      Was scheduled to have my haircut with Monty the owner but Ali asked if he could cut my hair since he was done with his customer early and I was okay with that. (Monty also asked if I was comfortable with that, which was nice). Ali gave me a great skin fade… seems like all of the guys there are really good at what they do. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice haircut. I would love to go back and have them be my regular barbers, but unfortunately I am leaving Australia

      Guys are all great and friendly. They do great cuts specially fades. Just tell em what you want and they will sort you out. I forgot the name of the young man who cut my hair. He’s really good and hard working. What I like about him is with a brief description with what I want, he immediately know what to do and of course style my hair. Thanks young man! Keep it up. This will be my go to barbershop when I’m in goldcoast. Booking is essential here as they have a lot of customers.

      Where to start? So all the Guys in this shop can shape hair in such a carrying and stylish way that lasts long. All the time I walked In the place was a pack of people. So I suggest booking in; even if the cut is not listed, call them at least. It will save you time and frustration. They must be trendy. When they fully book these, there is no hope you will have your cut. I highly recommend this place. I`m so pleased about the full salon.

      The guys here were friendly, made me and my young son welcome as soon as we walked in, and did a great job.

      The adult haircut and beard trim was incredible – not rushed and kicked out the door, but classic barber service and style.

      Then the patience and care to give my son (3 year old) a safe and stress free haircut was first rate.

      Couldn’t recommend more highly.

      I have been all over the world (I currently live in the USA) and this is probably the best barber I have ever visited. My best man and I dropped in on the morning of my wedding, and they were amazing. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but we talked it through and even though he had a number of customers waiting, he took his time so that I would look amazing for my wedding later that day.       I used to always worry about the appearance of the back of my head as there were bold spots around the donor area from a hair transplant four years ago (photo attached). I always thought people were starring at that area which made me quite anxious. Tony mentioned to me during a cut that they had a new non-surgical treatment – scalp micro-pigmentation for people like me. I immediately booked a time with Tony & Lisa for a pre-treatment consultation which was complimentary. They’re sound knowledge about the treatment and caring personality didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. There was minimal pain during the treatment and no anaesthetics was required. There was also no bleeding after the treatment either. Due to my time constrains my treatment was completed over three sessions. I am really glad that Lisa was very flexible with time. During the sessions Lisa was very professional and caring and she always made sure I didn’t have any discomfort. The price is very fair. Most importantly I am extremely happy with the result! I can’t thank Tony & Lisa enough for delivering such an awesome treatment and boosting my confidence about my appearances. highly recommend!!!

      Three issues that stood out. 1. Asked for a haircut, they said I had the wrong name so I just showed pictures of what I wanted, they did not try and understand what I wanted and just gave me a haircut they that was different from the requested one 2. Barber consistently stopped cutting my hair, even turned the clipper off, to talk to colleague sitting down. This happened until another customer came in. 3. When I asked to alter my haircut in a straightforward way “can you just shave up to this line and that will be fine” they ignored my request and continued on. I left, paid, made no effort to provide feedback as it was clear it would not be looked upon favorably and came to Google for my first ever review of a service. Cheers

      Amazing just Amazing, the service here is one of the best shops here in Gosford, the workers are amazing nice and helped me pick out what is best for my head shape, 11/10 would come again and will come again. i am very satisfied with my haircut and so is my Family. The workers have amazing nice clippers and have really good hygiene, they are very clean, always wiping their machines. They also give you free drinks when you come in (i got a water). I 100% really do recommend coming here. and after my haircut one of the workers gave me a ‘after shave cologne’ as a gift. once again amazing service and amazing work done on my hair. all the employees are professionals and experienced they know what they are doing.

      I recently visited Kingsmen Gosford Barbershop with high hopes of getting a quality haircut, but my experience there turned out to be a complete nightmare. I left the establishment feeling deeply disappointed and utterly dissatisfied with the results.

From the moment I sat in the chair, it was evident that he lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail. Despite explaining my desired haircut and even showing him a reference image, it was as if he didn’t pay any attention or understand what I wanted.

      The haircut itself was an absolute disaster. It felt like the barber was working blindly, without any consideration for the style or shape I had requested. The end result was a complete mess that bore no resemblance to what I had asked for. My hair was left uneven, with jagged edges and uneven lengths, giving it a highly unflattering and lopsided appearance. It was a butchery job that left me feeling deeply distressed.

      After years of loyalty to my usual barber, I felt it was time to change things up and venture somewhere new. A friend recommended Kingsmen, so I gave it a shot.

      Naturally I was anxious, however George was very friendly and welcoming. He gave some recommendations on styling, and is communicative on the process. The products used are great too. I’ve just had my second visit and have decided that this will be my new barber. Thanks George.

      It’s also warming to see other customers enjoy their experience, and I’ve noticed they are great with kids too.

      Had a few decent haircuts here, always friendly service and nice guys. Taking off 2 stars for the $5 “tax” fee for card payments. I understand a card surcharge is normal, but a flat $5 fee represents a 15% to 20% surcharge, which is illegal according to the ACCC: “Businesses can charge a surcharge for paying by card, but the surcharge must not be more than what it costs the business to use that payment type.” Hopefully the owner sees this review and corrects your policies.

      Rushed a simple number 3 back and sides, taking a grand total of about 15 minutes, all while cutting unevenly and accidentally tearing bits away when he got too aggressive with the clippers. This would’ve been perhaps what you would expect from a $20 haircut, as advertised outside, but I was charged almost $35 without any prior warning. Be wary!

      Jafar is by far the best barber I’ve ever used. The boys are always extremely friendly and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

      Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews, they’re just bitter people who didn’t cancel their bookings before the 2 hours notice period.

      The boys (Jafar and Abbas) are well known for having celebrities and footy players come for cuts, and it’s obvious why after giving them a go.

      Highly recommended.

      I’ve been coming to Barber Realm for over a a few months now, this has to be the worst cut yet. Although the fade is blended well, the front of my hair looks straight up odd. Multiple times I tried to make sure and show the barber who was cutting my hair, the length and what I would like it to look like. He continued to say “yes that’s fine” but now I have ended up with a weird bowl cut with a taper fade on the sides and back yet I was charged full price regardedless of how my hair looks. I am not happy with the service and I am completely confused what to do with my hair without making it look stupid. The “textured fringe” I asked for is nothing close to the video I repeatedly tried to show in order to make sure it looks similar, not happy with the service this time around at all and now I can do nothing but wait for my hair to grow back… BarberRealm removed all my rizz.?

      I’ve been a regular for the past 3 years but I’ve felt utterly frustrated with my most recent service at Barber Realm. I was given one of their new barbers after a very long 2+ hour wait, who somehow managed to butcher one part of my hair because they were in a rush (although I didn’t notice at first due to poor lighting that day). This was very unfortunate because I was hoping to propose to my gf on V-Day and don’t have the time to get this fixed as I work very long hours most days of the week. I get that it’s also very busy here but when prices have been raised and when the majority of us are willing to wait a very long time for a haircut, we do expect a decent service. Another reason for me giving a 1 star is because I’ve noticed that the numbering queue system is very terribly monitored in the past year with some people jumping the queue. Either way I won’t be coming back here after my last visit but please seriously upgrade your queue system and hire proper barbers for the rest of your loyal customers.

      Okay so above is my review from one year ago. Folks I’m still going there! The barbers are all very friendly, the shop is clean and once again there service is 100%.

      Maybe because of my review (jk ?) and word spreading around they are now very busy a-lot of the time.

      There is pretty much always a wait these days so if you go pick your time carefully. Weekends, you’ll wait, after school pick up you’ll wait and nights you’ll wait! The wait times can be up to two hours so if you choose to go and take a ticket ask how long and maybe go to Aldi, Woolworths or Dan Murphy’s to shop whilst you wait.

      Other wise there are plenty of places around the Marriott Waters shopping prescient that you can go to for a coffee or lunch whilst you wait.

      If I didn’t think Barber Realm was worth waiting for I’d go some where else. But as far as I’m satisfied they are worth the wait! ??

      Prices are fair and gentlemen you can get a shave or “clean up” done there as well. I must say a razor shave and a hair cut is the best! I leave feeling refreshed and pampered!!! ? (Yes blokes need pampering too ladies!!????)
