Really poor customer service and I have dropped in a couple dozen times, occasionally okay but mostly rude, abrasive and generally useless service wise.
No toilets, wanted to wash my hands before eating at Subway, no can do! Toilets are there but locked and out of order sign on them. Been like this since 7 11 took over. BP actually maintained them.
I prefer to avoid and recommend you do too.

Avoid this service station at all costs!The fuel pumps did not appear to be working and when I informed the lady at the till she was most unhelpful . The pumps still did not work and the lady became rude and told me to be patient but did not explain that it is necessary to wait a full minute before fuel appears. Either that, or she was deliberately not switching them on. I suggested she put a sign on the pumps for the benefit of customers. She is rude, obnoxious and arrogant and I will never use this service station again.

The Indian lady is so rude and disrespectful she honestly should be fired. Her people skills are zero and judging on a few other post on I’m not the only one who thinks this. There was a lovely young lass working there who has left and when I said to this Indian lady that this lass was lovely and why did she (the Indian lady), treat people so rudely her reply was ” yes, she was nice because I paid her”. She also said that it is my problem that I find her rude and she behaves like this with everyone and if they don’t like it they can leave…. it’s there problem and she’s not changing for anyone. While she was ranting to me all the while she was poking and pointing her finger at me. I couldn’t believe it. She once got really cranky with me because I wouldn’t buy a packet of cigarettes that had been opened, that’s right “it was open, the wrapping taken off”. She started abusing me. This woman should not be working with the public, she gives 7eleven a bad name. Why is she doing this job if she hates people so much.

I stop at this service station almost every morning for either fuel or a coffee to help me through the day. My sons also enjoy the southern fried chicken wraps and will often buy a slurpie after school. I have found the staff to be very friendly.

Worst customer service ive ever encountered in my 50+ years. If the rude, ignorant lady who i dealt with worked for me – id have her retrained or removed from her position immediately. We’re all accountable for our own actions, and after todays interaction with this lady, i can guarantee this 711 will never see any of my hard earned money cross thier counter again.

After asking the Chemist Warehouse to check their systems and after being spoken to like a thief I asked for a full refund and told I was being Unbelievable. I was then advised a Refund was not available unless I could present the Real card that I did not have on me. I then had to instruct the Operator how to issue the refund back to my phone! No apology for the realisation the payment had been received. Disgusting service and I will NEVER RETURN!!!!! Shame on your staff Chemist warehouse Darwin City!!!!!

I had to get an email showing them that they agreed for it to be sent.
After I refused to leave the found it in a pile of unopened mail.
I don’t mind that it was misplaced, mistakes happen. It how you deal with your mistakes that define you.
Terrible customer service and poor personal values.

Terrible, rude service from the female attendant tonight (26th September).
Not a smile or a welcoming “hello”.
I stood at the counter whilst she slammed the chip shelves repacking them and cars were waiting for her to press the button so they could fuel.
AN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.
I politely asked if she was ok (as I could easily see she was angry at something), to which I got another rude reply which I couldn’t understand as she spoke in her native language.
I asked her what her name was and she replied “I don’t have a name,” which I find hard to believe.
Why don’t they have name badges?
This female needs to be trained in customer service and be grateful she has a job.

Normally I have a great, fast experience here. This time when I got fuel I was on a phone call and the fuel wasn’t working. I looked in at the lady and she was smiling at me. It took me a long time to realise I was doing anything wrong because the lady didn’t give any indication that I needed to put my phone away. I eventually realised my mistake and I put my phone in my pocket, and waited for the lady to turn it on, she didn’t, after looking at her for a long time (confused that it still wasn’t working) and her still smiling at me, she came outside and said “you can’t be on your phone”. I said “I’m not anymore I hung up a while ago” she said “no you didn’t I’ve been watching through the window” – I didn’t argue. Just wanted to get home quickly after a long day and the process was much longer than it needed to be.

After paying for fuel the console operator claimed my EFTPOS transaction was declined even though the EFTPOS machine and EFTPOS receipt said it was approved. I was made to pay again. The transaction went through my account twice. I approached 7 Eleven North Ipswich to get a refund only to be told they wouldn’t refund. After phoning 7 Eleven corporate office to lodge a complaint they advised that stores can’t refund and I would need to lodge a dispute with my bank which involves fees and a time delay. 7 Eleven Corporate Office couldn’t care less.
