      I visited this place 4 years ago when I attended the 2018 APEC Summit held in Port Moresby. This place was used as APEC international media center which was good because it has spacious room, more than enough to host hundreds of journalists.

      As its name, of course there was swimming pool but I didn’t have a chance to try it. Anyway it was a nice experience to visit such unique and beautiful country as PNG.

Auckland is one of the few cities in the world to have a harbour on each of two separate major bodies of water. Initially the size we wanted wasn’t in stock, being advised that it would likely take a week, however it was in store within a few days.       I found my trip today not so good. We went in and down to the fish where it took 20 min for us googling info about the fish to make our choice. We then went to the counter to ask if we could get the fish and were told they couldn’t be sold without some of our home tank water to be checked. This is a stupid rule we have spent thousands of dollars there on fish. If it’s policy then make some signage or have a staff member willing to help not just stand behind the desk.

      Great Wharf for cruise ships, perfect location to jump off and explore the city without needing a shuttle bus transfer.

      If you are arriving here on a cruise ship make sure you check out Mount Maunganui and Main Beach, both are purely stunning. Bring your walking shoes for Mount Maunganui.

      Our cruise ship docks at Port of Tauranga.

      Once alighted from the ship, my friends and I look for a local tour company to take us around. We do not have any luck, because two ships arrive almost at the same time, and most tourists booked before arrival.

      We continue to walk from the almost empty carpark and pass Salisbury Wharf. It is nothing really spectacular, probably the atmosphere may be different in the evening.

      I can imagine the wharf is an ideal place to spend time sitting and looking at the ships as they come and go by.

      Apparently Salisbury Wharf is a popular fishing spot for kingfish, travelly and sting ray.

Initially flat out refused. Fellow didn’t even ask me what the issue was before saying no. Was escalated to management. Agreed to refund but still wanted to blame me for not checking BB date before purchasing. My advice, be more approachable. Accept responsibility for short comings.
