      An excellent service and the best hair cut in the town I had so far. They are professional in what they are doing and the lady is an experienced person in this industry for 25 years. She is an up to date person with new hair cuts. Also no need an appointment, just walk in and wait for you chance.       Just visited K&N barber in Echuca and really happy with the service! Very friendly staff and clean shop. We watched one of the barbers cut a toddler’s hair and cater to all needs, from a coco melon cartoon on YouTube and a lollipop to baby wipes and tissues for the little fulla’s tears and dribble. They also have given three seniors a free haircut in the 20 minutes we were in their shop which was very sweet. Very happy with my little brother’s and my partner’s haircuts too.       Thanks for your quick reply He is just a 4 years old kids Every other time we come to your shop he has been good. When you ask us if he can sit still, we said yes as it hasn’t been a problem before . At the start of the haircut you staff remove his lollipop and he had nothing to focus on. He start to moving around because the hair on his nose and eyes made him itch. That’s why he wasn’t happy. We just wanted to finish the hair cut. Now he has a half finished hair cut That Looks ridiculous He wasn’t angry at me, he kicked me by accident. And your staff really didn’t know how to deal with kids. Before when we have been to your shop, we have always seen the skinny and short barber that wear glasses. He is good and never had a problem with him. Next Time , I feel you should just say that you cannot cut kids hair, and tell us when we should come back. Thanks for your understanding.

      I asked for number 2 on the sides and tidy up the top a little bit, but the cut was uneven and the top was way too short.

      In reply to you thinking that this review was fake, it most certainly was not fake. My son asked for a number one on the side but accidentally put 2 on the review. I am not a barber but I could have done a better job. The barber that cut my sons hair took way too much off the front after being asked to just take a little bit off the front. He only used clippers to do the hair cut and u can tell by looking at it. My son was in tears when he got home because he was so unhappy with his hair cut. It will be the last time we use k and n as a barber. I’m sure other barbers there can do a good job but unfortunately the barber that cut my sons hair, didn’t.

      Told they do not style when I asked for a specific cut I have very curly hair and older lady and I wanted it specially styled and was told oh we only cut and trim No colour or perm I understand but a cut should be to customers request You would get so many more customers if you only curbed your response and accomdated a basic request for specific hair type

      I had an appointment 2 weeks ago to freshen up my balayage and was very excited for it giving all the recommendations and good rates. But unfortunately the result wasnt what i was expecting. My roots are completely the same as before the appointment. They told me that it was gonna show after some time (which I’ve never been told that since i get my hair dye) and two weeks later its still the same. All my colleagues and family didn’t notice any change on my hair. For 300$ i’m very disappointed that there wasnt any change on my hair ?. Usually when I get my hair done it takes 4-5hours, but this time it took 3hours im guessing thats why the color didnt work.

      I have been visiting Renik Hair for almost 3 years now. I have had several stylist look after my cut and colour every 6 weeks and I have never once walked out feeling underwhelmed. Each one delivers a consistent service. The team are equal parts professional, friendly and non invasive. Nothing worse than a hairdresser that yaps on when you really want to relax. They take an interest in you and ensure you feel pampered and relaxed. The lay down massage wash basins are an absolute win for me!! No more cranking your neck when your having a wash.       They will ignore you and leave you waiting hours while the staff play favorites Went in noticed there was a ton of people waiting 6-8(from what i could tell most were waiting for one person which is fine) there were 3 hairdressers (they were busy completely understandable) i waited half an hour another person came in they waited 3-5 minutes than got called up to go get there hair cut okay i thought must be a appointment so i asked one of the staff members if i could just book an appointment for another day they told me they “don’t do appointments” I waited an extra hour than a guy shows up just as one of the hairdresser were cleaning up to get ready for next customer and was instantly told to go sit in chair At that point i was done and just left My time wasted

I came in with previous bleach underneath my hair and almost black box dye, I knew I was going to take more than 1 session to go but they transformed my hair blonde within one session (I still need another session to achieve the goal I want) but they did the impossible, and they’ve managed to keep my hair healthy with no damage whatsoever I didn’t even need a trim or cut!       Honestly so disappointed, the past 3 times I have gone here I have had the 3 worst hair cuts of my life all because of the one bloke that has cut it each time, he doesn’t listen to what you ask and goes on to doing his own thing, I asked for barely any off the top and now I have barely anything left, I asked for a taper fade and all I got was the sides of my hair completely cut off. Listen to your customers, they ask what they want and you end up doing what you want and completely rush it. This place is going to lose so many customers…

      Thought I’d try this place … never again the bloke cutting my hair didn’t listen to what I wanted at all I had to keep stopping him and telling him over and over again one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had … then paying $35 for this was a joke … avoid this place !!!! They try and come off as some cool place … how about listening to what your customers want first !!!

The patience and care that the staff showed with my little one (and his two older siblings who were also in tow) were truly exceptional. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. The salon itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and my son came out looking like a rock star.       These guys are legends, in a time where genuine care, effort and enthusiasm is hard to come by in the customer service world the Alley Barber team provide such Authentic and genuine service. Ebany, Chayse and the team are phenomenal barbers who always provide quality cuts and fades. I often have people complimenting my hair from it being cut by these legends. While waiting I observed the hairdressers seemed unhappy, and frankly didn’t offer any personality to make me feel like they would make a young child feel comfortable or be able to tolerate a toddler.       Came across very rude and abrupt. We didn’t feel welcome at all, like we were an inconvenience and I felt so uncomfortable being there. My husband warned me of this prior to going in and he was right. I also spoke to a friend the next day and she knew exactly who I was talking about and had the same experience. Hair cuts were unfortunately terrible and $35 for a small child is expensive compared to other local hairdressers and barbers. If it was just a bad haircut I honestly would not have left this review but good customer service and the way you present yourself is so important. Despite being a negative review, I hope what I have said isn’t read as an attack but rather seriously taken into consideration to evaluate how they come across. A positive environment leads to a positive experience for everyone involved.

      Great lil place. Went in for a simple buzz cut…. Got treated by the apprentice Eryka, who layered the back of my hair, something I didn’t know was even possible and no one has ever suggested to me to do on a buzz cut. Then the boss Tania checked the Final Cut, offered a few tips and tricks to make the finish even better looking, which was done without hesitation. I was very impressed and totally happy with the result. Just cuts…..more like deluxe cuts. Will be back again cause it was definitely worth it.

      It would have been a nicer experience if we weren’t made to feel like we were a massive inconvenience for asking for hair cuts in an empty salon for my kids like it was an unreasonable request. I walked in with a smile and always polite, yet got barked at for no reason. Not the first time either, but definitely the last.

      Unfortunately when my partner went in for a trim and asked for “slightly shorter on the sides but keep the length on top” he ended up with the worlds worst fade and now he looks like a six year old kid at the skate park. Don’t recommend for adults unless you want to look like a square head. Lucky hair grows back in a few months….

      Went to many barbers with my little boy who was scared to get his hair cut from a stranger, but always came back without a cut. The Tapered Team was so gentle and friendly that they got him settle in and gave him an amazing haircut. Other places just refused to even try with him. Once they started my boy went through haircut with a smile and walked out with one. He also got a toy car and a lolly for being brave. Thank you guys for the calm and amazing experience.       After avoiding getting a haircut for the past 5 months due to bad experiences the whole last year, I finally decided it was time to go get a cut, so I tried out the local barber shop.

      Before entering I was feeling very anxious and nervous, but to be completely honest the gentleman man that cut my hair, made the experience so welcoming and it felt genuine. It was a Samoan bloke, and he definitely felt like a real genuine person, he was trying to help me and make sure we are both in the same page of what I am seeking, it shows that he cares.

      Also wanted to mention how well he was able to promote and sell their own products. As a retail worker I know how important it so on how you display the way you try to sell things and I believe his skills on curing hair and sales was very impressive.
