy. Very poor service.

      Dr khan is fantastic! The issue is see here is the fact you cannot get through to reception if calling, have called multiple times to try and get my son booked in to get his vaccinations but can’t get through to anyone, it’s as bad as Centrelink phone lines, terrified about my son possibly missing his vaccinations because I can’t get through and can’t go in atm because of being unwell, only have a week before his vaccination cut off time

      I had the privilege of meeting Dr Khan at the Village Medical Centre, Dr Khan is OUTSTANDING in every way. She has the ability to connect and you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. Has got to be the best doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a few. Dr Khan is truly amazing, before I finish speaking she already has the answer. Seriously, if you are looking for outstanding quality of medical care Dr Khan is your answer. Oh and the reception staff are extremely helpful.

      Appointment and follow-up appointments were available within a reasonable amount of time, everyone was very polite and kind. Dr Moheb is fantastic. The assistant who helped him today kept me laughing and talking so I didn’t get wrapped up in my anxiety. Overall a great experience.
