      Luciana is the most caring pharmacist I have ever come across! She is always willing to go above and beyond and takes the time to address any issues I have had. Every time I visit, she checks in on my health and wellbeing. The staff are so friendly, and sometimes I may have to wait to be looked after but I understand that they are giving everyone else the same level of care, so I’m always happy to wait.

      Poor service from staff that are incompetent and should not even be working in a healthcare environment. The residents of Gladstone would do better to find an alternative pharmacy with knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I do not mean this about all Chemist Warehouses; this is definitely a first in poor service from a Chemist Warehouse branch.

      We had a script which is for an over the counter medication. After making us wait 15mins for the script, we pointed out it was over the counter, to which the staff said that “no you’re wrong, the script is for a stronger dose”, only to eventually dispense THE SAME STRENGTH medication 15 mins later, which we asked for.

      I will add that not only am I a Registered Nurse, I personally use the identical medication.

      Addit: Next time I encounter those two staff members, I will name and shame them. Consider this a warning Chemist Warehouse; tell your staff to fix their attitude problems.

      Type 1 Diabetic given a different variation of insulin pen which requires a reusable pen instead of disposable, i was told they were ordering it in on a few occasions only to now tell me they dont supply them and they had no interest in helping rectify the issue they created. Very poor customer service.

      Called a kinkora Chemist and they were absolutely lovely and had no issues to help find the correct pen that should have been supplied in the first place.

      Prices are higher generally but love that its open till 9pm.

      However hate no one ever asks about your optimal membership card at checkout. I have to literally remember else I walk out and remember then. Amount of money in rewards I’ve lost would be horrendous considering what I’ve spent there. I mean think of the elderly or those with cognitive decline or idiots like me that just forget. Every other business asks. Everyone. Wish they’d ask. Think its just good customer service showing you care.

      Mel & her team are caring & professional. As a family with changing pharmacy needs we will always refer to the optimal team. Not only are they very knowledgeable but they will do everything possible to be cost effective for our budget. When something comes up & we can’t get into a doctor the same day, Mel & her team are great to check in with to see if there’s something we should be doing until we can get in to see the doc. They also offer a great app that helps with staying on to of ordering/collecting repeat medicines.

      0 if I could I’ll repost after I go to the actual pharmacy tomorrow. At 930pm tonight Thursday 13/07/2023 myself spoke over the phone to pharmacist only one on at that time, She seams to have forgotten her duty of care attached to her degree and the current qld medical dispensary laws, bit of a god complex mmm seams to occur with certain occupations. I Didn’t want or need a pain killer of any kind synthetic or not I don’t need a speed based medication in any form. Just need a medication that is safer than paracetamol or asprin, that is life or death occasional medication i need I’ll go to this pharmacy tomorrow with info that they need and see if they will dispense it won’t be difficult to actually get the scrip during the day tomorrow yet I will go there tomorrow to see if I will use them again. Oh I’ll post a review after that. Take care everybody, pick your battles this one for me yes I’ll take it on.?

      Great chemist to shop at, if you feel like being condescended and berated! The staff are generally rude and UNEMPATHETIC.

      I presented an emailed copy of a script from a last minute telehealth appointment earlier that day. The woman serving me, gave a look like I was a druggo trying to scheme my way into a hit…

      comments were thrown around like ‘it’s not that we think you’re trying abuse these pills’ and ‘we cant tell how many scripts have been filled already from this email’.

      I asked the chemist if I could have one tablet to help me through until I sorted the issue in the morning. In short the answer was no, I’m most upset because he knows the ramifications of that answer and said so out of spite. He gave me repeated glares and came across as if he was better than everyone else, he treated the woman serving me with total arrogance.

      I walked away thinking the chemist is racially prejudice.

      Not the first bad experience coming from that particular pharmacy, but certainly the worst! I’ve been going there 9 years now and will not again after last night.

      Lastly, any good reviews left here, are from friends of this establishment or they’ve bought them in a feeble effort to try and mitigate the damage their toxic service provides.

      Rang ken Lai on Tuesday 3.1.23 to get a script filled. Advised that I was still testing positive to Covid and asked if he could come to the car to get the script. He refused saying that I don’t go to his store often. I used to live in Caboolture for 4.5 years and ken Lai was the only chemist I shopped at. I now live in lawnton and cannot travel to Caboolture every time I need a script filled. Very rude and abrupt response from a chemist that I was a loyal customer for 4.5 years. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      Excellent customer service. Almost Christmas but when I rang requesting a specific item the person that answered the phone obligingly went online and checked availability. Not something they usually stocked but organised it to be in store with the next order. When I went in to the shop to collect the girls hadn’t had time to unpack the orders. Instead of suggesting I came back later they bought the delivered boxes through and proceeded to look for my item.Naturally, the last box! I appreciated their cheerful “we’ll do it right now” attitude. They made my day! Thank you.

      Every time I come to Mildura my lips get sunburnt/wind burnt and they hurt and sting and go red and crusty. I decided to go to this chemist warehouse and ask for any recommendations that could save my lips. The lady was amazing!! Had beautiful customer service and showed me what products would work best for my needs. Even mentioned a lip scrub however I just stuck with the Burt’s and bees lip balm and an overnight lip mask that was suggested. They were both in my affordable range too!! I religiously used both products together and before you knew it my lips have looked the healthiest they have ever been! Thank you Mildura chemist warehouse!

I have bought these axact drops time and time again for the same problem.       I’ve had exceptional customer service from the regular sales team. They would have received 5 ⭐’s, but I deducted a star because in the dispensary, I had an unfortunate experience with the pharmacist on duty. I must have annoyed them when I told them I was going to quickly check that all the item’s were present and correct as per my preferred brands. Her response when I was finished and signed the prescriptions so she could get back to other duties was a little perplexing, she passed (threw) the items at me with such force they scattered all over the counter. Since that day I only go here for the fantastic prices on all the great products they sell, I don’t get prescriptions filled here anymore. As I stated above the regular sales staff are brilliant and courteous every time I shop here. Chemist Warehouse truly can’t be beaten on price in this rural location.

      Did come today (25/08/22 AM) to seek advice about my kid’s nasal spray. The pharmacist who attended to me was arrogant and busy chatting with his colleague.

      I was the only customer that time so I do not know what his excuse for being rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. I felt insulted for seeking advice to this pharmacist.

      If I can rate this with ZERO star, will be more than happy to do so.

      Arnold, the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes personal interest in his customers and explains in detail about the medication, how it is to be taken etc. The staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. The merchandise in the store is displayed well and the store is clean and tidy. I particularly like the ‘clearance’ of cosmetics. I had an occasion to have my blood pressure checked there and the lady was most efficient and attentive. The store is convenient for me and I am very happy with the service and customer satisfaction they endeavour to achieve. It’s a pleasure to drop in there every time to pick up our medicines.

      By far the best pharmacy I have come across on the Sunshine Coast, wonderful, knowledgeable friendly pharmacists and staff, seldom any wait, plenty of parking. Friendly with the personal touch warehouse style pharmacies don’t seen to be able to deliver. Great hours also. RECOMMEND.

      Won’t be coming back. We used to buy all our medicines here for years. They used to have friendly and helpful staff. Apparently this is not the case any more. We were served by an extremely short tempered, rude, eye rolling lady ( the receipt says Sally) who was annoyed by the simplest question. We will never ever set foot there again.

      Went here this week trying to fulfill a script only to be ignored for around 10 minutes the whole time only metres away from one assistant having a personal conversation despite seeing I was looking to be attended too. Then there were others who plain ignored me and the pharmacy wasn’t even busy. After being subjected to this I’d seen enough and walked out. I’ll never visit their pharmacy again here or anywhere else.

      Customer service is obviously not a priority here.

      Always served fast when here and staff are friendly. Although better communication or updated policy is needed. Went in Wednesday to refill my compounded script, was told by a pharmacist that they had just gotten their delivery/order and were currently compounding it but it may take a while so offered me 30 tablets (paid for 100) for now and that I would get a call when the rest was ready. Completely fine, I’ve done this before with this medication here and would rather they give me some to survive until I can get the full amount. It is not fine though when it’s already been a week and nothing especially when told it is literally in stock. Ring up Thursday morning as I’ve completely run out of it and I take it daily. Explain the situation to 2 people before I have to explain it to the Pharmacist who is still confused about the whole situation. Eventually tells me to come in after lunch and he’ll have it sorted. Come in after lunch, tell the front counter lady I’m here to pick up the medication that is owed to me. After 5 minutes she eventually speaks to the pharmacist I spoke too on the phone, who comes out to talk to me. Tells me the reception was really bad on the phone and asks me what medication it was and how much looking confused. Goes back and after 5-10 minutes gives me the right medication.

      It is not my job to follow up with medication that I’ve paid, or what medication it is or how much is owed to me or if I’ve paid for it, or worry if somebody is actually going to contact me. I am hoping that this was just a one time miscommunication thing and would rather not have to deal with this again especially when I have no choice but to refill my compounding scripts here and pay an extra $60ish compared to any compounding chemist in Perth.

      Getting through staff at 777 to talk to the Pharmacist is near on impossible!!!! I really wish the shop assistants at 777 wouldn’t ask so many personal medical questions when I ask to talk to the pharmacist. When questioned I was informed the shop assistant didn’t have any medical training but wanted to know my personal medical conditions, I find this highly unprofessional, annoying plus a breach of my privacy. After using the chemist for 4 years I’m sadly moving to a chemist in town… I’ve literally had enough of having to stand up for my privacy rights as a customer.

      Visited today (I live local) wow! I haven’t had amazing service in a pharmacy I don’t think ever. It’s funny how you just get used to going to a pharmacy expecting supermarket service. You guys are not like that at all. I WILL ensure I regular your pharmacy from now on. Great work!

      Had a booking for the Vax but went in a week early in hopes of a walk-in hustle. Too easy. We are delighted to have got in sooner! Excellent service and everything made simple. Relief!

      This is by far the best Pharmacy on Hobart based on my experience (many)

      I have serious medical/Psych concerns that other Pharmacies have made the process so difficult, which is infuriating and highly stressful.

      I highly recommend everyone to use this Pharmacy and you won’t regret it.

      The staff are very pleasant to deal with and they have a great range of stock. Unfortunately the service is as slow as a wet week. Hopefully they implement some changes to speed things up as I will continue to shop there provided I don’t have to wait 30 to 45 mins each time I go in there.

      I always laugh when I hear or see the advert for this pharmacy. Twice I’ve been in there and been completely and actively ignored by staff. Don’t go in unless you look rich I guess. I’ve spent a good 10 mins waiting for staff in there with no interest. I will say once there was a young girl who was friendly at the counter but that was a while ago. If you need anything serious other than a pack of jelly beans then go elsewhere.
